OOC: @goldeneagle I have a way for both of us to survive this duel because i have another plan for Hayden's first defeat. Observe.


Hayden glared as he was about to be attacked by the monster until he noticed the sun was up and he heard a voice on the intercom. "Greetings, this is Chancellor Junnigaia and i am proud to welcome all new arrivals. Now all students meet in building A, and await further instructions from Dean Ruvu, head of Ra Gold. Thank You." Hayden blinked and cut his duel disk off. "I'm sorry but we will have to finish this later!" Hayden ran off into his dorm and found out that Ike had already left. "Crud!" He put on his uniform, choosing the one with the regular duel jacket and added some fingerless black gloves to it. "Ready!" He rushed off into building A as fast as he could running at record time. "I'm going to make it!"

Meanwhile...........

Zeke woke up and heard the announcement. He went in the bathroom and took a quick shower and slipped on his Archfiend Crimson uniform. It looked like that of stardust platinum's but with a red, black and white color scheme and a symbol of red archfiend dragon on the back. He walked on the campus calmly as he noticed a red hair boy speeding into the building in which he was headed. "This is going to be an experience...". He continued to walk into building A looking at the scenery as he did.

[color="#FF0000"]Ojama Red looked at the kid who just arrived from apparently Industrial Illusions. "Ike, hes famous!" said Ojama Red.[/color] Ike knew that how people looked at the kid, he was famous before Red said it! He had never met anyone famous! "I should follow him..." thought Ike, hoping he didnt think him as just a follower. He walked the way he went. Class could wait, he wanted to see this guy. Soon, he stopped and he wa stalking to [i]Aiya[/i]! Aiya? She must be famous to! Ojama Red appeared next to him. [color="#FF0000"]"I wonder what-wow!" said Ojama Red. He looked at the suitcase of cards that he had, but didnt use.[/color] "Wow, Ive never seen anything like it!" said Ike. He jumped into the nearest bush like yesterday, watching them, about to duel. But then an announcement came on. "There?" ssaid Ike quietly to Ojama Red. He had passed it yesterday. He litteraly jumped out of the bush and ran. He had just gotten there and saw Hayden. "Hey Hayden!" said Ike to Hayden, rushing past him. He went into Building A, looking around, and saw Dean Ruvu.

Aiya followed suit when Kyosuke activated his duel disk, inserting her deck into her own where it auto shuffled and the hologram generators lit up. Unlike Kyosuke's, it was a simple duel disk without a retractable field and did little to help calm Aiya's nerves.
[i]Necromancer Rising,[/i] she repeated in her head [i]I've never heard of that before. But he did say it hasn't even been released to the public yet. If that's the case there's no way I can know what his strategy is. Come to that, does he know exactly what my deck is?[/i] She looked down briefly at her deck [i]How do I know his notebook doesn't have my deck in there as well?[/i]
She shook herself again, picking up the first five cards from her deck.
[b]"Well, here I go,"[/b] she muttered, drawing her sixth card.
She skimmed over her hand quickly, wondering what would be a good thing to play.
[i]I'll play it safe for now,[/i] she thought, taking a card from her hand.
[b]"I play Spell Girl - Sola in defense mode!"[/b] She declared, placing the card sideways on her field.

The hologram of Aiya's monster rose up in front of her, kneeling down with her staff held tight in front of her.
[b]"For every spell card in my graveyard, Sola gains 100 ATK,"[/b] Aiya explained [b]"And by sending a spell card to the graveyard from my hand, I can flip 1 face down monster face up!"[/b]
She took another card from her hand, placing it behind her monster.
[b]"I'll set one card down and end my turn,"[/b] she finished.

Aiya had just lowered her duel disk arm when an announcement sounded.

[b]"Huh?"[/b] Aiya looked up, distracted suddenly.

