(5 lines is a bit long IMO)

Often known to be the type of guy to cool down perople when they get agrivated, his not the silent cool typeHe is quite talkative and confident in himself, he likes to take control even if it annoys people, he will also be sarcasstic alot and claim himself to be bigger then he is, he doesn't often put people down unless he wants a response. He always plans his moves and acts accordingly.He often annoys people alot as they see him as cocky and arrogant, he will often say thiongs like "leave it to me, i can handle it" and "you'll just get in my way." Whenever he is in a group of people he always tries to impress people with knowledge which often lead people to agreeing to his steretypical arrogant nature.
[b]Superpower:[/b] The control of Wind

Basically he can control wind causing gale force winds to erupt, later on he will able to focus the wind power to aid him in physical attacks and movements such as flying.

Two problems, sorry in advance if I sound harsh.

1. Your character's appearance does not have a description. You must have one even though you have a picture. I can't even open up your picture either. Use an IMG tag instead of a link.

2. Even though you said that your character is not the cool silent type, he is. Go for a more colourful personality instead of the silent conflict resolver.

[b]Appearance:[/b]Jason's appearance is rather intimidating, yet friendly at the same time. Jason stands about 6 foot tall, his face is suddle and mostly unflawed exsept for the scar that extends from his right to his left cheek bone, his eyes are a dark lifeless blue that give his face a rather friendly appearance, his hair is jet black and extends down to the middle of his back normally worn back in a pony tail, he isn't overly muscled, but his muscles are well toned. He tends to wear a sleeveless shirt that shows off his well toned muscles with a pair of blue jeans and black sneakers.

[b]Personality:[/b] Jason is rather friendly and talks to anyone he considers his friend, but is shy and quiet around people he doesn't know, he is very strong willed and will stand up for what he thinks is right, Jason is also very protective over his friend, making sure that people know that his friends are not to be trifulled with, he also tries to confort his friends who seem sad or angry. When angered Jason is fearce and doesn't hesitate to duke it out and fight till he or his oponent is knocked out or until the fight is broken up, he tends to keep his cool unless someone injures or cause his friends problems. He likes to play around and flirt when things are okay, but when things are going wrong he is the first person to offer a helping hand to those in need, he has a charm all his own that is simplly him being himself and not letting things get to him easily without proper reasoning

[b]Superpower:[/b] able to control and create fire, can throw fire like it was a solid object and emit funnels of flame that ingulf anything five feet infront of him, able to control existing flames(like candle flames) and manipulate them, but is unable to make them any bigger without another source or by adding his own fire to it(him making fire is extreemly exhuasting)

kk. At the start my guys powers are, but soon he'll be able to control the wind better so it forms like orbs that cover his hand, tghen when he punches the impact sends people spinning, that kinda stuff and more

She is very quick to react to a situation, although she gives it no thought. She is very reckless, and will always charge straight into a situation. She speaks in third person, oftentimes, and is perceived as a child by those who don't know her. She isn't as naive as she chooses to let on. When the situation calls for it, she can be very levelheaded and perceptive. She has an unnatural taste for fish, as she often will eat them raw. She can't swim, and hates the water.

[b]Superpower:[/b] Her DNA is infused with that of a feline, giving her cat-like agility and balance. Her fingernails are hardened and have been sharpened to claws and they also resist fracture. When she is startled or frightened, she grows ears and a tail, which can easily be hidden. (You can see where I'm pulling ideas from...) In other words, she has cat powers.[/spoiler]

[b]Personality:[/b] He is usually quiet because of his shy personallity.He is easily frightened and is brought down very easily.But he can be fun and loving at times.His persaonality usually allows him to ignore most of whats going on and fight when needed.He is queit childish and loves to mess around.Most of the time he doesn't know what to do.He is always afraid he will hurt someone and it frightens himself.

He has violet colored eyes, and messy blonde hair that falls in waves across his forehead. He also wears dark brown hiking boots.

[b]Personality:[/b] He is an odd, eccentric individual, wearing a perpetual smirk. He's a rather childish, collected person but is mentally unstable on the inside. He has a Multiple Personality Disorder and will randomly blurt out words that have no relevance to the topic at hand. He also has a facial tic when he is excited and in moments of extreme tension you'll probably see him biting on a finger, drawing blood. He rarely takes anything seriously if it be death threats to party invitations, the only the he really takes seriously are his friends.
