".... Crap. Well, I was expecting Honest, not Fader. Oh well." Black convulsed a bit, in pain, when the lightni ng hit him from Thor. After a moment of lying on the floor, he stood back up. "Oww.... that hurt... and I was so close too.... damn fader..." Black grumbled as he went back to his stool. "Good game, Amy, good game." He shook his head, after yet another failed attempt. "Damn it all! I can never beat her.... then again, how odd would it be FOR me to beat her? Probably very." He sighed, and spoke to Mulligan. "So, when do we move out? Soon, isn't it? As much as I like the hideout, I wanna go bust some heads... not that I can like those two." He said, motioning to his female teamates. "Speaking of, drunkie, why are you so hung over? I know you like to drink... but isn't this more than usual?" He grinned as he said it, figuring she broke her record for the third time that month.

Keira snorted as she let go of Amy's shoulder. Despute the fact that the duel was going to cause substantial damage to the hideout, that girl did not want to stop. Keira noticed Krus fluttering back to Amy's shoulder and give her a quick bat with her hand, as if swatting away a fly. She was only teasing of course.

"Out of my way," she sang, leering at Cherry's Dueling spirit. Keira stumbled back to the futon and quickly righted it, grabbing a full bottle, watching the duel with interest now. However, it had just ended.

Figures... she muttered inwardly, clapping sardonically for both duelists on a good match played.

"Wah!" Krus flew into part of the broken table near Amy when Keira smacked her away. Again. "What did I dooooo?" She cried.

"I have to admit. Black, you got pretty damn good." Amy commended his efforts as her left pupil returned to normal. He stole Thor, got a monster with a power of 7300 out, and nearly defeated her with Barrier Resonator of all things. She was actually glad that Black almost won. She wanted to give her friend a pat on the back, but, she didn't show any friendly expressions. "Regardless, I come out victorious! Naturally." She decided to gloat instead of being friendly. "...Krus?" Amy just now noticed that Krus wasn't on her shoulder. She decided to look around the nearly destroyed base to find her. "Good lord. We nearly destroyed everything. ...Why nearly?" She found Krus crawling next to her foot. Amy picked her up like she was some kind of doll and put her back on her shoulder. Krus, who had hit her head into the floor, then a table, laid her head on Amy's neck, passing out seconds later.

Krus obviously doesn't have alot of endurance.

((Did you miss your draw? o.o))

"Already on the defensive? Or is it some sort of trap?" Fawn said as she examined her opponent's field. "It matters not. Draw!"

A smile formed on her face, all due to the card she just drew. Let's save this one for later, she thought to herself, while placing another card in her hand onto the field. "I summon Martial Artist in Training to the field!" At Fawn's call, a muscular man appeared onto the field and began running alongside her Eager Warrior, wearing nothing but a pair of ragged pants. At the same time, another, similar man appeared, running alongside *Clopin's* cards. "Such attempts to protect your life points won't work against me! When Martial Artist in Training is summoned, he spawns a sparring partner on the opposite field in attack position!"

Fawn's mouth grew into a devious smile, with her anticipating the first blow to Clopin's life. "Now, Eager Warrior! Attack that sparring partner!" The swordsman suddenly stopped, and swung his heavy sword around his body, threatening to knock the sparring partner high into the air if Clopin did not react.

Mulligan's face was blank, it was odd sight to see, the constant grin gone. Eventually a smile reappeared on his face, but this was not the usual friendly smile that was on, this was similar to a grimace, a sick twisted grimace. "What, did I tell you two about destroying the bases!" He grabbed Black and Amy by the scruff of the neck and dragged them to the nearest wall. "It seems you two did not LISTEN TO ME THE LAST TIME!" On the last words his grip on the two tightened, and his voice became harsher. "Now, why did you summon a Polar God and a Legendary Planet in our house when I SPECIFICALLY TOLD YOU NOT TOO!"

Again, since Mulligan pulled Amy away, Krus flew off of her shoulder and flew onto the floor, head-first. She could only sniff and sob as she rubbed her head.

"Oh relax. We didn't destroy the entire place." Amy tried to make it sound like it was no big deal. But, considering who she was, destroying a hideout wasn't exactly too big. Especially since she wields god cards. So, destruction like this really wasn't a big deal. "Besides, I got caught up in the moment. Sorry." She uncaringly apologized to Mulligan. Even though Mulligan was the leader, she didn't seem to follow or listen to him in any kind of way. In fact, she could've been deliberately disobeying him.

