J-Max's Break a Card Contest

Hello all, J-Max here. I often look at the Yu-Gi-Oh Ban List and wonder to myself, "Hey! That should be at 2!" or "Hey! That should be Banned!" So I decided to set up a Contest for Fun. The Rules are rather Simple. Here is your Task.

 

Your goal is to Break a Card in the current Metagame. I would prefer it to be a Card that can be played in 3's and I will be giving extra Marks for that. I want you to redesign the effect to make the Card be Limited to 1 per Deck. So if it's too Broken then you'll lose Marks ;) I am a Hardcore Yu-Gi-Oh fan so i'll be the judge of that lol.

 

The End Date is 16th September and the Prizes are as follows

 

First: 200 Points & a Rep

Second: 100 Points & a Rep

Third: 50 Points.

 

I'll also be giving away Spot Prizes to members who really put a lot of thought into their designs. Now YCM..... Break those cards! :D

No, it goes the other way around: The goal is for it to make an Unlimited card broken enough to be Limited.

Just to confirm that you have to remake a Card to become Limited. Too Broken and you'll lose Marks for it :P So for example you could remake the Dark Magician.

Kind of. If you make the effect sound like it could work with the card in question then i'll reward you with a few Bonus Marks. Gah! Time to make a Effect Dark Magician for realistic I think.

This card gains 300 ATK for each Plant-Type monster you control. Each time a Plant-Type monster(s) on the field is destroyed, place 1 Bark Counter on this card. You can remove Bark Counters to activate this card's effects. ● Remove 1: If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can remove from play 1 face-up Plant-Type monster you control instead. ● Remove 2: Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower monster from your hand.

When your opponent Special Summons a monster, you can remove from play a LIGHT monster in your Graveyard to negate the Summon and destroy it. You can Tribute this card to destroy 1 non-LIGHT monster your opponent controls and inflict damage to both players equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x300.

I am in, made 2. i hope that's okay, Flame and Frost Dragon & Instant Fusion. F&F Dragon is a bit on the broken side i think but that's what i came up with.
