If I wanted to make a custom game (trading card game), where would I put it? Keep in mind that I will be allowing people to buy the cards and stuff, and then battle each other. Would it go in General, and then make an RP Thread? Would they buy the things in general?

Well it doesn't follow the Yugioh format as it's custom - so none of the TCG sections.
As it's [b]custom created[/b], I would recommend [b]Showcase[/b].

Showcase as you know, is a place to show self-made stuff - so cards go there : D
You could do like a gallery/set or something in there.

Post a few previews to get everything sorted/ fair/ fixed.

I should know. I made something, made it work, made it battle, made it explore, and a lot of other stuff, but got bored and dumped it.