Deryn wasn't impressed by his apparent knowledge that her homeland had a history of coal mining - since there was a lot more to merely what people dug up from underneath it, let alone everything else - and by the fact that he was trying to push aside his lack of any sort of tact - [i]rest in peace, English gentlemen,[/i] she though - by sticking to the fact that he was asking a question, and somehow making out it was her fault she was insulted. He may have been, but in no language and no land on Earth has 'Random Girl' ever been an appropriate form of address, especially for a stranger. She deployed her duel disk, and was about to accept the challenge when an announcement ran through the area, asking the students to assemble.
"We'll sort this out later, boyo," she instead told him, her duel disk deactivating as she stormed off towards the building she was to go to, shrugging off her annoyance and trying to put a more friendly expression on her face for when she inevitably met some other people, who hopefully at least understood the value of politeness.

Perry didn't sleep long, but he really didn't feel a great desire to go out in the morning, and was still admiring his rather nice new uniform when he realised he had to go to some meeting. He half-walked, half ran from the dorm, heading into the building and finding an empty seat. He was just a little excited, since he was about to actually start duel academy, which reminded him he aught to call home tonight. Since his duel had ended late, he hadn't called last night, and if he didn't call soon they'd probably end up worried.

Hayden heard a voice and stopped in his tracks. "Oh hey Ike." Hayden sat down and waited for the dean to speak. "Look there, I heard Dean Ruvu has one of the most powerful Water cards in the entire Academy!" Hayden looked around at the room they were in. "It has carvings of Exodia and Slifer The Sky Dragon on the walls. "Wow, this place really does rock! Same goes for these awesome Uniforms!" Hayden looked at Ojama. "Hey Ike, you know i can see your little friend right? Do you have a card for him or is he just a spirit?" Hayden fixed his deck and pulled out his Silenced Magician. "Hmmm...I wonder....."

Meanwhile.

Dean Ruvu looked around at the crowd of new duelists. "Amazing potential i sense in this crowd." he spoke to himself softly. "I wonder which one im going to pick to duel today..." Then the Dean saw Zeke sit next to Hayden and Ike. "Him!" "He seems like a worthy test subject...hehe!"

"This is going to be fun, I just know it. Don't worry about the announcment., let us finish this duel." Kyosuke then quickly drawed out six cards, [i]"Spell girl huh? I remember giving my father the Idea for those cards, this will be interesting..."[/i] Kyosuke then placed down a card, "First, I'll summon Pitch-Black Warwolf in Attack mode."

The Warwolf hologram came out and did a short animation with him swinging his sword, then got crouched down with his sword pointing out, "During an attack phase you cannot activate any trap cards." Kyosuke explained, "Now I'll place one card down and end my turn."

Ike was shocked that Hayden could see his Ojama Red. [color="#FF0000"]Ojama Red was also shocked at Hayden as he could see him. Then that Dean Ruvu looked suspicious, and he looked right at them as a kid just sat with them.[/color] Ike held up Ojama Reds card. "This is his card Hayden, and maybe your Magician is also a Duel Spirit. It could be..." started Ike, but a kid (OOC:Zeke) sat next to him and Dean Ruvu look at them, but more at the kid who sat down.

[color="#800080"]Kurthnaga walked inside Building A. It had carvings, of Exodia the Forbidden One and the legendary Slifer the Sky Dragon. "Interesting...looks like my old palace..." thought Kurthnaga. Then Kurthnaga noticed a kid holding an Ojama Red card. But the card didnt look right. He sat down next to the Ojama kid and the two other kids. "Hey, dont these uniforms look cool?" asked Kurthnaga, looking at his Archfiend Crimson jacket (OOC: I geuss he can just be there...). It was very scarlet and cool. So this is what normal people wear...If Im going to live a normal life, Im gonna have to find who the best duelists are...[/color]

[i]A lucky escape[/i] thought Arthur, [i]especially since I don't know where my [b]Duel Disk System[/b] is. I'll go back to my room and search, then I'll check out this Building A.[/i] He then began to walk through the crowd back to the dorm, anxious to find his [b]Duel Disk System[/b] quickly.

