OOC: Which one's the offensive stereotype?

[i]I had a feeling this would happen,[/i] Deryn thought, [i]the last card was a counter. Then I guess I better act now if I'm going to stay in this duel.[/i] "Then I'll use my own trap card! I activate Dark Bribe, which puts your Solemn Judgement out of action." A shady figure approached the man, and offered him several large gold coins. The man hesitated for a moment, but then took them, whilst the winged girl flew on past to destroy the monsters. "Still, it's not all bad news for you; thanks to the effect of Dark Bribe, you get to draw another card, so go right ahead and pick it." [i]I had this duel in the second turn. I could have summoned Cyber Harpie Girl when I brought out Harpie Charmer, which would have left him with no life points at all. On the other hand, it would have been rather boring, and besides, it's only a game, and this isn't even a tournament duel or anything.[/i]

Perry was bored, so he decided to forget about his stolen coffee and go somewhere else. He decided to head down to the duel arena to see if there was something going on.

Angel undid his ponytail and turned around to see Perry walking into the duel arena, Angel's face lit up and he called him, "Hey! Perry! It's me, Angel, remember?", Angel ran up to him with a smile on his face, it was good to see his new friend again..."So, Perry, want to duel? I've been wanting one for ages..."

"Of course I remember you Angel," Perry replied, "and yeah, I'm up for a duel." He moved away from the other boy, so as to open up enough space for the cards to appear. [i]Now, is he using the same deck as before, or has he developed a new one. I don't think the alter-ego - Devil, was it? - was so happy with them, but then that could be because by the time he showed up I'd already set things up, because they're good cards.[/i] He turned back and activated his duel disk. "OK then," he called back, "In the spirit of fairness, you can go first this time."

"Okay! I draw!", Angel drew a card and inspected his hand, [i]Good cards...Maybe I should show Perry my other Gemknights...[/i], "First off, I summon Gemknight Emeral in attack mode!", A green knight appeared on the field, he drew out his weapon and went into a stance. "I then set a couple of cards...", two facedowns materialized infront of angel, they would come in handy later..."And I end my turn, your go Perry!"

[i]I wonder what he's going to do next...[/i]

"I'll draw then," Perry replied, adding another card to his hand. [i]Now, those face-down cards are likely to cause a problem, but I can't worry too much about them, at least for the moment.[/i] "I'll start with a card you might remember from last time. I summon Botanical Girl in defence mode," he called, a woman appearing crouched on the field. "Next up, my One for One spell card, which lets me discard Spore from my hand to summon Copy Plant out from my deck." A strange green root-like mass appeared on the field. "Now for my Copy Plant's effect, which lets me copy the level of any other plant monster on my field, like my level 3 Botanical Girl. In case you didn't guess, I'm now going to Synchro Summon, so I'll tune my level 3 Copy Plant with my Level 3 Botanical Girl. [i]Clustering thorns choke the garden's beauty. Now show your own grace! Synchro Summon! Come forth, Queen of Thorns."[/i] Another female figure emerged onto the field. (ATK 2200) "Now, Queen of Thorns, attack Emeral," he called as the woman sent thorn-coved vines towards the other monster.

"Then I'll lay a card face-down and end my turn."

Aiya continued to stare up at Kyosuke, hardly able to believe what he was saying but completely unable to explain how he knew about her past deck. A couple of times she opened her mouth to say somethin but nothing came out and she eventually resorted to staring at the floor.
[b]"I can't believe it,"[/b] she muttered eventually, shaking her head [b]"Luna...Luna is..."[/b]
She was cut off when Ike suddenly stepped into the conversation, taking Aiya by surprise. She looked around with her mouth still open as Ike actually claimed to have duel spirits as well, going so far as to call upon one.
[b]"Ike? You too?"[/b] Aiya said.
She looked around, almost pleadingly at Kyosuke, hoping he was just going to suddenly proclaim this a wild prank. When he didn't Aiya proceeded to clamp her hands over her ears, shut her eyes tight and shake her had violently.
[b]"Stop it!"[/b] She said [b]"I...I don't believe you!"[/b]
Luna gave Ike and his duel spirits a blank stare and shrugged, looking back over at Kyosuke.
[b]"No good,"[/b] she said [b]"Even if you convince her consciously that I'm real her subconscious will still refuse to acknowledge me."[/b]

"I have one more trick up my sleve Luna... When Spirit monsters appear out of their cards, their cards become a tone of white." Kyosuke said pointing at Aiya, "Aiya, look at your Spell girl Luna card, it will be in a paler white color instead of it's normal color." Kyosuke then took out his two cards, "Look! These two cards, Knigt of Blue and Apprentice of Blue are my Spirit monsters and their cards became pale." The monsters then re-entered their cards and the cards became full of color again, "Now watch as my monster exit their cards..." The cards became pale again. "This is no trick I assure you Aiya!"

