Doki scratched his head "We go base find Conor." Doki said partially remembering where the base was "Me no make yo go wer yo no wana." Doki had a friendly smile on his face and began to walk aimlessly torward the Rebelion base "Hopfuly me can find me way to base, but cant be to hard." Doki walked slowly "So boy does yo kno whas hapenin here?" Doki said trying to find out if the boy had any idea about the truth behind the twisted carnival of death, Doki knew very little, but he knew plenty about the carnival and its evil intent actually it was the only thing he knew much about

The pint sized blonde sin only barely caught the tail end of the conversation. Something about dragging people off to the sewers to murder them. Sounded like quite a simple enough task for her, but of course she had other thoughts in regards to that.

Killing randoms was hardly an effective use of her time, especially if only one was needed to complete the task. No, the way to a solution for this puzzle would be to find the key.

She watched as the Sin of Lust hastily beat a speedy retreat, leaving the room. Hubris giggled, spinning the wheels in her mind as she planned her elaborate revenge on Kiruha for making her fall down.

She gave a quick nod towards Twisted, without bothering to excuse herself or really say much, of course. She hopped down onto the table, walking straight towards Void, the mummified man. She looked him over quickly, before reaching for a loose bandage. Shifting her weight, she leaned forward and speedily climbed the mummy, reaching the top of his shoulders. She hastily jumped off, landing before the door.

Her cute little dress jingled with each step she took, bells making her exit significantly less dramatic. Opening the door, she left and presumably walked back to Twistopia.

The dark haired boy either didn't hear what Doki asked or he purposely ignored him. In either case, he smirked at the sound of what seemed like the large slobbering idiot taking the whiny kid back to Conner's base.

The boy in the long coat briefly contiplated turning around and spying on Conner's group, as it was always a good idea to keep an eye on both his enemies, but thought against it as pangs of hunger began to envelop him. He hadn't eaten in about 3 days and figured if he held off on eating for much longer he'd likely not live to see night fall.

Quickening his pace, the young man presumably walked back at Twistopia.

Hubris was lucky Void had his mind completely set on finding the key, because if not, Void would have personaly ripped that clow to shreds for climbing over him.
It was later that he relised that one of his bandages was loose and had provided Hubris a way right over Void.
The bandages that were still working stuck to him like if they were glued on.
If one was loose, it meant the seal in it was weak and close to breaking.

"Only being near an image off the core dimension must have affected the seals placed on me" He thought to himself,
forgetting that the image had been summoned by Twisted, meaning that it could be, and was, Twisted´s growing strenght that affected him, not the core.

Void opened one of the holes used for his Spatial Redirect and went through it, dissapearing withouth a trace and appearing through another hole simmilar to the first, in an alley not to far from the building Twisted had gathered everyone in.

Using Cosmic Redirect as alternative teleportation was dangerous to say the least, even for Void, and he had to focus his power each time so he wouldn´t take any damage and be able to open the other hole from the inside.
However, it did provide him a quick transportation and Void was eager to get to work.

The hunt was on and every regular person on this town was his prey.

Twisted's insane smile only grew as he watched Kiruha quickly leave the room. "And so the Game begins. Who will win this game of hide and seek? Oh yes I can here it... the sweet smell of the game beginning... I CAN TASTE THE CHAOS! HAHA, YES! HIDE, LITTLE KEY!!! TWISTED WILL FIND YOU!!! TWISTED ALWAYS WINS!!! HAAAAHAHAAAA!!!"

Weaver however simply laced his fingers under his chin, deep in thought. "A key huh? Is that all we had to do? Kill another nobody? Honestly, what a waste of time! Great power would be nice, but odds are it'll all go to HIM anyway. Well, if i am going to do this, I need something interesting, something that's a challenge. Something thats... no..." Now it was weavers time to smirk. "No, no, no. Not something... SomeONE... yes, that'll do nicely." Finally, the sin of Greed stood and adressed the remaining sins.

"Thank you everyone for coming, and please try to lock the door on the way out. Last we need is someone seeing the carpet stains before we're done here. As for me, I think... Yes I think I'll go for a walk." As he walked out, he could tell the eyes of few sins and especially Suppuliuma were on him, but he didn't care. He had a certain someone to go see, one who he was sure would not like his sudden presence...

----------------------------------------

As Hubris walked down the city walkways, passing by shops and tall buildings in this still half a sleep world, he eyes would glimpse a group of girls in-front of a shop, talking amidst themselves. These girls were young, about 14-15, each wearing matching skirts and tops and having individual bags and packs on them. These bags however seemed far to heavy for their slender frames, stuffed with large books as shown from their bags outlines. This combination and their almost complete attachment to the small devices in their hands only meant one thing: Private School Girls.

"Yeah Monica, I know, he totally flipped right? Honestly, Mr. Sanders is FAR to harsh." The tallest and seemingly most prominent girl laughed. The girls next to her smiled meekly, seemingly completely over shadowed by the taller girl. "Y-Yeah. I don't think he means it but... well, he's... scary." The third girl looked as though she was going to comment, but as soon as he mouth began to open, she saw Hubris mere yards away. "Ash, Amber, Look! Isn't that the Twistopia girl? From the posters!" As the each turned there heads, their eyes widened, seeing this famous girl so very close to their undeserving selves. "Quickly, come on! Lets get her Autograph!" And they each began walking towards the girl, Hubris is no left with a choice: head to her original destination of Twistopia which was so very close by, or bend to her predestined sin and let these girls stroke her ego, perhaps scoring "Key Targets" in the process.