After entering his room, Arthur found his custom [b]Duel Disk System[/b] in the corner of his room, with its cord attatched. Hoisting the large table onto his back, he headed off quickly to Building A. [i]Seems like there'd be a long panning up scene showing that the path ahead of me leads to Bulding A if this was an anime,[/i] thought Arthur. [i]Yep, that's this kind of scene this would be. Yeah, anime's sweet. Bleach is totally awesome, they've got like swords and stuff in it. God I love Bleach. Bleach. BLEACH.[/i] Then Arthur went inside Building A. But undetected, like a Ninja. [i]Ninjas are sweet,[/i] thought Arthur as he sat down. (ooc: HELL YEAH)

Aiya looked down from her brief distraction and almost jumped when she realized Kyosuke had taken his move already and there was now a Pitch-Black Warwolf standing between him and her, although by the looks of it he had just finished his turn.
[b]"Oh er...My draw,"[/b] Aiya replied, taking a card from her deck.
[i]That doesn't make any sense,[/i] she thought [i]My monster's no match for his and because of its effect I won't be able to play my face down when it attacks. So why didn't he?[/i]
She looked at her opponent's field, noticing he had also played a card face down.
[i]Maybe it's something to do with that,[/i] she thought [i]Well, I do have a card in my deck that can help but...[/i] she looked through her hand [i]I haven't drawn it.[/i]
She bit her lip, thinking.
[i]Wait, I think I've got it![/i]

She took another card from her hand and played it.
[b]"I play Spell Girl - Stella!"[/b]
A new monster rose up besides Sola, her arms crossed in front of her.

[b]"Next I play her effect,"[/b] Aiya said [b]"By sending 1 Spell Card from my hand to my grave, I can pick up the top 2 cards of my deck and if one of them is a spell card I can add it to my hand and send the rest of the Graveyard."[/b]
Aiya took her [url=http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/8168/233ct.jpg]Enchanted Flute[/url] from her hand and sent it to her Graveyard slot. Stella raised her hands and a dark purple orb formed between them, two cards appearing in the center. Aiya took the two cards from the top of her deck and the two cards showed up clearly inside Stella's orb.
[b]"The cards I drew where Spell Girl Summon and Spell Girl - Krystal,"[/b] Aiya said, a pleased grin on her face [b]"And because there's now a Spell Card in my grave my two monsters gain 100 ATK each."[/b]
Sola and Stella's ATK both rose to 1400. Aiya finished up by adding Spell Girl Summon to her hand and sending Krystal to her graveyard.
[b]"Now I play the effect of my Enchanted Flute,"[/b] she said [b]"When it's sent from my hand to the grave by a monster effect cost, I gain life points equal to that monster's ATK."[/b]

Blue sparks floated up around Aiya and vanished, raising her life points to 10300.

[b]"Finally I'll play Spell Girl Summon!"[/b] Aiya said [b]"This card allows me to Special Summon 1 Spell Girl monster in defense mode."[/b]

A large hologram image of the card opened up in front of Aiya and Krystal emerged from it, holding her staff up in front of her defensively.

[b]"And thanks to the spell cards in my graveyard, my monsters' ATK increases."[/b] Aiya finished.
Sola, Stella and Krystal's ATK rose to 1500 and 1800 respectively.
[i]Good, next turn I can use Krystal's effect to freeze his face down and attack,[/i] Aiya thought to herself [i]And thanks to my spell cards, her ATK is higher than his wolf's[/i]

