AP's KC Grand Tourney: Duel Gangs [Acceptin, Started] (PG-17)

Keira poured herself another glass of sake and rolled her eyes at Black. "I'm not a freaking 'drunkard', asswipe." It may have not been the best or nicest comback, but hey. It still felt early to Keira, who usually fell out of bed at noon. She watched the duel sleepily, rubbing her eyes and taking sips whenever she felt her head begin to pound. At Amy's remark, Keira put her eyes on the floor, grinning.

"Well, Fumbl- screw it, your name is too long, I happen to work best alone." As she said those words, however, she began to blush ever so slightly. Keira knew that having Amy as a partner would essentially render them unstoppable in any tournament. However, she would never say that to her face.

Her head overrun with conflicting thoughts, Keira could only whisper "Go get him, Fumblv-"...

Keira passed out on the futon, an empty bottle of sake beside her.

She didn't even notice that Mulligan had sat down beside her, her head falling into his lap.

[Blake]

Black chuckled at Amy. "Lightning Warrior? Are you even trying today, hm? That Waboku caught me off guard, but this is hysterical." As Black drew, he grinned. "Oh, I'm gonna stop you right now, with this. I summon shield Wing!" The Blue portal opened, and out Came the White-feathered, green bird, in ATK. When the bird settled, he activated his trap. "Now, I activate Tyrannical Coercion! By tributing my Shield Wing, all my Monsters are unaffected by your Trap cards. Now, I move to my Battle Phase. Goyo attacks your Lightning Warrior! That's 700 Points damage, and I get your Warrior! And with that, I will set one more card... and end."

After he ended his turn, he turned to Mulligan. "Okay then, [i]Mull[/i], stop calling me Johnny! You know I go by Black!" He ground his teeth at his leader. :Now, stop bugging me. I'm focusing here, Mull." Oddly, he ended in a good mood, rather than ticked at Mulligan.

"My name isn't [i]that[/i] long." Amy replied to Keira, defending her last name "Fimbulvetr". Sure, you can't call it normal, but, really.

Then she turned to Black when he chuckled at her. "For your information, I am trying. I need to be asking you that with that pathetic Shield Wing you just summoned." She lashed back at Black, insulting the little winged beast before it was released for the effect of his trap card. When he declared an attack with Goyo Guardian, she grinned. "From my hand, I activate the effect of Honest!" Two angel wings appeared onto Lightning Warrior's back as his power rose above Goyo Guardian's. "During the Damage Step, I can drop this guy and a Light monster that is attacked or is attacking gains power equal to the opposing monsters power." Lightning Warrior's power rose to 5500 as he punched Goyo Guardian with his fist surging with electricity. "And you'll take Lightning Warrior's effect, inflicting 300 points of damage to you for the number of cards in your hand when he destroys a monster." Amy explained as the electricity flew past Goyo and hit Black, causing him to lose 600 Life Points before setting his card. Altogether, he took 3000 damage.

"Eat that!" She grinned insanely as she drew afterwards. "Eh?" She looked at the card she drew, losing her insanity immediately. "[i]Am I laaaaate?[/i]" A voice asked Amy. "No. You're early. ...Yes! You're late!" Amy yelled back. "Waaah! I'm sorry!" The voice cried. "Urgh. Just hurry up next time."

Amy held up a card in her hand as she began. "By discarding a card, I can Special Summon The Tricky from my hand." She discarded a monster as a knight with a red question mark for it's face and one on his chest appeared from a blue portal next to Lightning Warrior. "The card I discarded was-" Amy was cut off before she could finish. "Me!" A card came out of her graveyard slot as a small, bat-winged creature with a hat flew out and landed on her shoulder. "Fabled Krus." Amy introduced. "Next time, let me finish the damn sentence." She ordered Krus as the little monster looked down. "S-Sorry..."

"Krus' monster effect: When this card is discarded to the Graveyard, I can Special Summon a level four or lower 'Fabled' monster from my Graveyard." Amy explained as Krus flew into her Graveyard slot. She came out of a blue portal with a revived Fabled Raven as she flew back to her shoulder. "Then, I normal summon The Fabled Ganashia." Out of a blue portal, came a purple elephant creature. "Now let's dance Black!" Her insane smile returned as Fabled Raven disappeared into two white orbs. "I'm tuning my level five The Tricky and my level three Fabled Ganashia to my level two Fabled Raven!" The white orbs became green rings as the elephant and the knight flew into the them at her command as their bodies became transparent and eight white orbs appeared inside of them.

