Honestly your attempt and basic construction is rather amazing. Perspective has some nice work, you have all the main lines in. But to be honest, what ruined it was probably your experimentation and not really knowing how to use your tools.

You have him coming from the back, which in itself is great. And you have lines showing speed. Another thing you did that was a plus. But you lack mood and overall presentation almost to the point of fault. In something like this, you don't need C4D's. In fact it sorta destroys your image. And I can tell your Background is just a smudged render, while that can be good; you normally use it for highlights and never the whole thing.

I'd say remove the C4D's and either use a selective Wireframe along the feet. Use a stock of I dont know... A park? With a couple people in the distance and change your lighting to fit. Keep the movement lines you already appear to have and see where it goes.

Good on you, and I do like this but Popular Perception seems to have dulled your potential.