----------------------------------------

When void appeared in the alleyway, the mice around him scattered in various directions, displaced by his presence. To his left was a sleeping man, obviously homeless and recovering from a long night of drinking. Could this have been the key? Probably not, but there was always the chance. A little farther away there were a large factories with smoke pooring out the tops: The Production district. If Voids reasoning was correct, Factories meant people and the more people, the higher the chance of finding the key. Now the question Remained: How would he get in there without attracting to much attention? Warping in their would definitely be noticed due to the energy given off when doing so. However, it wasn't as though he could just walk in either. But what could he due? Perhaps the Hobo could help. He did seem easily able to be crammed and those smoke/venting chimneys seemed just wide enough...

----------------------------------------

At this question, Maxwell could do nothing but tilt his head. "No actually. A few days ago I just thought twisted was some crazy guy with good money sense. And to be honest, I'm not sure I really want to know whats going on but... I guess now I don't really have a choice huh? So Doki, what do you know about all this?"

Heikichi rushed out of the room, his face burning hot and his nose bleeding slightly.
"Oi! You could have given a little warning before that ya know!" Heikichi shouted back before starting to pace outside her room. He attempted to make himself look presentable by dusting off his pants and retying his ponytail. When he thought no one was looking, he even took a sniff of his armpits for a BO check. Just as he did it, Connor was there, asking what was happening. Heikichi quickly put his arms down and acted non-chalant.
"Oh. Hey. Thorn and I are planning on heading out for some food. She's just getting ready."
______

Suppuliuma's eyes returned to their haphazard initial positions as he calmed down.
"Mass extermination of mortals? That's something I do very well!" he said with a mirthful chuckle before releasing twenty dog sized battle flies from his belly. They broke through the window of the room and flew out into the city in four V formations of five. They spread out through the city in opposite directions, some of the formations diving into unsuspecting pedestrians and picking them up with their massive mandibles. After each squad gathered five people, they flew directly over Twistopia's hole to the sewer, dropping their hapless victims to their doom. After releasing their cargo, they turned around and returned to the city, ready to make another round. Suppuliuma did not move despite all this, but instead decided to talk to Twisted more.
"Twisted, do you know which mortal will have this key? Is this key an object or is their soul the key?"

She heard the sounds of footfalls, but didn't bother to look up. Two easily excitable girls approached her, and the pair were greeted with the familiar permanent smile etched on Hubris's face. They seemed to be asking for autographs. And Hubris had just the thing to make them remember her.

She looked around, turning to look over her shoulder she spotted a Twistopia poster in an alley way. Also at this point, she noticed a crowd gathering and the next portion of her plan would come to fruition.

She back flipped, over the crowd, her cute and really short dress somehow staying in place, yet jingling as she moved into the alleyway. The look in her eye seemed to implore the group to follow her, with the girls taking center stage with her.

The others followed the young lady, as well as following her hand movements to line up against the wall. At the end of the alleyway stood the school girls known as Ashley and Monica.

Hubris torn down the poster and ripped it in half, crumpling both halves into balls. She cartwheeled towards the girls, about an arms length away from both. She planted both halves of the posters on the top of the girl's heads then crossed both arms across her chest, placing her hands on her earrings. One quick 'snapping' motion and she had two earrings in her hand. The audience seemed entranced and amazed at the quick magic trick. Backflipping again, she landed a decent area away from the girls.

What makes a human, a human exactly? Their soul? Maybe if you're religious. They're thoughts and past experiences? Maybe if you were humanistic. But for Hubris, she had the comfort of neither. As far as she could tell, a human was just a collection of cells, nothing more and nothing less, indistinguishable.

Despite how insignificant their human lives were, Hubris, Seat of Pride, knew she had to always show the best possible show imaginable. After all, as far as she was considered it was HER circus. Positive word of mouth was impossible if her patrons and fans were dead.

Both hands held high above her head, one could feel the tension in the air as she lined up her shot upon the girls. Every heartbeat could be heard, and the sound of the wind could be heard off in the distance. Hubris smiled, perfect.

As the wind picked up, the strands of hair on the spectators picked up as well. The razor sharp earrings in her hands began to duplicate endlessly. In one quick motion she reeled back and launched scores of earrings... at the top of everyone EXCEPT Ashley and Monica's head. It made for quite an interesting effect, after the initial shock of everyone getting a sharp blade about an inch or less above their head. The walls of the alleyway seemed lined in a long, undulating curve, ranging from heights and such.

Hubris quickly cartwheeled to her right, planting her heels upon the floor and running speedily, for extra cool and dramatic effect. She gathered up the small hairs she had taken from the witnesses from both sides, leaving everyone several earrings as a souvenir.

Storing the small strands of hair up her sleeve like a good magician, she quickly giggled politely, hiding her mouth behind her hand. She quickly jumped vertically into the air about 4 stories, landing on the roof, before speeding back to the carnival.

If all that was needed was the dead body of the chosen one to be the key, then surely bringing in a collection of their dead hair cells would suffice and at least make the gate activate. Or at least, that's what she figured.