"When the Door to Asgard opens, the Ancient War God will raise up his Magical Hammer! The very earth itself will shake as he appears from a roar of thunder! Synchro Summon!" Amy chanted as her left pupil morphed into a green thorn. A bright light appeared inside of the hideout in the air as a large viking deity began showing itself from within the light. "Descend! Polar God King Thor!" The viking's body completely appeared at her command with it's blue cape and it's magical hammer, "Mjöllnir". It's body could barely fit inside of the hideout, but, regardless, it stood behind Amy. Probably cracking the ceiling, if not, breaking through it. "[i]Wait, what?[/i]" Krus questioned in her head why on earth would Amy even summon her Polar God inside of the hideout. She set a card before yelling: "Polar God King Thor, direct attack!" Amy declared as Thor lifted his hammer, smashing a table and any other objects out of the way. "Thunder Pile!"

"Heh, you think I will allow that? No. I acitvate my Trap card! Cursed Prison! I get to Special Summon any monster from my Extra deck to Defense position, and I choose a VERY Retro card! Special summon, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon!" The portal opened, wider than usual, and the large 3 Headed Dragon came out of it, landing and wrapping its wings around it, and putting its heads inside. "Now, with his 3800 DEF, I won't be giving up this turn!" Black laughed. He'd been afraid Thor would come out, but he'd had the card he needed at the right moment. "Is that all for your turn, Amy? Because I'm ready to really start tripping, baby! And that can mean many things, you know." The grin covering his face had grown even wider, if it was possible. "Glad I chose to pack it in this deck, as not much stands up to your gods."

"What the fu- Thor! Stop! I said stop damn it!" She had to yell twice for her voice to reach Thor's ears. He stopped his hammer as he pulled it back. Krus looked up at both giant creatures, amazed. "Coooool... A giant dragon and Thor! This is one of your fun battles!" She spoke in awe, also making a remark about the duel. "God damn it. Black, you and your stupid retro cards. Stop living in the 1990's!" She responded to Black's use of a card from the old days. They both knew Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon was back in the days of Yugi Muto and Seto Kaiba. And that was [i]ages[/i] ago. "Tch. I'm done." She angrily declared.

((Come to think of it... how are we fitting? XD And; but of course ^-^))

Black laughed heartily, unlike his usual conniving chuckle. "Sorry, but you know I love using randomness in my tactics. So, my move!" Black drew his card, and he grew a slight grin. "Well, well, lookie here... This might help." Black set the card, and moved on with his turn. "Well, I have good new for you. I can't switch my Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon to attack mode. He's stuck as a wall. On the other hand, you can;t get to me, so it is all good." Black chuckled once more as he moved to end his turn. "Well, that's it for my turn, Amy. Let's see if your 'God' can make it through my dragon. I would like to think not, but who knows? Hehehe." Black waited as patiently as he could for Amy's move, while patiently awaiting his next card.

"You're never gonna defeat me like that, Dark Hero!" Vector smirked and pushed a button on his Duel Disk, making one of his face-dons flip face-up, revealing a picture of a totem pole. "This card is [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Totem_Pole]Totem Pole[/url]!" A holographic totem appeared, and one of it's three segments shot away at Axel's monster, negating it's attack. "Simple attacks can't break through the defences of Vector Hawk!"
Vector raised his fist to the sky as he said his name, and it made him look silly.

"Why thank you," Fawn replied. She didn't mind going first, but wondered if Clopin had a deck that gained an advantage when going second. She had no time to ponder such questions, as Speed World was already activated. She didn't go *too* fast on the highway, partly because it seemed like Clopin was new to the area, and partly because a highway was no duel lane, although most vehicles were kind enough to go into the two right lanes when Turbo Duel was being conducted.

She drew her six cards, and her eyes landed on the card on the front, [acronym='4/WIND/Warrior/Effect 1850/1600']Eager Warrior[/acronym]. The swordsman depicted on the card looked kind of insane, and Fawn did not usually use the card in her deck. She then recalled when dueling the college-bound man, when he returned her cards... Eager Warrior was definitely among them. It wasn't too bad, even if she added those cards to her deck by mistake; the card was a decent opener, at least, and Fawn always made it a point of making do with what she had to work with.

