You can place this card from your hand, face-up in an open Spell/Trap card you control as a continuous Spell card. This card gains the following effect based on which card zone it is in:
•Monster card Zone: Once per turn, you can place 1 "Sprout Flower" from your deck in an open Spell/Trap card you control as a continuous Spell card. If this effect is activated, this card cannot attack this turn.
•Spell/Trap card Zone: If a Grass-Type monster you control is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field. You cannot activate this effect if you control a Grass-Type monster.

You can place this card from your hand, face-up in an open Spell/Trap card you control as a continuous Spell card. This card gains the following effect based on which card zone it is in:
•Monster card Zone: Once per turn, you can decrese the ATK of 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field by 700 points until the End Phase.
•Spell/Trap card Zone: If a Grass-Type monster you control is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field. You cannot activate this effect if you control a Grass-Type monster

•Spell/Trap card Zone: If a Grass-Type monster you control is destroyed, you can send this card to the Graveyard to destroy 1 card on the field.

By sending 2 Grass-Type monsters in your Spell/Trap card zones to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, Grass-Type monsters in your Spell/Trap card zones cannot be destroyed by the effects of cards controlled by your Opponent.

•Monster card Zone: If this card declares an attack agenst an Opponent's monster, that monster is not destroyed as a result of battle this turn and has its ATK and DEF reduced by 1000.
•Spell/Trap card Zone: Increase the ATK/DEF of all Grass-Type monsters you control by 800 points.

During your Main Phase 1, you can activate this card's effect. During the turn this card's effect is activated, other monsters you control cannot declare an attack this turn, and this card can declare an attack equal to the number of Grass-Type monsters in your Spell/Trap card zones.

Grass Control -Spell-
Activate only if you have a face-up Grass-Type monster in a Spell/Trap card zone you control. Add 1 Grass-Type monster from your deck to your hand.

Solar Beam -Spell-
Inflict 500 points of damage to your Opponent's Lifepoints for each Grass-Type monster in your Spell/Trap card zone. You can send 1 Grass-Type monster in your Spell/Trap card zone to the Graveyard to add this card from your Graveyard to your hand. During the turn this effect is activate, you cannot activate this card.

Overall I think "Grass type" is uneeded, as Plant covers it...

Pretty much.
But again, I said I was doing this the way Konami did. Make a new type, and claim its an archtype.