(And probably other stuff too that won't be mentioned for right this second.)

---

Finishing her shower and now freshly scrubbed in a selection of clean clothes, identical to the clothing she just wore, she looked around her room, gathering the rest of her belongings, namely a new baggie of medicine and poison, and her twin blades with a new set of bandages. She wondered whether or not spilling out her poison was a curse or a godsend, before tying the pouches extra tight.

"Alright let-" she blinked, spotting the leader of the Black Rebellion. "We're going to go eat now. If we see people in the streets dying, we won't lift a finger to help, promise!" She stated, an indignant tone to her voice.

"Meet me downstairs Heiki-chan." she hurried, stamping down hard with each step, or as hard as she could in her sneakers.

Heikichi made a quick salute to Connor before making a quick exit to his room. He grabbed his wallet and his trusty staff before exiting through a window. He hung from the window ledge and gracefully swung himself onto a stack of crates he left under the window when he wanted to make a quick exit. Jumping down quickly, he ran all the way down to the broken asphalt below. He turned a corner to the main entrance of the warehouse and saw Thorn waiting there.
"So, to Twistopia right? Hopefully we won't get caught by Conner."

"A'shh!" she insisted. She motioned behind her, Gabriel could be seen over her shoulder, working on putting together a rifle. "We don't want anyone blabbing to you-know-who about you-know-what, you got it?"

Her faced relaxed itself more, a smile. "Come on Heiki-chan, I know a great place we can get some corn dogs."

She giggled, interlocking her arms with Heikichi, leaning her head on his shoulder and walking towards Twistopia with him.

"You're s-surprisingly sssusceptible to s-sweet talk." He raised a brow, not entirely sure what the blonde harlequin mimes angle was. At the first compliment the annoying mime had practically opened up the kitchen for him and let him eat what he wanted. He wasn't likely to complain however, free food was still free.

However, his ears soon heard a familiar voice.

---

Hubris too heard the voice, quickly popping downwards, hidding underneath the counter. However, if one would examine under the counter later on, they'd not find the blonde haired mime.

---

"R-richter?" She took her head off Heikichi's shoulder, hurrying upward to the young man, a tone of relief, yet worry in her voice, like a mother who had just seen her child after all these years. "What are you- I thought you were- Richter! It's good to see you." She smiled, extending a hand.

---

The youth Thorn had called Richter turned slightly, keeping her eyes off him and more to the side. He didn't seem to be staring at particular, as though staring past or staring through whatever was in his line of sight. Then, without much warning, he produced a corndog on a stick and took a bite.

As the three new carnival goers made contact, a breeze passed between them all, a reminder of one seemingly forgotten.

"Well, well, it looks like we have quite a silly little party here, do we not? Honestly I feel saddened that I wasn't invited to this gathering." Coming out from around the corner, still devious/stupid "better than you" smile on his face stood Arc. "Thorn and Little Heikichi! And Mr. Stutter boy to! Well haven't I hit the jackpot here! A gathering of misfits of all kinds, what great luck!"

-------------------------------

Meanwhile, the girls who had just recently experienced a combination of the greatest and weirdest thing to have ever happened to them, simply stood their mouths agape. Finally, as the crowd began to disperse, their mouths open (With exceptions to the littlest one) and shreiks could be heard in the alleyway, a showing of their giddiness. "OH MY GOD!!! Did you see that?" The tallest began. "It was epic! Beyond belief!!!" As the two tallest girls began to talk, Amber, the one who had been most quite through all this merely looked at an earring which she picked up from the ground. Turning it in her hand, a cold shiver ran down her spine. For some reason, whatever just happened felt... Wrong. And she knew what ever was coming wasn't good.

-------------------------------

Connor was dumbstruck. All that preparation for conflict, and yet he had been cut down by so very few words uttered so suddenly. As the two sped of, he not once questioned where they were going, not even daring to turn and face their leaving forms. His head hung in shame, he once again returned to mope in the inner workings of his mind.

I'm heartless... His thoughts ringing louder than bells. All this time trying not to be a monster, Not to be like HIM but yet even they think I'm... Should I try to apologize? Yeah, that would be great but what could I say? "Sorry for Not saving everyone and thinking of the future?". I'm sure she'd love that. No, maybe it's best if she hated me, if they all hated me. After all, everything's my fault anyway. Twisted's birth, everything that went wrong in Neon, hell even what happened to Felix... No, dammit no! I'm not going to let this get to me! They all need me now, more than ever and I'm not gonna keep second guessing myself! I must protect everyone! Thorn, Marcus, Virgil, Heiki-" His train of thought stopped a realization occurring to him.

"Wait, didn't Marcus say he was going to find Heikichi? And their going to go eat... wait, if they were going to go eat why was thorn ready to go for a full on assault unless..." And that was when the realization hit him. They weren't just heading out to eat, they were going somewhere completely different, and 5 times more dangerous. He didn't pause now, finding the quickest way out of the base and nearly trampling Gabe. He would find them, he would make sure their alright and he would save them all: This he swore.

But little did Connor know, two very different pairs of eyes watched him leave. One pair were grey and curious, wondering how this could fit into his next plan. The other were red and tired, knowing all to well what had been happening and able to stop it. But as the grey eyes would follow the boy, the red ones would turn to another, a boy standing impatiently waiting for him.

