Spencer was lying down on his bed inside of his dorm room. The lights in the room were off, and the window blinds where close to prevent any light from entering the room. The only light within the room was a dim blue light emitting from Spencer's deck.

"[color="#00BFFF"]Whats wrong Spencer, you have been in your ever since you battled Voren. You should go to class, duel, and have fun, think about everything you are missing out on[/color]" Frost Angel flies around the room in circles, small fragments of snow and ice falls from her wings as she wisps around the room.

" [b]Ten years [/b]" Spencer replies, the temperature of the room was cold enough where his breath could be seen escaping his mouth.

" [color="#00BFFF"]Ten years?, What are you talking about Spencer [/color]" Frost Angel was floating in the air indian style thinking to herself. Frost Anngel's eyes widen as if a great idea hot her. " [color="#00BFFF"]Oh i know that when we met, has it been ten years already[/color]"

" [b]Yes you are right, i have had this deck for ten years now, and i havent lost once. No matter how strong my foe was, i alwayed pulled through. So why is it that I lost to that Voren guy?[/b] " A look of anger comes across his face, as he stares at the ceiling.

A look of concern comes across Frost Angels face. " [color="#00BFFF"]Oh Spencer you are being way to hard on yourself dueling is about having fun. You dont have to make every duel a personal one or a shadow duel at that. Besides it was more of a draw than a lose, Voren did say for you guys to a rematch some time[/color]."

" [b]Your wrong [/b]!" He shouted as the got colder " [b]What if i had made it a shadow duel, then what would it have been a tie then[/b]."

Frost Angel knew what Spencer spoke was true, so she decided not to respond to his comment. " [color="#00BFFF"]Maybe you have found an equal, thi was your first time meeting another person with a duel spirit after all. Oh i know, he stays down the hall from you, so why dont you go talk to him you two may have something in common, who knows you two can even becom good friends.[/color]"

Spencer turns on his side facing away from his duel spirit " [b]Hey Frost Angel[/b]"

" [color="#00BFFF"]Ahhh yea? what is it spencer [/color]" a bright smile comes across her face, as she belives spencer might enjoy her idea

Will you help me with it?" whispered Violet pleadingly to Sorenitie because she knew she would have problems with that class. Then she walked up to the front and got her packs. She then took them out and examined them, they were mainly machines. She put together a deck based off of them and a couple staples from her regular deck.

Josh sat there waiting for class to start. He wondered what class Violet had first. Josh sighed as he started tapping a small beat on his desk with his pencil. It was from one of his favorite songs that he listened to before [s]he became a shut in[/s] came to Star.

Tidus was at the office of the channcelor's door, he opened it slowly to see the chancelor sitting at his desk. Tidus walked in slowly, many thoughts going through his mind. "He obviously wants to see me and how is tack up agaisnt the competition here, who is he going to assign me to duel? that famous kid who uses a necromancer deck, or someone like Ike? I know i have what it takes to stand toe to toe with the best at the most highly regarded duel academy in the world, my father believed in me all the time and so shall I" Tidus made it to the centre of the quite large room, He bowed his head slightly. "Channcelor it's good to see you again."

She deserved to win more than I did, besides, it's not like she's gonna go around telling people, and if she does I'll make sure I'll win next time around." [color="#0000FF"][i]"Now when are you going to use your real deck?"[/i][/color] "Now isn't the right time, I want the battles to be fair, let's face it If I used my real deck that duel would've been over before you can say 'I end my Turn' and that's no fun." "Ah, Tidus." Chancellor Junnigia stood and walked from behind his desk. He was a rather tall man with a cleanly shaved beard and a nicely trimmed mustache. He had black sleek hair on his head and amber eyes. "So, you finally made it to Star Duel Academy. You hold yourself in high ranks i see...Don't. These students here are more than a challenge, especially the newest arrivals that came in on the ship from New Domino City a few days ago.Those duelists consist of a few of the people you have met including, Ike Flarigan and the student dueling Dean Ruvu, Zeke WuMaei." "I just don't want to see you fail Tidus. Enough of my babbling and off topicness." The chancellor dusted his sleeves off and turned to look out the window. "So Tidus, what have you come to visit me for?" The chancellor turned and looked at Tidus with still eyes.

Tidus stood up straight, hearing the chancellor's question Tidus replieddidn't reply for a second, he than replied by swinging his bag forward, opening it up and pulling out a his big duek disk and attacing it to his arm. "...I came to see you, not just for an introduction, but more of a request, I have belief in my own abilities, but the challenge here is far more than any challenge i have faced, I guess i'm here because i want to duel you, To prove to myself that I do belong here. If that is okay with you chencellor." Tidus was serious, although he was confident there was always that little bit of doubt in his mind based off the challenge in front of him.

