Well, I was thinking of making a 1on1 TouchOfDeath round. What does that mean? Well, the first one to take one vote, wins! Fast and painless!:-) Anyway, the prize will be 3 reps. I think that it's good... The rules are:

~The card should be a continuous Spell card.

~This card should affect Dragon-, Reptile- or Spellcaster-Type monsters.

As long as this card remains face-up, on your side of the Field, the ATK and DEF of all Dragon-Type monsters, on your side of the Field, are reduced by 500 points. All monsters affected by this effect, can attack their opponent's Life Points directly. The activation of this card cannot be negated.

Once per turn, During your Main Phase, you can send up to 2 Dragon-Type monsters you control to the Graveyard. A monster sent by this card's effect must remain in the Graveyard for turns equal to its Level, then you can Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. Increase the Special Summoned monster's ATK and DEF by its Level x 200, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to its Level x 200. If this card is removed from the field or flipped face-down, any monsters that are still in the Graveyard sent by this card's effect are removed from play.