"Come on Virgil," Marcus Began. "Looks like we'll be heading out alone again." And together the two started walking away: In the same direction that Kiruha, Doki and Maxwell were all heading in as well.

Doki stopped looking at Maxwell, something in Doki's eyes pained him, but his speach was clearer than it had been earlier "Twisted is more than what you think he is, he's a monstrous demonic master mind who only wants more power. I don't know exactly what he's after here, but ever where else he has been has ended up dead........" Doki clenched his fists recalling a memory from when Twisted's carnival had just started, he was attacked nearly killed by shades, then a whole chunk of his life was missing, he just woke up one day and he was older, but he wasn't important in this the only important thing was beating Twisted to whatever it is that he was after, Doki couldn't speak anymore on the subject without remembering more of his past "Com on les go." Doki looked around he was lost now that they had went off on that tangent

"Not a gathering." began the boy called Richter, an absent minded stare as he shoved his hands into his pocket.

---

Thorn gave a quick wave towards Arc with a smile, before turning back to Richter. "So, how'd you get here anyway? And, what are you doing?" He said nothing. "Uhh... you were just eating, right?" she attempted to start a conversation with the silent young man. "Were you looking for food? You know, the Black Re-"

---
Before she could finish her thought, the young man interrupted. "Listen lady, I'm not interested in joining you little cult. I work alone." He turned his back to the woman and walked forward.

---

"Name's not Lady, Richter!" she called out as he walked away.

---

"Name's not Richter, Lady!" a smug smirk, they'd likely not see as he continued forward, disappearing into the House of Mirrors.

---

An exasperated sigh from our red head. "Ugh, I swear. That kid gets on my nerves so much. Hard to believe he's the same kid we met all those years ago."

She crossed her hands across her chest, not sure if Arc or Heikichi recognized the boy. "Uhh... that guy, Richter. He's just some guy who follows us around or something, claiming he's fighting against both sides. I can only figure he's been through a lot..." she thought back to the town of Portico. "So... I think it's best to just leave him alone. Not like he won't come back to us or anything." She nodded, agreeing with herself, then turned her attention towards the youngest recruit.

"So Arc," a pleasing smile on her face, like a mother excited to see her son's next drawing. "You were on scouting duty with Doki and Maxwell, correct? Did you three check back in with Gabriel? You know how worried he gets about us sometimes." She laughed quickly, before sauntering over to the stand Richter was in front of. "Looks abandoned." She said peering over the counter and such. "Anyone hungry?"

She filled a small bag with popcorn and filled up a cup with a dark, carbonated beverage. She looked over the group, waiting to hear what they had to say.

Void heard someone snoring to the left of him.

By the looks of the tattered clothes and messy beard and hair, the person was homeless and judging by the smell, recovering from a long night of drinking.

Void seriously doubted the hobo would be the key.
If he was, it would be a cruel joke made by the guardian, giving this poor exuse for a human such an important role in life.
However, it wouldn´t hurt to try.

What did however provide a much bigger chance of providing him with the key was the factory that Void noticed not to far away, pouring out smoke.

A factory allways meant a lot of people, and a lot of people meant the chance of finding the key was increased.

The question, how would he get in?
Void knew any form of warping would give of such a huge amount of energy it would short circuit everything in the building and possibly destroying the key and everyone else inside except Void.
And just walking in was out of the question.

The gears turned in his head for a moment before Void got an idea.

He grabbed the homeless man by his neck, brutaly awaking the poor creature, and floated up to the chimney.
From what Void could tell, the man could be crammed down the chimney relatively easy.
It would however be very tight and Void hoped he wasn´t wrong.

He released his grip around the homeless man´s neck and watched as the man traveled down through the chimney incredibly fast before getting stuck probably halfway down before it would have ended in what possibly was a furnace or boiler of some sort judging by the amount of smoke.

Void could almost instantly hear some sort of alarm go of inside the building and he was quick to open a rift outside most of the main door out of the factory.
To the normal man, the rifts wouldn´t be visible thanks to some extra fine tuning on Void´s part, atleast not untill it was to late.

About one minute later, the doors to the factory quickly opened and a huge ammount of workers rushed out, trying to get away from the disaster Void had caused withouth them knowing about it.
"We need to get away from here!", "It´s going to explode!" He could hear a few of them shouting before they all dissapeared through the rifts, leading them to a small pocket dimension that Void more or less had created on his own.

Void collected the homeless man, still stuck down the chimney, and left the roof of the factory just seconds before whatever it was would have exploded.
Even though the explosion would have alerted a lot of people and made his hunt so much easier, the factory with it´s workers nowhere to be seen was nothing that should have attention brought uppon itself and Void was already concerned that a rumor was spreading regarding what Twistopia realy did with its visitors, something he did not want to prove true, so being subtle in this hunt was very important.

Heikichi watched as some shifty kid walked into the House of Mirrors after a quick encounter.
"Jeez, what's his problem?" Heikichi muttered to himself as he helped himself to a corndog from the abandoned food stall, "Fighting against both sides? Sounds like someone's gonna get dusted soon..."
After taking a bite out of his corndog, he turned his attention to the three other Rebellion members. He hasn't met any of them yet, but he didn't want to act like the noob of the group and decided to stay silent. Heikichi noticed Thorn's expression, so caring and motherly.
"She acts like these people are her family...Does she think everyone's family...?" he thought rather idly as he silently listened in on the conversation.