The Chancellor laughed. "So, you want to duel me?" He picked up a deck from his desk and looked at the cards. "I'll be using one of Zeke WuMaei's decks to challenge you. The Dean snuck it from him when he wasn't looking so we could examine it. Don't tell him that though." The chancellor took out his blue and gold duel disk and put the deck inside of it. He walked over to one side of the room and smiled. "This will be an 8000 Life Point duel." He stuck his arm in dueling position and spread his legs a little wider for balance. "Now are you ready?"

Tidus responded with a serious expression as he made his way to the other side of the room, his white rock like duel disk big and attached to his arm he pointed his arm across his body and with his other hand reached for the "Quartz" rock on his belt and put it in a slot on top of the duel disk causing the duel disk to activate and glow slightly. His Deck was already inside. "I will be using my only deck, my "Quartz" deck." He thought to himself. "This is a students deck, if they needed to check it it must be quite powerful,. no chances! it's all or nothing in this duel! I'm ready" Tidus thought to himself as he called out. "Let's go Duel! Would you like to take the lead chancelor?"

[color="#FF0000"]"Well seeing as this class isn't going to start anytime soon You want to cut it with Me and well just say we slept in this morning and missed first class? Huh what do you say Josh?" dimitry spoke as he looked around the room.[/color][color="#8B0000"]"Dimitry thats wrong we should stay and wait for the teacher to get here."[/color]
"Mr. O. are you alright? Im sorry for beating you so quick I was just able to get the right cards I needed and played the accordingly." Sorenitie spoke softly to the teach as they walked back into the class room. "Violet Im kinda an old shcool duelist too so
i guess well have to figure it out together." Sorenitie gives a small laugh with Violet. [color="#FF8C00"]"It's completely fine dont worry about it everyone has their off days, and today was one of those days for me." Mr. O. said with a wink.[/color]

"Nah Dimitry, that would be a bad thing especially because what would the teacher think if we cut class the first day of school, first period? Later on in the year my answer would be yes, because who wants to be in class?" Josh answered shrugging.
[color="#800080"]Violet smiled as Sorinitie beat their teacher very easily. She knew that it would hurt his self-esteem if he lost twice in a row to the girl students. "Mr.Oh, my deck is ready too! I think that you might want to duel me too." Violet said with a smile.[/color]

The Chancellor nodded. "Why thank you Tidus, i envy your mannerisms." He drew a card from Zeke's deck. "I summon Spark Soul Mistress in face up defensive mode and place one card face down and end my turn." The chancellor smiled at Tidus. 'I hope that you are ready for what you have ultimately gotten yourself into. This is a duel for entrance and if you lose, YOUR GONE back to the yachts and beach houses where you were hailed from!" The chancellor's eyes glared at Tidus. "Do not take it personally my dear boy. It's just business. I'm going to turn this whole school into something more......powerful..hehe..""Your move."

Tidus face was serious, the chancelor had big plans and it was up to tidus to make sure that he was a part of them. Tidus drew a card calling:

"Draw! I Summon Quartz Guardian! In attack mode! now alternate summon! Alternate summon is an abiklity seen only in the quarts monsters, so i discard a card from my ahnd and treat the summon as a special summon also i am able to switch him to defence mode! (Defence 2200) Now That's not all since a Quartz monster was special summoend form my hand i can special summon this! Quartz Louser (ATK 900)! from my hand, his effect alows him to be special summoned. Now for the effect of the card i discarded Quartz cornerstone when a quartz monster is special summond from my hand i can special summon him, so come, in Attack Mode (ATK 1000!")

"I'm not done! I synchro my level 3 Louser and Level 3 Guardian to summon this! Quartz Dragolite! in Attack mode (ATK: 2300) Now lousers final ability u return your face down card to your hand! Go corner stone attack the soul mistress! and dragolite direct attack!"

-Voren leaned at the table he sat. Looking at the wall clock he noticed that time that had gone by was already thirty minutes after class was supposed to start. Sitting up right he looked over watching some students getting up and simply leaving. They had that option, even Voren was thinking of doing so. So much was on his mind at the moment. From simple thoughts on his dueling deck to that mysterious voice that was calling out to him. Closing his eyes he looked back at Josh who answered Dimitry's question.-

[COLOR="Purple"]"You know with it being thirty minutes after class was supposed to start, I am actually thinking that they don't have a teacher for this class. Maybe they are still in search of one. Look around most of the students here have already left."[/COLOR]

-If there was no class today they could of placed a sign up saying [B]NO CLASS![/B], but there was nothing on the door. No films playing and even no words written on the white board that said WELCOME TO DUELING HISTORY! There was a good enough excuse to leave class and actually go and duel.-

"I doubt that Voren. Highly doubt that." Josh said analytically "If they didn't have a teacher for this class then wouldn't the chancellor have warned us? Maybe he just slept in. Or maybe he got lost because this is his first year. Or maybe this is a test of patience? No matter what reason it is I am staying here because I think that it is the best choice right now. You guys can go but I will not follow." Josh said firmly to his roommates Voren and Dimitry.

