Desert Set

[b]This is my Desert Themed Set. I tried to make them as unique and balanced as possible.

Rates and Comments are appreciated.

[spoiler=Monsters (12)]Name: Fearsome Deity of the Desert
Attribute: Earth
Level: *********
Card Type: Ritual/Effect
Type: Reptile
ATK/DEF: 3200/2600
Effect: This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Ceremony of the Desert". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Level equals 9 or more from your the field or your hand. If "Deserted City" is face-up on the field, this card can attack twice in it's Battle Phase. This card cannot attack directly. Once per turn, you can remove 1 EARTH monster in your Graveyard from play to remove 1 face-up card from play. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 2 Lv 4 or lower EARTH monsters from your Graveyard. The Summoned monsters lose 800 ATK and cannot be Tributed.

Effect: If "Deserted City" is face-up on the field, this card gains 350 DEF during each of your End Phases. If this is the only face-up card you control, you can switch this card's ATK and DEF. When this card is selected as an attack target, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, negate the attack and inflict 500 damage to your opponent. If you call it wrong, destroy this card and the attacking monster and take damage equal to the combined Level of both monsters x100.

ATK/DEF: 1650/1400
Effect: If "Deserted City" is face-up on the field, this card can attack directly. All damage inflicted by this monster is halved. Once per turn, you can roll a dice. If the result is 1, 2, 3 or 4, this card gains 200 ATK. If the result is 5 or 6, you can destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls whose Level is equal to or lower than the number of cards in your hand.

ATK/DEF: 700/550
Effect: If "Deserted City" is face-up on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by Spell Cards. Once per turn, you can change the Type or Attribute of 1 face-up monster on the field. This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each face-up Reptile-Type monster on the field. If you control 3 or more face-up EARTH monsters, you can Tribute this face-up monster to increase the ATK and DEF of all face-up monsters you control by 500 until the End Phase.

Name: Venomous Scorpion of the Desert

Effect: If "Deserted City" is face-up on the field, this card cannot be targeted by Trap Cards. When this card is Summoned, you can destroy 1 face-down monster on the field. Once per turn, you can remove up to 3 monsters in your Graveyard from play. This card gains 400 ATK for each card removed from play by this effect.

Effect: If "Deserted City" is face-up on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by battle(Battle Damage is applied normally). You can Tribute this face-up monster to destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap your opponent controls.

Effect: "Big Scarab" + 1 or more non-Tuner EARTH monsters
If "Deserted City" is face-up on the field, this card cannot be targeted by monster effects. When a Spell or Trap Card is sent to the Graveyard, this card gains 100 DEF. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Insect-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to add 1 card from the bottom of your Deck to your hand. You can Tribute this face-up monster to destroy 2 face-up monsters your opponent controls.

Name: Gigantic Scarab

Effect: "Big Scarab" + "Big Scarab" + "Big Scarab"
If "Deserted City" is face-up on the field, this card cannot be targeted by Spell or Trap Cards. If there are no "Big Scarab" monsters in your Graveyard, this card is destroyed. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Insect-Type monsters in your Graveyard from play to increase your Life Points by 700. You can Tribute this face-up monster to destroy all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls.

Name: Desert Tribesman

Effect: When this card destroys a monster, you can return this monster to your hand. If you activate this effect, your opponent must discard 3 cards from their hand. This card gains 100 ATK for each face-up Attack Position monster you control.

Name: Desert Nobleman
Attribute: Earth
Level: ***
Card Type: Monster/Tuner
Type: Warrior
ATK/DEF: 900/1000
Effect: When a monster is Summoned, you can return this card to your hand. If you activate this effect, you can switch up to 2 face-up monster's your opponent controls into Defense Position. If there are 3 or more face-up Defense Position monsters on the field, this card gains 1000 DEF.

Name: Desert Guardian
Attribute: Earth

Card Type: Monster/Effect
Type: Warrior
ATK/DEF: 2050/1700
Effect: This card gains 100 ATK and DEF during each of your opponent's Standby Phases. When a monster you control is destroyed, you can return this card to your hand. If you activate this effect, remove 1 face-up card your opponent controls from play. You can pay 1600 Life Points to Special Summon this monster from your hand. This card cannot attack on the turn this effect was activated.

Name: King of the Desert Tribe

Effect: 1 Warrior-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner EARTH monsters
When you receive over 1500 damage, you can return this card to your Extra Deck. If you activate this effect, you can remove 3 face-up cards your opponent controls from play. You can decrease this card's ATK or DEF by 500 to add 1 Lv 4 or lower EARTH monster from your Graveyard to your hand.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Spells (6)]Name: Ceremony of the Desert
Trap/Spell Type: Ritual
Effect: This card is used to Ritual Summon "Fearsome Deity of the Desert". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Level equals 9 or more from the field or your hand.

Name: Deserted City
Trap/Spell Type: Field Spell
Effect: You must discard 1 card during each of your End Phases. If you do not, this card is destroyed. Increase the ATK of all face-up "Desert" and "Scarab" monsters by 600 and decrease their DEF by 400. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up monster you control to place 1 Desert Counter(max.5)on this card. When either player declares a direct attack, place 1 Desert Counter on this card. You can remove 2 Desert Counters from this card to draw 2 cards. You can remove 5 Desert Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Lv 6 or lower EARTH monster from either player's Graveyard.

Name: Beautiful Oasis
Trap/Spell Type: Field Spell
Effect: Both players gain 500 Life Points when a Spell or Trap Card is activated. While this card is face-up on the field, monsters cannot be removed from play. When this card is destroyed, both players lose 1000 Life Points and all face-up Defense Position monsters are destroyed.

Name: Shifting Sands
Trap/Spell Type: None
Effect: When this card is activated, you can add up to 3 face-down cards you control to your Deck. Draw 1 card for each card returned to your Deck by this effect.

Name: Succumbing to Thirst
Trap/Spell Type: Continuous
Effect: While this card is face-up on the field, neither player's Life Points can be increased. When this card is destroyed, both players can add 1 Spell Card from their Graveyard to their Deck.

Name: Raging Sandstorm
Trap/Spell Type: Quick-Play
Effect: When this card is activated, destroy all face-down Spell and Trap Cards on the field and inflict damage to both players equal to the number of cards destroyed by this effect x200.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Traps (2)]Name: Desert Mirage
Trap/Spell Type: None
Effect: This card can only be activated if your opponent declares a direct attack. Negate the attack and Special Summon 1 "Mirage Token" (Psychic-Type/EARTH/3 Stars/ATK 1000/DEF 100). "Mirage Tokens" cannot be targeted by monster effects.

Name: Desert Sinkhole
Trap/Spell Type: None
Effect: Select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. The selected monster loses 600 ATK during each of your opponent's End Phases. When the selected monster's ATK reaches 0, remove this card and the selected monster from play.[/spoiler][/b]