Suppuliuma's giant flies were heading back to the city when one squad decided to scan the surrounding carnival for any survivors. It would be more efficient if they gathered people closer to the objective rather than collecting them from the city. The squad flew quickly, creating a heavy buzzing sound in their wake. The leader of the squad broke formation to fly lower to the ground to seek out targets. As it did, it's sensitive feet detected the smell of old and rotting food. The temptation was too great and the leader dove for the decrepit food court. The rest of the squad followed suit and formed a single file line. The flies quickly found a pile of rotting hamburger patties behind one of the stalls, where they feasted, making loud clacking noises with their mandibles.
______

Heikichi glanced around when he heard some humming noises in the distance. One of the stalls was shivering slightly and was making clacking noises. Not being a part of the conversation anyways, Heikichi silently detached from the group to go check it out. As he got closer, the clacking sounds were accompanied with deep buzzing. Heikichi took out his staff and inched closer cautiously. When he was in arm's reach of the source of the sound, he prodded whatever was behind the curtain of the stall. The clacking stopped for a second, then the buzzing got much louder. Heikichi's eyes grew wide as five gigantic flies flew from behind the curtain and into the air before turning at him. Heikichi dashed to the group, the flies hot on his trail.
"INCOMING!" Heikichi shouted before hitting the ground to avoid the flies' sweeping attempt to catch him. The flies flew up like fighter jets and performed a tight aerial loop to turn towards the rest of the group.

(( You better hope you've got bug repellant. ))

A slight fact many people don't realize is that sound is nothing more than moving wind, molecules bumping into each other. It is for this reason exactly that besides Heikichi, the only other person who truely heard the soon to be swarming flies was Arc, hearing them with both his ears and his find tuned sense over wind.

"What is this, some kind of joke? Bugs? You honestly expect me to be afraid of bugs?" With a single stoke of his palm, the bugs were scattered in the breeze, their uniform line broken and sending some smashing into the tent walls and ground. Honestly this would be easy for him based on his wind abilities and the fact that these particular flies were heavily reliant on flying. But you see, that is what makes Arc, Arc, for instead of finishing the job he did... something else.

"Well, I believe that should do it for my job. I believe such highly established fighters like you two should have NO trouble dealing with a few pests. Have fun, and Thorn, Please tell your little boy-toy Connor that I have much more important things to do then bark at his heels." Simply waving behind his head, he left the two BR members alone to fend off against the flies as he instead headed into the fun house of mirrors, still intent on learning more about (And by learning more about, of course we mean aggravating beyond belief) the mysterious man he kept meeting up with.

---------------------------

Connor kept dashing through the streets, constantly checking up to see if the ones he was searching for had possibly NOT made it to their destination.
"You know Conny boy, we simple have to stop meeting like this." The voice again, he once more planted his heels. And in response a grey sweatshirt appeared from around a corner. "Better make it quick Weaver, I'm not exactly in the Happiest of moods today."

Weaver only smiled. "Please, your never in a good mood. And besides, I think this time you'll want to hear what I have to say. As it turns out, Twisteds looking for someone. Someone VERY special. You wouldn't happen to know anything about that would you?" Connor said nothing, merely scowling at his oddly cooperative enemy. "Oh don't worry, it's none of you idiots. Apparently someone somewhere in this city has some sort of hidden power. One twisted needs very badly. In fact he want it so bad that guess what? He's even gotten the band back together."

"What?" Connor nerely screamed, yet still unheard by the masses around him. "They're... They're ALL here?" If this was truth than this would make things VERY bad for everyone. VERY VERY bad. "That's right shadow man. In fact, they've already started "looking"." As if on cure, panic and shouts of an some "explosion" could be heard nereby. "Yup, that would be Void's craftsmanship. If I were you, I'd hurry to where ever you were going. Cause you never know," Weaver stalled, making sure he had direct eye contact. "You all could be next."

Connor had heard enough of his taunts. Not even looking to see where Weaver would go he simply dashed away at full speed, heading to Twistopia. When he was out of site,
Weaver went to go back to the tower before realizing that Void had just now drifted out of a nere-by alley way, having completely captured all that were inside the factory. "Well, well, look what we have here! So big red, did we have fun just now?"

-------------------------------

Maxwell looked at Doki's pained expression as they were walking and put a hand on his shoulder. "Hey hey, don't go all depressed now! Twisted might really be a baddy, butat least there are people like you around to help stop him right?" Looking into the distance, he noticed two other people walking towards them and for some reason the two looked slightly... Familiar.
"Hey Doki, look! I think I saw those two at the Carnival last night! They were by the performer girl when that guy caught on fire and before... well before I got chased out." Max pointed over at Marcus and Virgil, both of whom seemed to have not yet noticed them.

Void did not reply at first but instead, he just stared at Weaver, his bloodshot red eyes almost cutting right through him.

He had managed to hear the main parts of a conversation between Weaver and another human.

From how Weaver had adressed and spoken to the human, they knew each other very well.
What Void now was hoping for was that this could be turned into his favour since this could possibly bring some resistance from the humans because so far,
it had been almost way to easy for Void´s taste and only provided a small amount of entertainment.