Despite her efforts to shut him out, Aiya could still hear Kyosuke talking, albiet slightly muffled. She opened her eyes and noticed him holding up a pair of cards, one of which she recognized as his Necromancer Knight of Blue, the other she didn't. She watched in awe as the cards shifted to their regular colour and back again and Aiya's mouth hung open. She continued to stare at Kyosuke before shuting her eyes tightly again and backing away as best she could whist sitting down with her hands over her ears.
[b]"S-stop it!"[/b] She yelled [b]"Please, just stop it!"[/b]

"There is only one more thing I can do..." Kyosuke then dailed a number in his phone, "Hello? Yes. I need to make a deposit via my saftey Deposit box. Yes. The gold one. I know there are multple ones. The one that has chains on it. Yes that one. How long will-oh! a few hours? Excellent." Kyosuke saighed as he turned to Aiya, "Aiya you can leave, but just so you know. If you don't believe in Luna, We'll show her to you the only way I know how. With a Millennium Item."

Aiya tried not to listen to what Kyosuke was saying, but her feeble attempt to shut him out wasn't working so she simply chose to ignore him.
[b]"You really know how to show a girl a good time, rich boy,"[/b] Luna said sarcastically [b]"Anyway, I thought the millenium items where destroyed or something."[/b]


Wings looked about, seeing that the corridor was still deserted he began to move along it, whistling loudly.
[b]"Something feels off,"[/b] he muttered [b]"I get the strangest feeling that..."[/b]
He paused, looking down a stairway leading to the business corridor. Shrugging, he walked down it, pulling his hood up further over his face to conceal his eyes as he phased from the spirit world and back into reality, small groups of students apparently appearing in smoke as he did so, however none of them seemed to notice the strange man in the white coat that had just appeared out of nowhere.

[i]Even my badly designed Rock-Type TeleDAD style deck can't stand up to this broken Harpie support.[/i] "I guess I'll Normal Summon my Stepping Stone," he said. "Then I'll tune my Catastor and Stone together to Summon my Goyo Guardian in Attack Position." Arthur quickly made an overdramatic guesture. "Battle! My Goyo Guardian will attack your Set monster! Next, my Fortress will attack you directly. BASALT BASHER!"

"The Milleniunm Items!" said Ike. Everyone, even he, knew about that story. The Millenium Eye, Puzzle, Rod, Ring, Necklace, Key, and Scale however, where returned to Egypt by Yugi Motou, and the Millenium Items were thought to be destroyed or sealed in Egypt. Could it be that Famous had gotten a Millenium Item? He held up his cards to: Ojama Red and Mixti, Supreme Dragon Lord of Dark World. "Famous is right Aiya. You cant ignore this. Your Spell Girl Luna really is your duel spirit, just [s]beleive in the heart of the cards[/s] look! Famous must be getting the Millenium Puzzle just to help you! Dont Ignore!" said Ike. [color="#9932CC"]"Aiya, my girl, it must be fate that you and your duel spirit must connect. Ike and Kyosuke are right." said Mixti.[/color] "Kyosuke?" asked Ike, never knowing his name, but he would just call him Famous. [color="#FF0000"]Ojama Red looked at Kyosuke. The Millenium Puzzle? Then at Luna. "Yes, they were destroyed. How could Kyosuke get them?"[/color]

[i]"They where destroyed alright..."[/i] Kyosuke thought to himself, "Oh, there was one that wasn't." Kyosuke lied. "And I have it." Kyosuke gave a smug grin, "Besides Aiya, Commoner," Kyosuke said to Ike as a joke for calling him Famous all the time, "this will help you Aiya, whether you want it to or not." Kyosuke turned around and was in mid thought, [i]"The Millenium puzzle was destroyed, but they don't know that for sure. It's all a matter of tricks."[/i]

Aiya drew her legs up closer to her and hugged them, still not opening her eyes and looking up at either Kyosuke or Ike. All this was far too much for her to take in so soon, and the fact that Kyosuke and Ike sounded so sincere about it only served to un-nerve her even further.
[b]"Don't bother,"[/b] Luna said to Ike's duel spirits [b]"She can't hear you..."[/b]
She stopped when she felt a hand on her shoulder and looked around to see who's it was.