"maybe...Hayden said. Hey Zeke *tap*.." Hayden felt a tap on his shoulder and turned around to see a smiling magician and a fairly Tall jack rabbit. Hayden's eyes went amine shocked/scared style. "Does anyone else see the huge bunny and the man behind me with the hat and cloak on?" Zeke nodded. "Yea...I think it's the spirit of your Silenced Magician." [color="#9ACD32"]"Why yes, Hayden its me, your Silenced Magician." The rabbit said.[/color] Hayden stood up. "Wait...why is the rabbit talking and not the Magician?" [color="#9ACD32"]The magician closed his eyes and shook his head. "I can talk. I choose to let Mr. Buckles here say most of my words for me since we share a mind and have one of our own."[/color]. Hayden was shocked. "So your my duel spirit?! SWEET!" Hayden had the whole room looking at him as if he was insane. "I will sit down now..hehe.." [color="#9ACD32"]"Good Call" said Mr. Buckles.[/color] "Mr. Buckles?...." [color="#9ACD32"]"Don't Start!" The Rabbit glared at the gang.[/color]

Ike saw the Silenced Magician appear as Haydens duel spirit. "Wow Hayden, your very own duel spirit!" said Ike, looking at the Silenced Magician. [color="#FF0000"]Ojama Red looked at the magician and the bunny. "Hello Silenced Magician, Mr. Buckles...I am Ojama Red, and I belong to Ike..." said Ojama Red, bowing awkwardly, then burst out laughing. "I..just...cant...help it!" laughed Ojama Red, falling to the floor, clutching his spirit chest.[/color] "Thats enough Ojama Red. So Zeke, you can see him to? And how about you?"

[color="#800080"]Kurthnaga noticed that the kid apparently named Ike talked to him. "Me? I have no idea where this magician is. Is it performing now? I see no performers. What are you talking about? Oh, and Im Kurthnaga." asked Kurthnaga, looking for a Magician and its bunny apparently named Ojama Red.[/color]

"Haydens duel spirit? You cant see him? Oh well, Im Ike, thats Hayden, and thats Zeke..." said Ike to Kurthnaga. What an odd name...

Wings looks up when he heard an announcement over the intercom telling the students to gather in the main hall for a greeting.
[b]"Aha,"[/b] he said gleefully [b]"It seems act one is finally about to start."[/b]
He took a glance back at the duel he'd been observing, a smug grin crossing his face.
[b]"I reckon I've seen all I need to here,"[/b] he said [b]"This duel will probably be over in a few turns anyway. Pity I won't get to see who wins."[/b]
He gave a small chuckle and turned about, running silently in the direction of the main school building. From a far he noticed the number of students heading towards the main entrance but didn't follow suit, instead he slipped round the side of the building and opened up a fire escape door, escaping inside a glorified janitor's closet. He looked about and noticed a grill on the wall, no doubt leading to the ventilator shafts.
[b]"The old cliche's always work,"[/b] he said with a soft grin.

He hopped up onto a pile of boxes and lifted the grill free, crawling into the space. He could hear the chatter from here and followed it, eventually coming to another grill overlooking the hall where the students had gathered.
[b]"Best view in the house,"[/b] Wings chuckled to himself [b]"Let's see what old deany-boy has to say."[/b]

Dean Ruvu stood in front of a podium and began to speak."Greetings. Welcome to Star Duel Academy. Today we will be seeing who has been doing their part in perfecting their dueling skills. Now i will personally pick a contestant from the crowd." Dean Ruvu looked around and pointed his finger at Zeke. "YOU!" Zeke was shocked. "Me? Why Me?" Dean Ruvu smirked. "No questions! Just come now!" Zeke stood and walked toward the podium where the Dean was standing.
Hayden Looked on. "Wow...i wonder why he picked Zeke? Suspicious huh? Oh well, at least we get to see how much of a duel he has in him." [color="#9ACD32"]"I still suspect something.." Silenced Magician stared at the stage. "I hope Zeke can beat him."[/color] Hayden nodded. "Me too."

OOC: I'll be back in about 2 hours. gotta finish up some things.

