Her glossy waist-length brown-near-black hair is often left untied, and Isabella likes to swish it like she's in a shampoo comercial. She holds herself in a very upright, somewhat vain posture, and is very rarely seen slouching. She often wears slightly more revealing clothes (e.g. tank tops, mini skirts, short dresses, hot pants) and she is rarely seen without a belt, as it usually emphasises her waist and bossom. She always carries a handbag with her, and is only occasionally seen without one.

[b]Personality:[/b] Isabella is highly flirtatious, and she is unusually keen in finding a lover. It is easy to tell if she finds a guy handsome - she will keep trying to stick as close to them as possible, and she will rarely take her eyes off them. She is fairly vain, and she will instantly dislike any girl that she thinks is as pretty as her. She is quite tough and determined, and she is prepared to get into a fight over a guy if it happens. She can get carried away sometimes, and she seems to have a thing for keeping a lot of potential lovers in tow. However, if she does have a boyfriend, she is capable of controling her wild desires, and she can keep him loving her alone - up until when she gets bored of him.

[b]Superpower:[/b] Isabella's arms change into thorny vines, the length of which slowly increases until Isabella finds them too unwieldy. The vines are fairly useful if she needs to climb up the side of something, or maybe catch something in midair, but when it comes to fighting enemies, if she can successfully wrap it around her enemy, if the vines are not yet at their maximum length, they will speedily grow until they are. This can only be done if Isabella wraps them correctly, and the method to do so is fairly difficult, meaning she can't pull it off all the time. The longer her vines are, the harder they are to break, and the thorns may occasionally grow so long they become another vine. Once the vines are too unwieldy, they change back into her arms, and she must wait ten minutes before being able to change them again.

Basic Definition: The ability to manipulate or recreate how you exist in this universe
Advanced: Have you ever looked in the mirror & said "I wish was something else"? With this ability you can recreate everything in your life from your body and your soul, to the very fabrics of your essence the made you real. You're basically your own creator. You decide how you are seen, heard, or felt by others? Or not at all. Or remake from how your life began. This ability also DOES NOT enable the creation of new super abilities.

Basic:The ability to bring what ever you imagine to life within an area
Advanced: This power causes a boundary to surround you and anyone else you want. You can make the boundaries go as far as you want when you are using this power, but you need to be able to take the strain. You can imagine ANYTHING and it will happen within the imagination field, but you need to take the strain of that coupled with the strain of the boundary length. And only your imagination becomes reality. You can use what you imagine to hurt someone or use what you imagine not to, it's your imagination

Also, his hair is cleaner cut than in the picture.

[b]Personality:[/b] Cheerful, but vengeance driven. Has aspergers syndrome, a mild form of autism(It's real. I'd know, I have it). Extremely smart & wants to be a theoretical physicist. The quintessential nerd.Extremely verbose, quirky, & is prone to rambling as well as "zoning out" when reading or thinking to himself.Likes science fiction, dungeons & dragons, frogs, & nintendo. Has a good sense of humor, specificly dry humor.(Autism and a good sense of humor do mix, this character is based off myself {and I have a good sense of humor})

His oufit consists of a short-sleeved dark red t-shirt, a black sweatshirt with a half torn hoodie, a pair of worn-out jeans, one of its legs cut off at the height of his knee. He usually wears black sneakers, but it is not odd to find him entering class barefooted. He carries a Tennis racket in his back in a sword fashion, as if sheathed.

[b]Personality:[/b] To summarize him in a single word, he's a smartass. He will solve any problem in half the time you would, and laugh in your face for it! But that doesn't mean he hasn't got friends, no. He can be gentle if he proposes to, but is generally proud and stingy when he talks to his mates and/or strangers. He is a terrible tennis player, but carries the racket as an excuse for not having to play any other sport, either. He's not popular with girls, not being the typical 'cool' guy. He's got this weird passion for animals, he will get his mind lost looking into the woods even in the most heated of debates. but when he does, he's actually thinking: [i]Imagine how many test subjects I could find in there... Its either shadow or illusion control of those choices, both of which I find boring. Controlling or being able to screw with space time is a god power and dream control is very limited because the enemy has to be sleeping.

Okay if you reject this power you're going to have to give a VERY valid reason:
Empathy:
The ability to feel and mimic all of the emotions(yes that includes pain and suffering) of anyone within a radius of 3 meters of the user

Empaths can't do crap. Illusions is your best bet, but the power is weak against machines or strong willed people, so it's limited too.

Tiberius Chan stand 6'0" and weighs in at 185 pounds. Tiberius' hair is blue with streaks of red in between, which is inherited from his mother. Tiberius is a dark skinned individual naturally. Tiberius wears blue basketball shorts that pass his knees. For his shirt, Tiberius wears a Blue tee shirt. Also, Tiberius wears blue fingerless gloves and a blue backwards fitted with the label O's on the front. Physically, Tiberius is fit with a runner's body.

Personality:Tiberius is very intelligent, despite his lack of self confidence. Tiberius is also a great tactician. He works hard at whatever he does until he gets it right. This can however turn into obsession, depending on the project. Tiberius also knows that even though he comes from a poor family, he will do whatever it takes to do what is right, even if he is a bit obsessive. Very kind person naturally, Is very polite to women and always makes sure that the people he saves are comfortable.

Superpower: Rokkoskiki Technique. Basically, a basic techniques that relies on enhancing one strength by the amount of power to switch to it. There are 4 levels of Rokkoskiki techniques and there are 5 different attacks.
Gear 1=Regular mode. Tiberius' normal state. Naturally strong and fast in this state.
Gear 2=1st Stage. Tiberius body gives a glow of red. Tiberius speed enhances to the point where regular people can't see him.
Gear 3=2nd Stage. Steam emits from his body as his strength and Speed Increase by 2. Super powered enemies have a hard time seeing him. The downside is that this stage is timed, and if the battle is not over within 25 minutes, Tiberius will revert into his normal state and won't be able to transform for a hour.
Gear 4=3rd Stage. This stage only last 5 mins. But Tiberius Moves so fast that people can't see him at all. When this stage is used up, He can't transform for 4 hours and is extremely tired.
Attack 1-Soru= Speed rush attack
Attack 2-Geppou=A Jumping air attack that looks like explosions in the air.
Attack 3-Wolfen=A Rush attack that allows you to deal heavy damage to the opponent while you take damage in return.
Attack 4-Pistolet=Energy Flows to the fist, allowing for stronger punches at the cost of speed
Attack 5 Bazooka=A one Shot KO that is highly inaccurate. Allows user to keep speed.