But either way, this proved that Void needed to keep an eye on Weaver.
Those who went against Twisted´s plan went against Void, and that was something no one had been able to do twice.

"Indeed" Void spoke, the first and possibly last time for very long.

He left Weaver and warped over to the nearest sewer entrance.
He opened it up and began to drop the captured workers one by one.
He heard a faint roar and the workers scream as the guardian devoured them whole.
Unfortunately nothing happened past that and Void left the sewer entrance behind him and began looking for more people,
warping back to where Weaver was but trying his best to not being noticed.

The factory was a failure.
Now he needed to find another spot with alot of people to continue his search for the key.

Doki tried to cheer up, but he was unable to, he smiled a bit as Maxwell complimented on him and his group "Ye we stron, but Twisted stonger, but we no let that stp us, we fit to te end." , upon seeing the familiar faces of Marcus and Virgil, Doki began to walk quickly torwards them "Ha gus ove her." he said waving his arms, Doki seemed to be somewhat cheerful now, but he was still a little aggitated by his memories, the fact that a whole part of his past was missing, and that no matter how hard he tried he could not recall anything from that part of his life, and before then he was normal, but after his speach became poor and he was a freak who can control his energy levels

The sudden wind from the young boy had some purpose. It had disoriented the flies momentarily. Unfortunately, that meant her distraction was gone. "Nice going Arc." she sarcastically sneered, as the bugs began to pick themselves back up.

A brilliant smile on her face as she sped forward, left hand behind her back on her pouch of poison. "Enjoy what's rest of your short lives!" she said, pouring a handful out.

At taking in the first breath of it, the first symptom would be delirium. Coughing from the fine grains of the sand-like powder, the second system would be blurred vision and failing sense. Soon afterwards, the final system of neurological paralysis would kick in. It was a perfect ranged attack for the flies.

Taking her stance, she took in a deep breathe, then blew out, a large plume of her poison fell before her just as the insects approached.

They stopped, momentarily stunned mere inches away from Thorn. They looked left and right, and with them abruptly close, Thorn had a grim realization.

"They... don't need to breathe... they have no noses?"

She blinked as she did her best to come up with a makeshift strategy. But the bugs? With huge jaw like protrusions from their faces, there was little doubt of what plan they'd have in mind.

Name: Hymenoptera
HP: [||||||||||..........]
Number of enemies: Five (for right now)
Appearance: 4 feet long, from the tip of the stinger to the twin mandibles at the end of it's face. Pretty similar in appearance to a fly or a wasp.
Alliance: Twistopia
Abilities: Anything flies can do, Hymenoptera can do better. Remarkably strong despite their small size. Able to crush human bone between their mighty mandibles. Sharp stingers able to pierce through steel, and... somehow... able to fly at jet-like speeds, as well as performing fancy maneuvers.

On the ground their combat is less impressive and their speed is significantly less, however one should still not take a Hymenoptera lightly. Their skin may be tough to penetrate, but breaking through it isn't impossible if enough force is delivered.

Their weak spot is their eyes.
Remembering the writer's last words, Thorn attempted to get some distance between her and the lead insect. It seemed only slightly annoyed or inconvenienced by the poison that hung in the air, but not enough to stop it's assault. A flap of it's wing and Thorn lost her balance.

However, by then Thorn managed to get her blade prepared. Ribbons wrapped about her gauntlets, she threw her two blades, impaling the large domineering insect in the eyes.

The insect cried out in a terrible, ear-splitting pain. Thinking quickly, she yanked hard upwards, but alas it seemed her swords were firmly embedded. However, the force did manage to get her back up on her feet.

Spotting a insect racing towards her, she realized she couldn't retreat. Her swords were embedded in a fly's eyes, and the ribbons were tied to her gauntlets. That's when she got a rather... reckless idea.

Rather then speeding backwards, away from the horde of Hymenoptera, she rushed forwards, specifically towards the one that had her swords. She did a fancy flip, landing upon it's back. It thrashed about violently, trying to get the red-head off, but Thorn merely had to tug on the ribbons.

She smirked, as though making a make-shift insect horse. She pulled back, raising the insects head upward, causing the panicking bug to fly upwards, leaving the other 4 down for Heikichi or other to take care of.

A few feet above the fair grounds however, she noticed a terrifying sight far into the horizon. "M-more bugs?" All the while she was barely in control of her bucking bug.

The streets were dead, and the sane were lost. There was no turning back now, and he had to both admit and accept that as fact. Getsumen sighed heavily as he approached a ship-crate warehouse. It was oddly placed, and seemed to have come from nowhere. Well constructed, but fairly simple. He decided to investigate to "see if anyone's home". Brandishing his shotgun in his right hand, but resting on his right shoulder, he found it's main entrance, and proceeded to enter without warning or cause. Of course at this point, running into more psychos wouldn't bring him much surprise.

But the "warehouse" was practically empty. There was a cot or three placed here and there, and a vague outline of sofa. But when he went to sit, the sofa felt eerie. It was solid, but almost faded. "What the hell?" he questioned aloud.

He began pacing the area, hoping he could find someone in his same predicament. Powerful, but powerless on his own, Getsumen would need help finding his wife and children. Hopefully he could get that help here.

