Icy
As we all should know, the original rules instated by Hunter back in the day are very old, and from now on, are no longer in effect. Below are the new rules and regulations specific to this subforum that you must all abide with from here on. All original YCM rules apply as well, and are not to be ignored.
The Rules and Regulations

Only 1-on-1 contests are permitted in this subforum.
The entry conditions, time limits or end conditions and the prizes must be stated. If your thread is missing any of these three elements, it shall be locked without notice. If your contest has a time limit, you are free to extend it at any time, as long as both contestants mutually agree upon it.
Starting from September 1, 2010, the maximum number of Reps you can give per 1-on-1 contest is ONE. Only one. Since this is a new adjustment, moderators will remind you if you have forgotten or have not noticed this new regulation. After October 1, contests will be locked without warning if you are giving out more than one Rep per contest.
If your 1-on-1 contest is a multi-round contest (e.g. best 2-out-of-3, for example), you are allowed to give one additional Rep for each round. Please note: Each round must have different card(s) and/or criteria. If the card(s) are exactly the same for each round, you will be subjected to the rule aforementioned prior to this one.
Additional prizes such as Points can be included as long as you actually have them in your possession when the contest begins.
Card(s) must be unique. You may not post the card(s) more than two times within this subforum. Contestants caught doing so will be dealt with at a moderator's discretion.
Moderators have the final say; if they deem your contest should be locked, then it can be locked without warning.
Moderators reserve the right to disallow any contestants from being allowed to partake in any 1-on-1 contests at any time.

If your contest has been completed, please respectfully change the title of your contest to include something such as 'finished', 'lock' or 'done', etc. This helps save moderators a great deal of work. We actually prefer this over reports, so please do it as we say.
Moderators reserve the right to change any of the rules and regulations within the 1-on-1 subforum at any time.
