[spoiler=Catman's Card]

Click Troll

DARK/Fiend-Type/Lv. 6/ Effect Monster

1800 ATK 0 DEF

This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by its own effect. If this card inflicts battle damage, while you have less cards in your hand than your opponent, you can draw cards equal to the difference between the number of cards in you and your opponent's hands. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, your opponent can return 1 level 3 or lower monster from their Graveyard to their hand. If your opponent activates this effect, Special Summon this card to your side of the field in Attack Position during your next Standby Phase. Only 1 "Click Troll" can be face-up on the field at any time.

[spoiler=Smesh's Card]

High-Fire Runner

FIRE/Pyro-Type/Lv. 5/Effect Monster

2200 ATK 1700 DEF

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by it's own effect. While this card is in your hand, if you draw a card outside your Draw Phase, Special Summon this card to your side of the field. As long as you control this card, during your opponent's Draw Phase, declare if the card drawn is a Spell, Trap, or Monster Card. If you call it right, your opponent discards the drawn card to the Graveyard and you draw 1 card. During your Draw Phase, if you draw a Monster Card, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

Vote for Catman.

I like both effects (of that card), especially the double-edged second one. The first one is unique... and well, that's all. It draws cards depending on your opponents number of cards, at least it's not just "draw 1 card".

Smesh's card is more the gambling type, which is usually more my style, but in this case it has not the finesse of Catman's effect. Also that last effect just seems to be tagged on to make for a longer card effect.