[b]"Ah, there you are, Luna!"[/b] Wings said [b]"Y'know, when you ran away from that Doomsday Horror I could've sworn you weren't coming..."[/b]
[b]"*ahem*"[/b] Luna interupted him mid-sentence and pointed out the group around them.
Wings looked about, seemingly only just having noticed that Ike and Kyo (along with there duel spirits) where actually there.
[b]"Ah, whoops. Don't mind me!"[/b] He said quickly [b]"I was just here to congratulate Luna for being the worlds most depressing duel spirit."[/b]
An irritated look flashed across Luna's face and she promptly elbowed Wings in the ribs.
[b]"I'm not the one with a duel spirit the size of a skyscraper, moron!"[/b] She replied angrily.

"It's fine, let's leave Luna for now and wait for my delivery to get here." Kyosuke said turning around, "C'mon blue and Apprentice." Kyosuke signaled his duel monsters and they re-entered their cards, Kyosuke stopped at the door, "Aiya, I know this is hard for you, just, you have to believe." Kyosuke Gripped on the door handle [i]"I have to feel sorry for Aiya, I mean... This isn't as hard for most people."[/i]

[b]"Aw, but we where gonna have milk and cookies,"[/b] Wings said with mock dissapointment in his voice.
[b]"Knock it off,"[/b] Luna snapped.
Wings merely grinned and glanced brielfy over at Ike, giving his a friendly nod before kneeling down in front of Aiya.
[b]"Aiya was it?"[/b] He asked [b]"Pretty name, what's it mean?"[/b]
Aiya looked up briefly, noticing Wings squatting right in front of her.
[b]"Wha..!?"[/b] She would've back up in shock but she was already against the wall.
[b]"Hey, it's okay,"[/b] Wings said [b]"I'm a friend...A friend who has the habit of popping in and out of the most unexpected places for sure but still a friend."[/b]
Aiya stammered a few syllables but no words came out. Wings heaved a slight sight and leaned back, moving to sit cross legged in front of her.
[b]"You could gawk all day if you like, of you could answer my question,"[/b] Wings said politely.
Aiya closed her mouth and looked down at her shoes.
[b]"It means loved one,"[/b] she replied quietly, turning slightly pink as she did so.

Angel watched the monster attack, [i]Dammit! I didn't expect him to Synchro Summon so fast, good thing I expected him to attack...[/i]"Not so fast! I activate Magic Cylinder!", two cyinders appeared, the thorns went through one and went out the other, all points aimed at Perry!

OOC: It was in italics, meaning (I presume) Arthur actually thought that. It's an odd thought to have, and even more so without any meaning to it. I'm going to have Deryn take her turn. If you're not done with your turn you should be able to do whatever it is without changing her actions.

Ike looked at Wings. He seemed to be acting weird. He looked at his duel spirits. They shrugged. Ike looked at Wigs again. For a teacher to kneel down to a student? It seemed wierd, almost crazy....Aiya seemed embarresed, and Famous must be confused. So Wings had a duel spirit the size of a skyscraper? What duel spirit could that be? He looked at Mixti and Ojama Red again. They were gone. Curious, he looked at Wings again.

Aiya nodded nervously, not sure why she was trusting this guy. Wings smiled and placed a hand on Aiya's head, stroking her hair softly till she fell asleep. He stood up, placing his hands in his pockets.

