Tragoedia Special Summon?

Yo, I just got both Tragoedia (Monster) and Damage Condenser (Trap) in a pile of cards I just got and I was wondering, could Damage Condenser be used to Special Summon Tragoedia? He has no definite attack points, them being "?".

It doesn't say on his card that he cannot be special summoned but the whole "?" Attack Points confuse the hell outta me.

Damage Condenser summons a monster from your deck if you took damage equal to 0 damage. That is impossible due to you can never hit with 0 ATK done. It's like me hitting you with a monster that has 0 ATK and DEF because of like some random effects, you take 0 damage and can[u]not[/u] activate the effect. [/size][/font]

Well, I already proved myself wrong earlier because Damage Condenser can't summon monsters with variable attack, but if it could it would be able to summon Tragoedia because the card text says you can summon 1 monster with attack equal to [b]or less than[/b] the battle damage you took.

Only if Tragoedia is in your deck and not your hand. Also, I don't think you can activate them both in response to the same attack. Damage Condenser would summon it from the deck, because ? is counted as 0 ATK until the effect activates. I hope this helps.

? is not less than anything or more than anything - it isn't a number.

Think of it like this. If it had "cat" ATK, would that be less than the damage you took? Nope, "cat" ATK isn't a number, so isn't less or more than anything.

Well, thats what got me. It wasn't a number. Being indefinite, I wasn't sure if it could be counted as "Zero" or a "Billion". Damage Condenser, in my mind, could be used to summon him no matter what number of damage I took.

Eh, well, it can't. ? =/= 0. ? just isn't a number, so it won't be hit by Crush Card or DDV, but also can't be Summoned by anything like that.
