I'm sorry, but its been awhile for me to do this correctly, so I'm trying to figure out how I can work this OCG, thank you. Keep in mind its for a Synchro, thanks.

This card cannot by Synchro Summoned except by tributing 4 lv 1 or lv 12 Ciel monsters on your side of the field along with 1 lv 1 tuner monster. You can destroy this card to destroy all cards on the field. While this card remains face-up on the field, you can increase the ATK/DEF of all monsters on your side of the field and in hand by 2000. When this card is destroyed by battle, inflict 1000 to your Life points.



Also, does anyone know how the point system works? Mine says I have 19 points with a weird saying behind it, but before the forum changed, it said I had 200-230, so what happened too them?

you changed it a tad bit, but thats alright, it just messed up the mechanics of ciel monsters, but I can fix it. Thanks.

All the points were erased after the forum change. The number after the number of points you have is what rank you are in the amount of points.
