persoanlity: useually kind but very protective. she is easily angered and quick to react and act. still she uses her common sense in almost eveery situation and is very stealthy.
other: though she is from the Leaf village Ruki lives on her own in the woods. Ruki's jutsu's also reflect Houkou because most of them have to do with lightning/fire/earth/water and wind. (help me out here please. I forget them.) She also has a thin yellow ring around the brown part of her eyes. as she dips into Houkou's chakra and powers it expands and the brown lightens. when she transforms her eyes are pure yellow.