[color="#FF0000"]Alright well i'm going back to our room for a bit I'll se you later today ok." Dimitry said as he got up and headed for the door. just to be stopped by a large man entering the room. [color="#FF0000"]"Yes I am a student in this class why?" dimitry replied.[/color] "Why because i am you teacher and THis is the first day of class. and it is almost over. and that was you first lesson every one, This class is going to be boaring for most of this week because i just came to star academy and I do not have a teaching plan made yet so you all have this week off from my class sorry to say it." the man said loadly so everyone could hear.

Then I play the spell card Frontline Base which allows me to special summon my Heavy Mech Support Platform and equip it to my Machina Fortress. Then I use my Normal Summon to set a card face down. I then use my Machina Fortress to attack your facedown." Violet watched as her 3000 attack poser monster shot at the facedown monster.

-Voren thought to himself. How was he to get any information if he left class and moved ahead without knowing what kind of material they would be learning. Standing up in his seat, he turned over to the teacher who explained that they had the week off from his class. Well at least the teacher was new here and was still in need of a game plan to tackle such a difficult course. It only seemed like patience was a key role for any student. Straightening his Ra Gold jacket out. Moving over to the doorway he placed his hand on Dimitry's shoulder and offered a smile as he leaned in towards him.-

[COLOR="Purple"]"I think that is what he is saying Dimitry."[/COLOR] -Voren said with a slight chuckle as he patted Dimitry on the shoulder then looked up to the teacher.- [COLOR="Purple"]"See you next week."[/COLOR]

-Moving out of the classroom Voren decided to head back to his dorm room. With some time to spare he figured it would be good to get in some duels with some of the students here. Always liking a good challenge against a good opponent and also testing his cards against other cards he never seen before.-

Violet sighed again as her monster was transfered to the other side and she got this smiling, retarded mass of rock [s](KISS)[/s]. "I draw and play a card facedown." Violet was excited as she knew this card could buy her some time to sort this out.

Now that I have repeated myself I am going to do something unexpected, because my Cyber Dragon is automatically turned to defense and that is his weak spot I will cover it up by summoning Armored Cybern the Union monster. Now I attach him to Cyber Dragon giving him a 2000 defense boost. Now I use Armored Cybern's effect to decrease Cyber Dragon's attack by 1000 to destroy your Labyrinth Wall." Violet watched the monster shatter into pieces. "Now I play tow facedown cards and end my turn.

-Walking into his dorm room that was shared by Dimitry and Josh; Voren sat down on his bed. Pulling out his duel monster cards he performed a quick scan through his cards to see if anything was out of the ordinary. Dragos appeared with his arms crossed seeing Voren looking his dueling deck over again. He (Dragos) looked up seeing Dimitry entering into the room and question Voren about what went wrong while in class. Dragos glanced down at Voren who seemed to by-pass the question up like it was nothing. Then Voren stood up grabbing a hold of his duel disk and placed it on his arm and setting his duel deck in the slot.-

[COLOR="Purple"]"It would be hard to explain in words, Dimitry."[/COLOR] -Voren explained.- [COLOR="Purple"]"The way I explain how something is going and what is really going on is through a duel."[/COLOR]

[I]Though I hate to admit it but something is wrong? But I doubt anyone would be willing to help me out.[/I]

-That dark presence was not going away. Every now and then Voren seemed to be able to sense this dark presence and hear its call coming closer and closer to him. It was as if he was being pulled in by an invisible force other then Dragos who was always at his side.-

Sorenitie watched as the teacher who she just beat i four turns was blocking every move Violet made and set cards like ther was no tommorrow too. "Wow It's weird how a deck can give someone the edge in a duel one minute and just a second before was killing the from the inside out." Laughing a little she kept watching.

[color="#800080"]Violet drew her card in the typical dramatic anime Yugioh . She examined them for a few seconds and decided what strategy she would use. "I summon Green Gadget allowing me to add Red Gadget to my hand." The duel disk shoved out a card in the place where her deck was. She took it and showed it to the teacher to make sure that he didn't think she was cheating. "Now I set a facedown and end my turn."