[color="#FF0000"]Dimitry just made it into building A as the head master walked on to the stage, he found Sorenitie and sat next to her. "So what did I miss?" He asked.[/color]"It hasn't even started yet Dimitry just shut up and listen." Sorenitie replied.[color="#FF0000"]"Ok well do you have any idea on what this is about?"[/color] "No now be quite and listen." [color="#8B0000"]"Dimitry it looks like there are a few duelists here that have duel spirits too. See five rows down in the center. Ojama Red, and Silent Magician." Blood Knight spoke to Dimitry. "Something smells funny and It isn't that Ojamared. Whats this dean up too exactly?"[/color]

Josh decided to walk back to his dorm to get dressed for his classes. He let out a big yawn as he approached the dorm. He rubbed his eyes with his left hand while he opened the door with his right hand. He came in and got his bags from under the bed and he saw some bags that weren't his or Dimitry's. He wondered whose they were while he got dressed and decided to sit down and wait for them to come back and ask them why their bags were there.

-Voren lowered his dueling disk down and looked over watching as the sun peeked over the area. Night-time sure did run through fast. Even an announcment came on telling students that someone very important arrived. With time of day continuing on Voren figured it would be best to actually end the duel before they got in trouble. He probably would figure that it would be one of those rules that was enforced and usually no one followed. Lifting his duel disk up he switched the activation off. The holograms of his monsters flickered off; looking up to Spencer he gave a nod with a small smile.-

[COLOR="Purple"]"How about we continue this some other time? You are a great duelist and I enjoyed getting to know both you and your deck. Until then..."[/COLOR]

-Turning away Voren stepped away walking away back to the Ra Gold dorm. Looking down upon his duel disk he looked upon the two cards he played: Warrior's Pride and Black Armored Wolf #1. If it came to his turn next time he would of been able to synchro summon one monster that allowed him to return a spell card to his hand and then play that card to bring back Dragos.-

[I]Oh well just will have to wait until next time.[/I]

[B]"How come you did not finish the duel, Voren?"[/B] -Came Dragos' voice.-

[COLOR="Purple"]"Lets just say I have a hunch he would not of lasted on my next turn, and I really don't want him to hurt himself."[/COLOR]

[COLOR="Purple"]"But don't worry, there will always be next time."[/COLOR]

-Entering into the Ra Gold dorm he moved down the hallways until he came to his room. Pushing the door open he walked in while lifting his duel disk up and pulling the three cards off of the device. Looking up he noticed another person in the room sitting on one of the beds. This caused him to nearly drop both of his cards to the ground. Kneeling down he picked them up then looked over at the new individual in the room.-

[color="#FF0000"]Dimitry looked up and thought to himself and to Blood knight. "This isn't going to take long three turhs is all i give the kid. I'm going back to my room and seeing if theres any one out side that wants to duel." He stood and walked out of building A and back to the Ra gold Dorms. asd he got to his room he noticed that the door was open and readied himself for a fight. as he walked in the room he saw that there were another set of bags in the romm and another student standing in the door way. "Excuse me. who are you and what the hell are you doing in my room?" Dimitry asked as he Put his hand on the new stundent and moved him out of the way gentaly. As he walked to his bed he opened on of his bags and pulled out a neckles and sat it around his neck. then he grabbed a black case and opened it putting all but his new deck in it and cliping it to his belt. he then drew Five cards and looked at the kid in the door way. "I challenge yout to a duel to see if your worthy enugh to stay in this room."[/color][color="#8B0000"] "Dimitry be nice and don't say things that might hurt the poor kids feelings." said Blood knight as he smacked Dimitry in the back of the head with his hat.[/color]

"I think the better question is who are you?" asked Josh sarcastically "Naw, just kidding, I am Josh, Josh Adams. I am apparently your roommate and so is this guy named Dimitry. Nice to meet you." Josh said as he reached out his hand to shake the new guy's. But it felt awkward so he took it back and sat down on his bed. "Y'now I was kind of wondering why we had a third bed if we weren't allowed to have company." said Josh. "So what type of deck do you run?"