"For my first move, I summon Eager Warrior, in Attack Position!" The swordsman appeared in the area above her and ran alongside her, with the giant sword he carried dragging along the invisible 'ground' it ran on. "I then place one card facedown, and end my turn!" While the facedown card appeared and subsequently vanished from the holographic playing field, Fawn too the chance to look behind her. "My Turn's over!" she called out to Clopin who was still following her. With her turn over, she faced forward again and waited for Clopin to make his move.

Keira was jolted awake as Thor's mighty hammer smashed against her futon, sending the young woman sprawling to the ground.

"Ouch, god dammit!" she screamed in a rage. Her head was in pain again, and she wondered how Mulligan was faring. She immediately remembered how she had fallen asleep on Proto's lap, and blushed. Keiradecided to beat anyone who brought up the incedent, but Amy and Black shouldn't have seen...

Keira looked up, and almost vomited with nausea. Towering above her was a colossal dragon and Amy's key card, Polar God King Thor. She cracked a smile. Keira always seemed to wake up in the middle of things.

"Fimbl, why haven't you destroyed that huge-ass dragon with your mighty [i]God[/i] yet?" she called out mockingly. Her head seemed to spin again, and she dove under the futon, hoping her rice wine stash was still safe.

Amy was getting angry and impatient. Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon's defense was 3800. Which was ridiculous. "Why did Thor's power have to be 3500...?" She asked herself. Then she looked over at Keira. "[i]Damn it, don't call me Fimbl.[/i]" , "Because I don't run goddamn equip cards." Amy answered her question as she drew. "Well?" Krus asked her when she looked at the card. "Nothing useful. Totally surprisiing." She replied. She set the card without declaring such. "I'm done. Again. Because I can't kill that damn dragon with it's defense."

"I didn't expect that one. Well then, Evil Ranger Pink, attack the Totem Pole!" The pink Cat-Like creature ran forward, getting hit by another one of the segments. "Only one more is left! I'll then activate my Continuous Spell Card, Geo Panel - Red!" Suddenly a small red square pyramid appeared on Axel's side of the field. It started to glow as the field turned red. Just then a red aura surrounded each monster on the field. "With Geo Panel - Red's effect, it cuts the ATK of all of our monsters in half!" Axel quickly looked through his hand and set 1 card. "I'll set this card here, and end my turn." Axel then gave Vector a "you go" motion. He smirked at his field and started to laugh. [i]"This is perfect!"[/i]

Clopin couldn't help from smiling, the feeling of wind, the speed, and the overall experiance of a Turbo Duel always had. Thankful the traffic moved out of their way, Clopin turned his attention back to the duel. [i]"I can't lose this one. Or maybe I could pull off a draw..."[/i] Clopin quietly laughed, thinking it's funny he's already doubting his skills.

Miss Fawn's monster looked sort of tough. Clopin drew his cards, and soon spotted something he could work with. His expression turned into one that was unreadable, only his eyes gleam as he announced his move. "I'll set one monster face down with an additional two facedowns..." only the back side of the monster card showed on the field. He could tell she could be a very strong opponent, which is why he took on the defensive not only to protect himself, but to test her deck further. "End turn."

"Damnit!" Vector drew a card and looked at it. He smirked, and then placed the card on his field. "Beast of the Praire!"
A small coyote appeared, running in circles.
"When Beast of the Praire is summoned, I can Special Summon a Tomahawk Synchron from my hand!"
Another one of the green indians (don't hate me D=) appeared next to the coyote and the other indian.
"I will also activate a Spell Card! Ancestor's Force!" He placed a spell card on the field, and a magical aura appeared around the two Tomahawk Synchrons. "When activating this card my Synchrons' levels are increased by one, and I can also destroy up to two face-down cards!"

((Don't hate me for writing indian, I got bored of putting Native American in every post I did >_>))

[Ice.]