As Thorn fought off one of the flies, the rest rallied against Heikichi, who managed to scramble onto his feet. Heikichi got out his staff and managed to punt back one of the flies that got too close. The fly made an annoyed hiss as a backed away slightly. Heikichi fought back and managed smashed one of the flies on its eye. The eye broke in like an egg, with red smile instead of yolk inside. The fly hissed and backed away as the other three tried to bite Heikichi at once. Heikichi nimbly avoided by jumping onto the top of his staff, then jumping down onto the injured fly from his high position. He landed on it's back and smashed its other eye before thrusting his staff into its head. The fly's legs crumpled and the body fell to the floor with a thud. When Heikichi turned to face the other three flies, they had already taken flight, two of them turning around to dive at Heikichi and another going after Thorn, who was riding on one of the flies, with her swords in the fly that made her resemble riding some kind of demented flying horse. Heikichi took out his pistol and shot at the flies, but the bullets just seemed to bounce off their hard carapace. Heikichi dived out of the way at the last second, the flies flying up into a loop to avoid hitting the ground.

Another group of flies that had been gathering humans as ordered sensed that their comrades were in danger. They quickly noticed one was being harrassed by a human tied to its eyes. They started to fly towards her to give their friend support. The flew in very close and attempted to attack Thorn, but missed. The fly Thorn was riding one began to start fly as fast as it could in random directions before it's wings appeared to lock up and crashed into a cotton candy stall, creating a large pink impact cloud.

(( Bugs still have to breathe you know. They breathe through their carapace, which has small holes for air to enter all over, but not on its head. ))

((I'm aware. She aimed more for their heads then anything though. Secondly, they're not so much insects as much as they are demon hell spawn, so I figured breathing wasn't such an importance for them. If all else fails, chock it up to her being misinformed and incorrect, and they had actually taken in a good portion of the toxic cloud, that being the reason the insects spent so much time on the ground rather then flying at jet speed.))

Thorn, barely in control of the blinded bug, attempted to maneuver it through the insect like gauntlet. Fancy twists, ridiculous sharp turns, most of them not under her control. An insect sped towards her, as she pulled a sharp right. She hadn't seen it, but the bug had clipped her own ride's wing.

"H-hey!" she stammered, the earth suddenly speeding up to catch her. She pulled up on the flies "reigns", but it no longer ilicited screams from the bug. One quick jerk and her blades were back in her hands. The bug's head however was... rather worse for wear.

"Uh-oh." She stammered, before an emergency crash landing into a cotton candy stand, shattering the roof but leaving the stand mostly upright.

The insect's comrades descended upon the confection stand, waiting to see if the red head would emerge.

If Arc looked around, he'd have spotted the long, thin older gentleman and... several reflections. From Arc's vantage point, it was presumably difficult to tell which Richter was the real one.

"First Twissstopia?" an inflection to signal it was a question in Richter's voice, that seemed to be coming from everywhere due to the acoustics of the maze of mirrors, as well as the echo. It was peculiar for something with a low ceiling to have such acoustic, but Twistopia was anything but normal. "The House of Mirrors never changes. Difficult to navigate your first time around. But once you have the layout memorized..."

All the Richter images from the mirrors took a step backwards, and all visions of the tall boy had disappeared. "It's not difficult to loose s-someone."

As Getsumen entered the old warehouse, a voice emanated from around the echo enhancing building.

"Well, Well... Seeing as you were able to enter here successfully means you have been touched by madness, seeing as the black diamond would've killed you otherwise."

The man turned around to see a boy leaning up against the corner of the walls behind him, a small handheld device in his right hand, a black initialed screwdriver in his left, slowly disassembling the device and aligning pieces on the floor. "So new comer, what's your name? And by what unfortunate event have your showed up?" Gabe said earnestly.

--------------------------------

"Hehehe... Clever. I guess I should've expected this to not be as simple as I had thought."
As he glanced around, the mirrors showed black reflections, images of the various path ways each looking the same. But instead of being dismayed, Arc merely laughed some more. "Actually, my first Twistopia was a little while ago, back when I was 11 actually. Bought a balloon but I accidentally let it go and chased after it into an alley way at the carnival. That's actually the last I remember. When I awoke Twistopia was gone and I now had the balloon back. Two weeks later, I figured out what I can do and haven't really been the same to be honest. But you see, not everything changed."

Arc paused looking in a single direction, looking at his reflected face. "I was still me deep down, and one thing anyone should know about me is I'm not a big fan of Rules. I may believe in Honor, but the honor is mine and mine alone to decide, not that of others. And so what do I do when someone tries to force rules on me? Simple:" Arc raised his hands above his head, readying them. Suddenly, he clapped loud and hard, his wind abilities and own force causing a make shift "Sonic Boom" in the mirror hall, shattering them all.

"I break them."

For some reason, Getsumen couldn't help but smile. A twisted, demented smile, but he smiled nonetheless. "Getsumen Mao. I had crossed this region hoping I could find others like myself. Others with the same predicament per say. And I assume when you say 'I was touched by madness', that I was right to come here," he said quietly. His smile slowly turned into a frown, as he thought about the actual reason he was here. "My wife is missing, and I think it has something to do with these late events. The random crimes, increase in violence, all of that. And this Twisted show. But I'm not sure why. That's why I'm here. To get leads on her whereabouts, and bring her home to me."