"Erm.... I could not win otherwise? Eheheh..." He laughed Nervously as he felt himself being held up. He liked when Mulligan was like this to others, but not to him. That was a bit horrific. "S-sorry, it, er, won't happen again? I know I said that last time, but I mean it this time... Don't kill me?" He grinned a nervous grin, and was still laughing nervously. No one else could cause him to act like this, but the first time he had disobeyed Mulligan, he had been wrestled to the floor, and had a sore back for the next few days. "Please let me down now... I had to stop Thor."

Mulligan heard their apologies and began chuckling a little. "Right it was just duel, you had to win right Heheheheh!" Mulligan then grasped both of his teammates heads and bashed them together. He made sure not to cause any serious damage, but it gave the two a rude awakening. "Now listen here, I'm not that mean of a guy, I do what you want right? I gave you this new base after you destroyed the last one. I stop doing things when you want me too stop. All I ask is a little respect, can I have some right now?" Mulligan then toke a few steps back and looked at his subordinates. "Now, tell me what are you going to do next time when you have a duel?"

Keira eyed Mulligan mischievously. That little guy always tried to assume the leadership role in this hideout.

It's time to bring you back down to Earth, Mulligan, she thought, the sake coursing through her veins, as if it were her blood.

Flipping her silvery hair behind her, Keira slowly rose from the futon and walked unsteadily towards the hideout "leader".

"Muuulligan~" she whispered in his ear. "Can I have a duel? For practice? I want to face the hideout's best, and you're the leader." Keira made sure to put mock emphasis on the last word, waiting eagerly for his response, her eyes glowing with mockery.

"Oh~" she added airily. "If we do duel, and I win..."

She chuckled darkly and went to get the old, wooden box that held her Deck, a black Duel Disk already strapped on her arm.

"Ow! Damn it, Mulligan!" Amy rubbed her head after he based their heads together. She was a tad bit sensitive to hits to the head. "We'll do it outside or something! Sorry!" The pain was still there, obviously. She just apologized so it would go away. Amy looked at Mulligan, thinking about the respect he asked for. Amy decided to turn her head away from him as she saw Krus in that direction. "Oh great. I get yelled at and Krus is crying." She groaned. All she wanted was to have some fun. Why did they both get punished for it? Amy walked over to the crying Krus as she picked her up and started rubbing her little head. She used her other hand to rub her head, as it was still hurting somewhat.

Amy had turned her attention over to Keira when she walked over to the box for her Duel Disk. "...Oh no."

Black slumped to the floor, then just plain fell over after Mulligan bashed their heads together. He appesred to have fallen and then fainted, but that was not true. He was acting. By pretending to be asleep, he would avoid Mulligan attacking him anymore, and he would not have to tell him what he wanted to hear. Again, afgter multiple experiences with Mulligan, he knew how to deal with him. "Damn it, my head hurts... a lot... he'll be dueling soon, just act like you are unconcious" He just lay still, begging his headache to end, and begging that that annoying Duel Spirit would not figure him out.

"Actually, hold it right there when you summoned! I activate my facedown, Divine Wrath to negate your Martial Artist's effect and destroy it!" Clopin swung his Trap card up, and as did a hologram on the field. The Martial Artist was soon hit by a giant bolt of lightening and instantly destroying it. "But as a result of using my Trap, I have to discard a card from my hand..." Clopin swipped a card from his hand and inserted it into the Graveyard slot.

He tried not to seem too confident, but he couldn't help from smiling back at her. Clopin wanted to make a point that he won't be so easy to beat. "You may continue Miss Fawn." he said with another lighthearted smile.

Mulligan was satisfied with Cherry's apology. "Okay, you're off for today Amythest, just remember my words, sorry about the violence, but it seems to be the only way to get things through you people's heads." He then turned to Keira, restoring to his normal kind demeanor "Okay Ms. Aldergaard, just give me a second" He said, eying Black's apparent black out. He should have known better, Johnny always seemed to take his hits a little hard. Mulligan dragged the boy to his bed and lifted him on top of the covers. He had always thought that Black was better asleep, not making as many rude comments when he's down. "I trust that you won't be like those other two little rascals and refrain from making a complete wreck of the place eh? Got enough cleaning to do already" He walked to the center and moved his Deck from his pocket to his green Duel Disk, he had never dueled Keira, nobody had really, he had no idea what kind of deck she would have. But hey, that was half of the fun.