[b]"Just calmed her down is all,"[/b] he explained, turning to look at Ike [b]"Not everybody is quite as willing to accept their own abilities and you and your 'famous' friend over there might be."[/b] He explained, moving closed and reaching up t pull down his hood, revealing his long white hair, yellow iris and black eyes instead of white [b]"And not everybody's abilities work the same way, either."[/b] He finished, his grin fading slightly [b]"It helps to know what you're doing before you try and help."[/b]

[i]He walked right into it. Guess he must not have a way around it. Regardless of how he acts, he's not actually stupid.[/i] "You weren't listening, were you?" Deryn asked, having long since gone back to her usual accent, which was a lot less distinctive, although a hint of Welsh still remained. "I told you, if you don't pay attention you're going to get yourself into trouble. Go, face down. Mirror Force!" Now your attack is stopped and all of your monsters are destroyed." As Goyo Guardian launched it's attack, a barrier emerged around the crouching woman, which then spread outwards and smashed both Goyo Guardian and the rock creature behind it. "It's still your turn, so go on."

Perry flinched as the thorns struck him. [i]This again,[/i] he thought, [i]I probably should have seen it coming.[/i] "I'll play one card face-down, and then I'll end my turn."

-At that moment in time Voren did not hear Miss Firne's voice or even the voice of the new individual that had entered the card shop. With his eyes momentarily closed everything seemed to slow down until the new person Ander came up placing his hand on Voren's shoulder opening his eyes he looked over almost knocking in duel monsters deck to the ground. His eye where a red to yellow color (think star wars with the sith) but soon found back to a deep crystal blue color. Voren looked over to Ander who stood their a bit worried about him. His gaze past by to where Dragos; his duel monsters spirit stood. Looking down at the ground Voren shook that heavy feeling away leaning up against the counter for balance. Finally, with a deep heavy sigh he decided to answer.-

[COLOR="Purple"]"Everything is okay, thanks for your concern."[/COLOR]

[B][I]Something is wrong? I can feel it....darkness is slowly surrounding him.[/I][/B] -Dragos thought as he stood there with his own arms crossed.-

-Voren looked down at the duel disk that this stranger was carrying. Possibly a new student, teacher, or faculty member? He could not really tell at the moment as he was still in a state of shock of what actually happened later. Blinking a few times he shook away a mild headache before turning to Miss Firne who extended her hand out handing the new Blades of Courage spell card over to him. Grasping with his pointer, middle, and thumb he nodded placing the card ontop of his deck and placing his entire hand on his dueling deck.-

-Slidding his deck off of the counter he turned over to Ander. He had to be a new duelist in the school or at least a new student. Voren has never seen him before around this school. It was always interesting to meet new people and get to know then through a duel.-

[COLOR="Purple"]"Sorry name is Voren Skye, but call me Voren."[/COLOR] -Voren extended his empty hand out to Ander for a handshake.- [COLOR="Purple"]"You must be new here as a student am I right? What is your dorm assignment."[/COLOR]

"Huh..." Ander obviously didn't believe he was feeling alright. "I'm Ander Vesit" His concern vanished in a complete 180 degree turn, morphing into the original, Jovial person he'd plan to address Voren with. "I'm in the Dorm that clashed with my duel disk the most!" He declared triumphantly, "That is: Yours--Ra Gold".

Ander switched the disk back to his main hand. Unlike...everyone else in the whole school, Ander was carrying his duel disk system in hand, instead wearing it on his arm. Also, the deck in his left hand had sparkling red card sleeves on them. Correction: At one point, a person could be certain they were sparkling red. Currently, they were faded and some of the corners were frayed.

OOC: [edit] Wow, this post was so terrible I even was shocked! I blame Tal! Im making fish fliets and he just HAD to reply right when he did

[COLOR="Orange"]"Perfect, this duelist can help with my release. Duel him, Voren.... duel him now."[/COLOR] -Came the dark voice once more inside of Voren's head.-

-Voren completely ignored that rantings of the darkness that was speaking to him. He could also feel dark pulses errupting from his duel monsters deck in his right hand. He forgot completely of leaving Dragon Warrior's card on the counter. Gripping his cards in his hand he urged himself from actually dueling. However, the hold of darkness seemed to grow stronger and stronger to the point to where Voren could not just simply pass it by. Removing that thought from his head he moved on speaking to Ander.-

[I]Another Ra Gold duelist, interesting.[/I] -Voren thought.-

-Noticing the deck of cards in Ander's hand covered in red sleeves he raised an eyebrow in interest of what kind of deck he constructed. Simply by the look of the red sleeves he could tell Ander was close to his cards. Without even thinking Voren popped the question.-