-Voren had no choice but to step aside as Dimitry moved him with his hand. The man walked over preparing his deck and putting on a duel disk. Already here and someone was wanting a duel to prove himself in this room. Looking back over at Josh he gave a slight smile placing the three cards he dropped back into his dueling deck. Extending his hand out he shook Josh's hand with a small smile upon his face.-

[COLOR="Purple"]"A pleasure it is to meet you both. I am Voren Skye but you can call meet Voren."[/COLOR]

-Lifting his duel disk up he tapped it a few times pulling the cards that where in the graveyard out and shuffling them in with the rest of his deck. Placing it back in the card holder of the duel disk he looked back over to Josh.-

[B]"Uhhhh....Voren I don't think it would be wise to tell him what kind of deck you have. It might be a way of defeating you."[/B]

[COLOR="Purple"]"Don't worry, he is my roommate and so is....he."[/COLOR] -Clearing his throat he gave a small smile.- [COLOR="Purple"]"Is it really necessary to duel? I mean I am pretty sure you want to see what kind of deck I run, and you want to see if I am worthy of staying here?"[/COLOR]

[color="#FF0000"]Dimitry sat his cards back in his deck. "Damn it....... I'm sorry if I was rude there I just have a few problems with my anger and i loss control every once and a while. It's just I made a new deck and I really want to test it out." Dimitry explained calmly[/color] [color="#8B0000"]"Dimitry do you hear that?" Blood Knight spoke quickly.[/color] [color="#FF0000"]"No i don't hear anything why?" Dimitry tought to Blood knight.[/color] [color="#8B0000"]"It sound like a duel spirit coming to life. It is awaking right now. Where is it coming from?" He asked himself. "There it's josh's deck. It's glowing. Ask him to come out in the hall for a moment. [/color]
OOC: Well im going to have to get off soon cus my girlfriend is flipping out on me because Im using the computer.

Josh sat there and watched Dimitry try to get Voren, their new roommate to duel. "Yeah, Dimitry I understand you have an urge to duel everyone possible but we have class soon, so can it wait?" [i]"They both have powerful partners. If they dueled this might be interesting."[/i] "Whoa, who said that?" asked Josh [i]"Its me"[/i] "Seriously guys that is not funny. Dimitry? Voren? Which of you did this, why do I keep hearing voices in my head?" Josh looked back and forth at the two.

[color="#FF0000"]"Josh come out in the hall with me for a minute?" Dimitry ask of Josh once the two were in the hall and their were no other pelope in the hall. "Ok so what now Blood Knight?" Dimitry spoke out loud.[/color] [color="#8B0000"]"Tell him to get his deck out and spread it out on the floor." Blood Knight spoke to Dimitry.[/color][color="#FF0000"] "ok Josh get your deck out and spread it out on the floor." Dimitry told Josh after josh spread his deck out.[/color] [color="#8B0000"]"That one there Gorz. It's glowing tell him to pick it up and call out the card name." Blood Knight told Dimitry.[/color] [color="#FF0000"]"Josh pick Gorz up and call out it's name. Dimitry told Josh[/color]

[COLOR="Purple"]'"I understand completely. My deck is something I put a lot into as well. However, we could wait unti later."[/COLOR]

-Before he could do anything else Dragon Warrior suddenly appeared beside him with his arms crossed. Voren looked over at his duel spirit partner then back to Josh who was wondering what was happening becuse of hearing voices inside his head.-

[COLOR="Purple"]"Are you sure, Dragos?"[/COLOR]

[B]"Just look at his deck, Voren."[/B]

-Looking ove to Josh he noticed his dueling deck glowing. A powerful spirit and partner resided inside. It was not that hard to miss at all.-

Josh picked up the Gorz card and examined it. It did seem shiny but it was a holographic card "Dimitry do I really have to do this?" Josh asked Dimitry. Back in building A Sorenitie looked around the room and then nodded off as she slept she became awear of what was happening she then woke up and was able to see all of the duel spirits in the room. but she does not have one of her own. "What are these monsters floting around the room." She looked at the dean and he even had a monster sitting next to him.