"Well played!" Fawn said. "I didn't think I would have to use this card so early in the Duel! I activate Recover Research!"

Her facedown trap card revealed itself, absorbing the Martial Artist into the card. "As you wanted, the Martial Artist won't be on the field. But it's going back into my deck, not to the graveyard!" Once the fighter was no longer on the field, Fawn's trap card shattered. "Of course, that can't possibly be all, so this card lets me draw two cards afterwards." Even though the card didn't completely fit into her deck's theme, it was one of her favorites, representing both her offensive slant and her tendency to not outright negate her opponent's cards.

As for attacking them? She's used to that. With her deck, she couldn't really win any other way. After drawing her two cards, Fawn outstreched her arm to her side, not letting the loss of her martial artist weigh her down. "Go, Eager Warrior! Attack the facedown monster!"

((Seriously, I didn't expect you to use a counter trap so early O.o))

Keira grinned as she blew the dust off her Duel Box. She hadn't Dueled in a while... and Mulligan seemed like the perfect test subject. She did have to practice for the upcoming tournament.

"At least you have some balls," she muttered scathingly, a half-smile painting her lips, carefully extracting her deck from the lined box.

As she slid the Deck into the duel slot, she felt a warm feeling rushing up to her head, flushing her face. Her eyes glowed red, and the symbol of infinity, a figure-eight, appeared on the back of her shirt, blazing ivory.

"I'll crush you..." she hissed. Her eyes were suddenly focused, and not clouded over with the unawareness that sake brought upon her.

"Well lets go then! I'll start." Mulligan activated his Duel Disk, releasing a slight aura from himself. Well Ms. Aldergaard seems serious, I gotta end this quickly before it gets out of hand. He drew five cards before drawing a sixth one, his aura growing more reddish and larger. "I'll start by summoning Flamvell Firedog in Attack Position!" Mulligan placed a card from his hand, out of a blast of red flames a large dog, seemingly made completely of lava and molten rock appeared on the field. It jumped up and let out a large bark at his opponent before sitting down and awaiting orders. "And that about does it for my turn" Mulligan's Decks were always chocked with Monsters, he sometimes had problems with this but in this situation, it seemed okay.

Keira was nonplussed, her red eyes slowly narrowing. "Is that all you've got? I expected more from my leader..." She sighed dramatically and prepared to draw her hand.

"Since you just went first without any warning, I guess I'll have to work my way around your stupid mutt." Keira laughed coldly, drawing her starting hand.

Almost immediately, the infinty symbol shining on the back of her shirt seemed to shine a little brighter, the white radiance filling the small shelter. Keira put a hand over her mouth in mock surprise.

"Well, now you know that I have a Machine Emperor in my hand~" Keira smirked, plucking a monster card from her hand.

"Let me show you how it's done! I play Scrap Beast!"

An ominous clanking noise was heard, and a mechanical wolf rose from the ground, sunlight refracting off its smooth, yellow top. [1600/1300] The Summoned monster let out a crackling howl before resting on its artifical haunches.

"Buuut, he won't be there for long. From my hand, I activate Scrapstorm!"

Keira's own monster looked up innocently into a sudden rain of nuts and bolts. Yowling, Scrap Beast exploded, showering Keira with fragments of yellow steel. Keira winced, but smiled when saw that the effect had resolved.

"For the small price of destruction, Scrapstorm lets me draw AND send Scrap Golem to the Graveyard!" Keira looked at Mulligan smugly, snatching a card from her Disk.

"Now, since my own monster was destroyed by a card effect..." Keira hissed. ".... I finally get to Summon this!"

Keira held up a glowing card, which made her infinity mark shine bright. Slapping it down on her Disk, Keira looked positively jubilant, her eyes wide with wild excitement.

"Come forth! Wisel Infinity!" she shouted gleefully. Raising her arms above her head, she laughed when the metal-coated monster rose from the ground, an infinity symbol pulsating in his chest. [2500/2500]

"You're done, Mulligan! Quit while you're ahead!" Keira taunted. Pointing a finger at Firedog, she grimaced.