"I chain that with my Trap Card, Ranger Storm! If I control up to 2 face-up "Ranger" monsters, I can destroy 2 of your cards, and 1 of mine. I'll get rid of Beast of the Praire and Tomahawk Synchron!" Just then, a flash of lighting appeared over the 2 monsters, electrocuting them. "And then I'll get rid of my Continuous Spell Card, Geo Panel - Red, since it damages me too!" The lightning the electrocuted the small pyramid and everything went back to normal. "Hah, a Dark Hero always comes prepared." [i]"Perfect. Next turn I'm going to win!" [/i]

[Blake]

"Well then, Amy baby, this is it!" Black drew and grinned, although he did not need the card at that time. "Now, I activate the card I set last turn! Descending Lost Star! With it, I bring my Goyo guardian back, in Defense, with no effect! You guess what's next, eh, Amy? You'd better, as you can't stop it! I tribute my Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon and my Goyo Guardian in order to summon The Tyrant Neptune!" The Blue portal opened, and the large reptilian monster came out, accompanied by a large wave, that quickly subsided. "Now, his attack is 7300 and his defense is 5800! Oh, it gets better! Now, I choose Goyo Guardian in my grave, for my Tyrant to gain the effects of!" As he spoke, Neptune's black wispy head changed into a black version of Goyo Guardian's, with Neptune's yellow eyes intact. "Attack Thor, Neptune!"

"Ugh." Vector was surprised, Axel had cracked his best shot at bringing out one of his ace cards, but he still hadn't lost hope. "Well then. I set a card face-down and end my turn with that!"

[i]He is pretty strong, but he seems crazy. If I just can win this we might have a shot at this "tournament" that he mentioned. But first I will have to get rid of his Ranger monsters somehow.[/i] He then realized that his hand was empty, and then hoped for the best in his next turn.

IC: "Okay, I draw." Axel picked up the top card of his deck and smirked. "Anyways, I'll have my Evil Ranger Pink attack that totem pole one last time, getting rid of it." The pink cat-like creature attacked again, getting rid of the totem pole. "Now, Prism Ranger Blue, attack Tomahawk Synchron!" Axel yelled as the Super Hero-esque monster attacked the machine. [i]"If he doesn't have anything this will be perfect! He's going to be the first victim of the Dark Hero' s Card Game might!" [/i]Axel smirked as the Blue Prism Ranger prepared to punch the machine.

"What the-" Amy couldn't even finish her sentence as The Tyrant Neptune with a power of [i]7300[/i] appeared. "Cool scythe!" Krus said about the giant monster's scythe. When The Tyrant Neptune launched it's attack, Amy hesitated for a minute. "[i]Wait, what the hell am I doing? I've seen this before already![/i]" She's been with her team this long. So she must've seen all of their monsters already. Krus, acting for her, flew down to her Duel Disk and placed her hands on Amy's left trap card. But, before it could activate, Thor put himself into a defensive position as Neptune's attack connected, but didn't destroy him. Rather, shockwaves of energy began emitting from her Polar God and his Legendary Planet. "Is that good?" Krus asked, innocently, yet stupidly because she could plainly see what was happening. The shockwaves started to become fiercer as the resonating energy started destroying the inside of the hideout.

"Oh god." Amy had one of those "ohcrap" expressions people usually get when something bad is about to happen and it's usually their fault. The monsters were already too big for the inside of the base, but now, their colliding energy could basically blow it to pieces.

"Should we stop the duel?"

Keira winced as the vibration from the monster collision shook the base, ratting the sake bottles under her flipped futon. Plates crashed to the ground, and the foundation groaned. Clutching a bottle of her favorite drink, Keira slowly made her way towards the duelists, stumbling a bit.

"What the hell do you think you're doing, you idiots?" she shouted. "You're going to destroy the hideout!"

The shock waves continued to pulse through the room, and Keira could barely stand up. Grabbing Amy's shoulder roughly, she accidentally knocked Krus aside.

"Pause the damn Duel before you manage to destroy this place further, Fimbl..."

[Blake]

"Heh, maybe. Only if you agree that I finally beat you, huh? What do you say? Neptune, pause! Well, Amy, what do you say?" Black wore his cheshire grin proudly, even as Keira yelled at them "Oh come on, drunky, we are just having fun. How do expect me to beat Thor without a good strategy? In this case, killing and stealing him! AHAHA!" black laughed uproarisly, happy to finally have Amy on the ropes in a duel. "Alright, alright... we'll call it off. After I kill thor, that is." Black grinned wide, and chuckled. "C'mon, you'll never admit I was winning, so I'll end it here. Tyrant Goyo, attack Thor!" The Goyo Headed reptilian roared, and brought his scythe down at Thor. Black was confident, because he would finally beat Amy. [i]"Oh, joyous day."[/i]

"Wah!" Krus flew off of Amy's shoulder and hit her head on the ground when Keira knocked her off. "Ow!"