"And who might you be, friend? You must own this warehouse then?" he questioned curiously.

Our red headed youth found it rather difficult to touch the back of her head, what with being suspended by a pink, cottony substance. She looked around, spotting the insect that crash landed next to her also embedded in the stuff. She attempted to get out of the pink, sticky strangle hold. Smelling the sweetness in the air, Thorn could only draw one conclusion. "Cotton candy..." She thought it over quickly.

"Those insects don't have noses for breathing... but they certainly have mouths to bring stuff into their bodies." She smiled an especially cruel smile, as she produced pouch of poisonous neuro-toxins.

Meanwhile, outside the bugs were slowly closing in on Thorn's small little hut. She had precious little time to initiate her plan, but before long, the door suddenly swinged (swang? What's the past tense of 'swing'?) open, before humerously falling off it's hinges.

Thorn stood at the doorway, holding bags and bags of the pink confection. She took a deep breathe before calling out "FREE COTTON CANDY!!"

She rushed out of the way as quickly as possible to avoid the insect feeding frenzy. The bugs feasted on the sugary snack, absorbing it with a straw-like protrusion from their mouths.

Thorn smirked, slightly to the side. "Hope they like the secret ingredient." Before long however, their eating became more sluggish and more subdued. The insects collapsed, belly-side up, not moving about 30 seconds after they began eating. Thorn twirled her blade display. "Perfect."

She quickly and carefully got to work butchering the insects, making sure at the least to strike and remove wings, legs, and other important limbs from the lumbering giant bugs. They seemed to squirm at times, but overall it was mostly quiet. She continued this showy display of incredible violence against the insects, before she had felt satisfied with her work.

Finishing her task, and mildly out of breathe, she put a cupped hand to her mouth. She took a deep breathe, before gagging and realizing the smell of putrid insect guts hung in the air.

She shook her head, then walked to a more clear area. Deep breathe in, she called out "HEIKI-CHAN!!!"

Kiruha had just finished dumping a few more corpses into the sewers, with no results. In disappointment and frustration, she stomped and turned around. She then noticed a few dark figures heading towards her. She couldn't recognise them personally, but she knew that one of them could be "the Key." Not likely, but it was worth a try. She multiplied and made her original self invisible. She hid while the copies headed out to confront the group.

Many people don't get the sheer beauty of a shadow. Your shadow is your own expression, you reflected in the bright suppressing light around you. But for some reason, shadows themselves throughout the centuries have become a thing of fear. Many cultures view the shadow as demons, trapped souls made to reflect our inner evil. Others believe the shadow itself is our tie to the mortal world, that without it our soul would be incomplete. But either way, they are usually looked at for their black darkness and are feared and made evil of. Little do most know that a shadow is not the thing one should fear. What they should fear is the shadows wielder, for he is the one who true evil conspires around.

Twisted is by far the best example of this statement, as he walked through the streets of a place he could not describe as being any more than "here". In his mind, every store was made into a monster, every person a game piece following along silly little pathways, some of which he had created. But what he truly saw as what they really were were the peoples places and things shadows. He liked shadows. In actuality, his birth natural powers had nothing to do with the dark substances, but due to some odd occurrences had lost some of is older ones and gained these, not that he had been complaining. He wriggled his fingers around, toying with everything's shadows as he walked by, even going so far as to use ones shadow to trip them, the man in question bleeding and questioning what just happened.

"Hmmmmm... OF Course! A Picnic would be most lovely! But whom will I call... Weaver's to busy and boring to invite, and I do enjoy Voids company... Then it's settled!" Four shades appeared around twisted he handing a slip of paper the likes of which he could not have possible have just written to each. "Go now! Find Hubris, Acrimony, Invidia and Void! Hurry Now! This note say: To the Park! and nothing else. Is there a point why I told you that? Of course there isn't, Shades can't talk!" As the shades took of and met up with their respective invitee's, Another thought crossed Twisted's mind. "But what about my little carnival... Oh no worries! I'll have Fifi fix that up! Isn't that right Fifi?"

But there was no response. Only giant Glowing yellow eyes from the alley way, attached to a monstrous grin the likes of which no one had ever known...

As the groups met up, Marcus smiled and greeted the two. "Ah, Doki. It's good that we've finally met up again, we've been searching for you. What is it that took you so long? You didn't have shade troubles did you?" From behind Doki, Maxy roze his hand sheepishly. "ummm... Sorry sir, it was my fault that he was late or whatever. I was attacked you see and he saved me from... whatever you called them." Maxwell noticed the weird boy next to Marcus, this weird smiling boy named Virgil, he had the upmost creepiest vibe coming from him, a sense of unpredictability. But neither group seemed to notice the Kiruha clones that leasurely danced through the crowds around them. In this very populated area, Kiruha would have to figure out a way to drive all of the people in to a more secluded area where they may be: taken care of.

"No, no, not owned my friend. More like "barowed"." The boy replied to getsumen. "We've just done a little... Redecorating is all."

Putting down his work, he looked the man straight in the eye. "Yup, you are right that everything that's been happening recently has been related. So you said your looking for your wife are you? Hmmm... I'm assuming she was a fan of Twistopia? Did she by any chance head to a few of the shows?" He asked honestly, already knowing the answer but asking anyway, to here it from his lips.