"Take out that stupid mutt, my almighty Emperor!"

Wisel began advancing on the dog, and the Machine Emperor's core pulsated as the Flamvell Firedog struggled against the power of an Emperor. It was no use. Firedog was suckEd into the core, gone from the field. Wisel's symbol gave off a harsh green glow, but then went dormant.

"Hm. Hopefully now you know what you're dealing with," Keira declared arrogantly, grinning at Mulligan. "With my Machine Emperors beside me, there's no way I can lose!"

"I Set one card and end!" Keira folded her arms, smirking smugly at her "leader".

Clopin was taken slightly off-guard from Fawn's counter, but knew she must have had something up her sleeve. As the Warrior attacked, Clopin's facedown monster revealed itself; Cloudian - Sheep Cloud (DEF: 0). It was sliced in two, then shattered into small pieces. "And now since you've destroyed my Cloudian, I am able to Special Summon two extra Couldian Tokens (DEF: 0) to my side of the Field." Clopin smiled.

Soon after Couldian - Sheep Cloud was destroyed, two other harmless cloud-like monsters appeared in front of Clopin's D-Wheel. "If I can pull it off, maybe my Cloudian Deck isn't too bad. But Miss Fawn..."

"Meh, that's a nice still machine you got there, but I'm not done yet! My draw!" Mulligan was somewhat surprised with the new card, but luckily his deck happened to be one with a good amount of cards that can defeat big monsters.

"Okay, I'll normal summon Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress!" A woman wearing a white dress and cape appeared on his side of the field, emitting a large amount of radiance from her head ornament.

"I'll set a card face down and end my turn here, oh yes, quick note, whenever I end my turn with a Lightsworn on the field I mill three cards from the top of my Deck" Mulligan said, as the cards Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter, Neoflamvell Origin and Royal Decree discarded themselves from the top of his Deck.

((I always thought Wisel attacked with a sword and the core was for sucking up Synchros.))

Amy grinned at the appearance of Keira's Machine Emperor, Wisel Infinity. "Now whatever the hell Mulligan tries to pull, it won't work because Of Wisel's monster effect." She explained to herself in her head. Since Krus had been smacked into something three times, her head wasn't exactly functioning all that well. But, she noticed the Machine Emperor and had a surprised expression. "Never seen that before..." Krus spoke to herself, still letting Amy rub her head. Amy was confident that Keira was going to win already. This is probably because she doesn't believe in Mulligan's skills compared to Keira's.

Fawn looked into her hand, focusing on the two cards she drew. Volcanic Queen... I can't use that this turn, since I summoned already. However...

"So you've blocked, and you have two more monsters on the field to protect you? Nice." She was really enjoying the duel right now, and was eagerly anticipating her opponent's next move. "Alright then, I'll play two cards facedown!" The two duelists were driving side by side right now, so Fawn took the chance to get a good look at her Clopin directly. She got the impression that he tended to keep to himself, but she felt that there is probably more to that than what she was sensing. Still, he seemed to be a skilled Duelist, and if she could gain his assistance...

"Alright, then. Let's see what you're planning." Fawn returned her eyes on the road since she wasn't using auto-pilot right now, and crashing in the middle of a duel is a quick way to humiliate yourself. "I end my turn!"

"Trap Card activate!" Vector yelled, but the blue ranger went straight through Tomahawk Synchron and hit Vector instead. "This card is called Spirit Guidance!" The trap card flipped face-up, revealing itself. "It prevents one of my monsters from being destroyed during this turn, but I still take damage. Also..."
A holographic version of the coyote appeared again, running around in circles.

"It allows me to Special Summon a monster from my graveyard with an attack equal to or lower then the ammount of damage I took!"

Clopin got a better look at Fawn when she glanced over towards him. "W-Whoa. She's..." he snapped out of his thoughts bearly hearing what she just said. Cute is what came to mind, even though she seemed serrious, but Clopin had to focus on the duel at hand.

"Bu-But before you end your turn, I activate my facedown, Solemn Wishes. Which allows me to gain 500 LP each draw..." Clopin did his best to recompose himself.

