Well I had this pic lying around on my PC. It kinda looked like SD, so I desided to make a Anti-SD card. Just for fun.
Here's what I came up with.

Clashing through the skies for eternity. Now finally arived. Come! Meteor-Sword Dragon!

When your opponent Special Summons "Stardust Dragon", you can Special Summon this card from your hand, Deck, Graveyard or Removed from Play Zone. All "Stardust Dragons" cannot be Tributed. The the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field cannot be negated. When this card declares an attack, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.
Pic from Pixiv.

Perhaps I overdid it this time, but its for you to deside that.

I like it counter stardust card cept one thing..

These lines contradict each other

-Negate the effect of "Stardust Dragon".

-The the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field cannot be negated.

Because stardust destroys cards on the field

"You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, and destroy that card. "

Also negateing stardusrt's effect wont have much effect on him as show by the ruling here
""Skill Drain" has no effect on "Stardust Dragon". For the first effect, Tributing "Stardust Dragon" is a cost, so "Stardust Dragon" is not on the field and is unaffected by "Skill Drain". The second effect activates in the Graveyard, so "Skill Drain" cannot negate it" -yugioh Wikia-

So its almost useless the more appropreate effect would be "Stardust cannot be tributed" or somthing along those lines

Good work thought like the card 9/10

Oh looky, another Anti-Stardust Dragon, how original. <_<

And the sad fact is that, this card lacks the kick to it. It's a boring effect. Not worth to waste Deck space over it. And another and, this card is only useful for being Level 8, so it's Trade-In material.

Yeah, 1 Spell Card (well, 3 if you count in Future Fusion and Foolish Burial, but they're @1 so they don't matter at the moment) to make this worth it? Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
