Just a couple of questions...

First of all, does anybody know what exactly is considered as double accounting? Asking because before I knew about it, I had logged in from a friend's PC and the next day he made an account and has kept logging in from the same PC... Neither me nor him got a warning...
Secondly, today I saw this "warning" bar in my profile... Can somebody tell me how the warning system works?(how does the bar fill, how does it unfill, what happens if it's full...) I'd like the second question answered by someone from the staff, or a member that is sure about the answer, because I ran into many different opinions about this...

[b][size="2"]It just tells you the notes a mod made and the reason for warning you. If it become full you get Banned.
Double accounting has no exceptions.[/size][/b]

1) Well having more than 1 account per person.
2) The mods still have no idea how the warning system properly works, we're trying to resolve this. It doesn't seem to auto ban when you reach 100% like it should.