"Draw." he the card he added to his hand would help him later on, but now with his Cloudians on the Field, everything was set. "Although those two facedowns she has can't be for decoration..." Clopin knew that you can duel without taking some sort of risk. "Summon, Cloudian - Poison Cloud (ATK: 0)! Here's my grand finale!" after the gastly red cloud appeard, he took a Speed Spell card from his hand and held it in front of him. "Speed Spell - Double Summon! This allows me to summon one more time, as long as I have 2 or more Speed Counters." Suddenly all three monsters on his side of the Field dissapeared and Clopin's expression grew serrious,

"The raging storms thunder, striking down whatever stands in it's way, Advance Summon; Cloudian - Nimbusman (ATK: 1000)!" The gigantic cloud monster loomed behind Clopin's D-Wheel, a let out a low humming like noise. "But here's the trick, I can release any number of WATER monsters on my side of the Field in order to Advance Summon Nimbusman, but I get to place a Fog Counter on him for each WATER monster released! So by releasing Poison Cloud and my two Cloudian Tokens, his ATK is now 2500!"

"Alright! Nimbusman, attack Eagle Warrior!" The large cloud raised it's arm in the air and was ready to slam it on top of Fawn's monster, Clopin was expecting a move from her.

Fawn whistled as Nimbusman materialized onto the field. "That's good. Very good! But I'm not going down that easily!" As she said that, one of her facedown cards rose and caused her Eager Warrior to glow. "I activate Skill Successor!" Even with the increase of Eager Warrior's attack to 2250, it was not enough block all of the damage; the warrior raised his sword to block the attack, while some of the fog spilled over to Fawn, who took 250 damage from the attack.

"Even though you overpowered my warrior, there is more to him than his tendency to throw himself into harm's way." As the warrior resumed running, one could notice that his sword was now lighter and not as bulky, and he ran with the sword slung on his shoulder. "That sword of his has a special feature; it protects him once from being destroyed."

With your attack over, and Skill Successor in the graveyard, how will you deal with this? Fawn thought to herself, while waiting for Clopin to continue. How will you use those cards in your hand?

[Eh, I cba to look at Wisel's battle animations. Besides, his Synchro Steal is so badass. I had to use it. <3]

Keira raised an eyebrow. "Is that it?" she muttered, drawing a card from her desk. "I thought our leader was supposed to have powerful cards. I didn't know he played with angel princesses," she smirked, shooting an icy glare at Lyla.

"I think you should just give up now," Keira cackled, looking at her drawn card. "At least try to save some of your dignity..."

Setting down a card on her Disk, Keira laughed coldly. A mechanical lion rose up out of the ground, creaking and clanking as it stretched its rusty joints. It let out a distorted growl and eyed Lyla hungrily.

"Say hello to my pet, Scrap Chimera!" she shouted, her crimson eyes glowing with excitement. "When he is Summoned, I can Special Summon a Scrap Tuner from my Graveyard!"

Grabbing a card from her Graveyard slot, Keira grinned a twisted smile. Scrap Beast rose from the ground again, settling down on his haunches once again.

"Mhmhmhm... now..."

Keira extracted a card from her Box and placed it carefully on her Disk. Scrap Chimera and Scrap Beast exploded, showering the field with various mechanical fragments. Keira winced as a bolt struck her eye, but she did not drop her malevolent grin.

"Synchro Summon! Scrap Dragon!"

Keira raised her arms again, and a colossal mechanical object crashed down onto the field in front of her. The Dragon reared his plated head and let out a bellow, shaking the entire hideout. Keira simply brushed silver hair out of her eyes, their red irises intent on destruction.

"I activate Scrap Dragon's monster effect! I select one card I control..." Keira quickly designated her Set card, "... and one of your cards." She then pointed to Mulligan's face-down card. "Scrap Dragon, destroy them both!"

Keira's Dragon roared, raising its wings into the air. Bolts, nuts, and other mechanical shrapnel cut through the holograms of the Set cards, obliterating them.

"You're finished!" Keira shouted as the holographic fragments danced in front of each player's eyes.

"I'm unstoppable..." she murmured, shooting a glare at Lyla, who now stood alone.

"Wisel! Crush her!"

Wisel's core lit up again, and Lyla was pulled toward it. Unable to do anything, the sorceress was quickly absorbed into the core.

"Give up now and save some of your dignity as leader!" Keira shouted triumphantly.
