Picture. Attachments?

Okay I have no idea how to put a picture on my forum without using an attachment. Someone please tel me how to.

The second wouldn't work, copying the image URL brings up a lengthy unusable code.

You can simply, Generate the card, click it, then look for a code underneath it.
It will look like
[code][img]http://img801.imageshack.us/img801/7800/61523t.jpg[/img][/code]