"Finally beat- are you high or just plain stupid?" She responded to Black, ignoring Keira's warning. Sure, she could've cared less about the base altogether. But, hell, Mulligan busted his ass to find the place. She doesn't want to get into an argument about it if it gets destroyed. Thor reacted to the Tyrant's attack by lifting his mighty hammer to counterattack. "Quick-Play Spell, activate!" Her right card flipped up. "Mystical Space Typhoon! ...You know what it does. I'm destroying that thing protecting your monsters from my traps." A blue tornado appeared and destroyed Black's continous trap. "Further, I activate my trap card!" Amy yelled as her left card flipped face-up at her command. "Dimensional Prison!" Dark Pink electricity began covering Mjöllnir when he was pulling it back for the wind-up. "It removes the attacking monster from play!"

((Derp.))

[Blake]

"You think I'll give up like that?! I activate my trap! Solemn Judgment! I pay 500 Life points, and I stop your Typhoon! How's that for winning?! I'm neither high nor stupid, Amy-baby, I just want to beat you for once." Black's life points dropped as he spoke, and he watched the blue electricity crackle on the typhoon, before getting rid of it. "Tsk, Tsk, thought you could win? How sad." His grin was as wide as ever. "Alright, one more annoyance. It's no big deal. So, let's try this one more time! Tyrant Neptune, destroy and steal the Polar God King Thor!" The reptile deity roared once more, and swung his scythe towards Thor again. "Mjollnir cannot help you now! Ahaha!" His laugh echoed. He was desperate for a win, as his record with Amy was horrible, to say the least. He had the most versatile key card, but Amy had the strongest ones, potentially.

"Son of a-" Thor exploded into yellow shards and then formed onto Black's field. She lost 3800 Life Points. [i]3800.[/i] She was lower than Black after the attack. "Damn it! Thor you moron! You made me screw up and drop to 200 Life Points!" She yelled at Thor on the opposing side. She needed someone to blame. She wasn't going to blame Keira or Mulligan. And she didn't want to blame Krus. So it must've been Thor's fault. If not, Lightning Warrior, still standing there on her field. "[i]Damn it, I need to draw Honest.[/i]" She thought to herself. Krus started flying back up to her shoulder.

Amy drew a card. She could only stare at it. Was it good? Was it bad?

"I end my turn."

Black grinned as Amy's turn ended, and he had successfully stolen thor. "What a happy day, eh, Amy-baby?" He chuckled darkly as he drew his card. "Well, well, lookie here. I think this will do. I activate the card I just drew- Dark Hole! Sadly, I'll destroy all monsters on the field, Thor and Tyrant included. So, I'm taking a Gamble on destroying Thor. But, it's worth it. For this is the end!" As the Black hole appeared in the middle of the fioeld, swirling, and pulling the two deities and the warrior into it, Black laughed. The moment it closed in on itself, he summoned his monster. "I summon Barrier Resonator! This little thing has 300 attack and 800 defense. Not too strong, but more than enough for a win! Attack Amy directly, Bar res, in order to win!"

"...Do you think I'd lose to [i]Barrier Resonator[/i]? Now you're just insulting me." Black wanted to beat her with a monster with a small power of 300. Which was insulting her dueling skills. "When my opponent declares an direct attack, I can Special Summon this card and end the Battle Phase!" Amy announced as Krus flew up and took her only card out of her hand. Battle Fader spun out of a blue portal when Krus placed him on the Duel Disk. At Battle Fader's appearance, Barrier Resonator was forced back. "Oh. And I guess you end your turn since you have nothing left in your hand and nothing on the field. During the End Phase, when Thor is destroyed, he returns to the field!" Even though Thor was destroyed on Black's field, it went to her graveyard since it was originally her's. So, a large blue portal appeared behind Amy as Thor arrived outside of it. "Then, you take 800 damage when this card is Special Summoned this way!" Two of the lightning-rod-like objects on Thor were covered with electricity as they fired it out at Black.

"Underestimating me by attacking with a weak monster for game is your [i]worst[/i] mistake yet."
