Even with your greatest power boost and greatest attack you'r still outclassed by people above you.

So at the greatest of your gun's power and wielding your hammah, you're powerful enough to match Shadow with all of his stuff at max, and if Proto fought Taint he would lose even if Proto went super mode, etc.

1) Seems interesting, i wasn't aware of the first one prior to the remake so i'm a little confused as to what "glitch" actually is, is it like a virus?

2) With the RP sample does it just have to be a scene that could be in the RP? Or can it be another setting and scenario?

Anyway i'll give an APP a go.

Name of Character: Hyabusa Hybrid
Gender: Male

(sorry if to descriptive)

Basic Build:
Hyabusa stands at 6 foot and 0 inches. He is an average size in terms of physical build, not ripped with muscle to the point of Goku, but more defined then the likes of Naruto. His skin is quite pale as if it had not seen sunlight for quite some time.

Facial features:
He has Blue Pupil eyes with a gold circled line surrounding them.. His face expresses no signs of emotion, anger, joy and sadness are not detectable from his constantly half opened eyes and barely twitching mouth.

Hair:
His hair is a dark blue, short and spiked on an angle with a strain going down the centre of his face.

Chest/Torso:
He wears no shirt but rather a gold necklace with 3 crosses on the centre of the chain that sinks to his belly button. He has a pale toned skinny chest with a defined 6 pack and slight increase in size of pecs that push out slightly

Arms:
Hyabusa has a gold shoulder plate like disk that circles the edge of his collar bone to the start of his shoulder, the gold disk rises to slightly lower then his ears in height. His arms are covered by dark blue tight sleeves that connect to the gold disks on his shoulders, the sleeves act as gloves as they go down his forearm and stay in place due to the thumb fitting through a hole in the sleeve, the rest of the fingers fit through a bigger hole at thee end of the sleeve. He has a gold ring on 3 fingers on each hand.

Legs:
Although of basic build in terms of size the legs aren't visible to the eye. They are covered by tight dark blue leggings that end in his sandals. Over the leggings is a white big robe bottoms design, kind of like what a monk wears, with gold trimming on the edges of it, the robe bottoms sink to just above the ankles.

Shoes:
He wears sandle like ninja shoes that are of a white colour with dark blue shades.

When Alone:

Although he always dictates through his body language, ie: folding arms and leaning against walls, that he is often aloner and likes it that way, alone he is different to when around people. He likes to observes creations and thinks alot to himself about development, structure and procedures along with effort that go into creating designs. When he is alone he often lets out a slight smile and sits back observing the beuty he is viewing.

When With a Friend or two:

Pretty different to when he is alone, he likes to correct his friends with deep insight thoughts that come to his mind, through this he often is told off by frustrated friends, however he personally sees it as doing them a favour. He wont often get involved in conversations unless asked in which he will give honest thoughts and opinions. However he does care for his friends and would willingly make an effort to change the way he commiunicates for them.

When with a Group:

He will often fade into the background and observe everyone elses points of view, he will be friendly however this will be misassumed when observing his face and body language which seem to dictate annoyance and anger. He it tough to communicate with as he likes to talk and act with minimal people however he will contribute if need be. In group arguments he will often try tlo be the solution to the problem rather then the problem itself.

Powers/Abilities:

"Tryabusa" {Tr-I-ab-U-sa}: His most famous ability, more of a duration type technique rather then one of instant impact. He claps both his hands together calling out "Tri-Hyabusa", the result forms 2 other seperate and yet close to identical Hyabusa's.

Strengths:
* 3 seperate fighters at once
* Allows for team work moves and abilities to be performed
* With 2 other seperate Hyabusa's he learns more of his opponent quicker

Weaknesses:
* Damage done to any Hyabusa retracts to the original
* Lot's of expenditure of energy to maintain seperate forms
* Once Hyabusa's dissapear they cannot be returned for 1 hour

"Sincabusa" {Sin-ca-b-U-sa}: Known as his signature or most occuring move. When he performs this technique he forms 4 other arms from the sides of his torso. This is brought about from him clapping his hands above his head and calling out, "Sinc-Hyabusa".

Strengths:
* Quick physical attacks
* Hold many seperate weapons at once
* Lift heavier objects due to increased support

Weaknesses:
* Weaker punches as strength is divided
* With each swing of a fist he expends 3 times the normal effort required
* When reverted the technique cannot be performed for another 10 minutes

"Quadabusa" {quad-ab-U-sa}: A move rarely performed by him. Hyabusa often uses this as an impact strike move, he appears with 2 extra arms that appear back and curl over his shoulder, his original and new arms then extend in length heading for the foe. The move is performed by Hyabusa clapping his hands together and calling out "Quad-Hyabusa".

Strengths:
* Long range attack
* Cover a pretty wide area
* Quite a fast move

Weaknesses:
* Easily dodged
* Opponent can capture the loose arms
* Move takes quite a while to revert

Weapons: A sharp blade that extends 1 metre is released through his gloves, the blades extend to past his hand, the blade is 5cm wide and 2 cm thick and can be reverted to his glove.

"Septabusa Finale" {S-ept-ab-U-sa fIn-al-e}: His ultimate technique/ability, he only uses it for the toughest of battles and often tries to avoid using it unless need be. The process of performing this technique requires Hyabusa to put his palms flat on the ground, he then puts his arms straight out to his sides, his palms still stretched up, he then puts his arms straight up in the air, he then again puts them out to his side and then claps them in front of his chest calling out. "Sept-Hyabusa, the Finale", the result is 6 other Hyabusa's are formed, they all contain the same sharp blade in gloves weapon that he possesses, although it is extremly hard for him to perform other techniques whilet he 6 are out.

Strengths:
* Attack in numbers
* Range of group combos can be performed
* 1 can take the hit from the original

Weaknesses:
* Extremly energy draining
* Once reverted cannot be used for 3 hours
* When the 6 are reverted he takes the combined damage that the 6 took at once.

Position in the Army: Nexus, A rank?

The start of Hyabusa's life was not one of choice, his parent were apart of a cult that was forced onto their 3 kids, one being Hyatai. Hyatai had 1 brother, Buroko Who was 5 years older then him, and 1 sister, Sarata who was also 5 years older then him, they were twins. During Hyatai's birth the entire cult of 499 stood in anticipation of the event that would initiate their 500th member...as the cult leader. The intention of the cult was to create a human like figure who saw rationale and different perspectives in different people. The initiation of the 500th member to turn into the cult leader was simple but cruel to the twin brother and sister. They however accepted the process.

Hyatai was put in a see through cylinder like chamber that filled with clear water. A sealing technique was performed on the brother and the sister that merged their beings into their souls that were sent into the water that could potentially drown Hyatai. The souls mixed with the water causing it to become like a clear mould that formed around the edge of Hyatai's body. The result, Buroko and Sarata's souls were combined with Hyatai's, however Hyatai would assume his physical appearance, but his mind and opinions were now shared through a combined tri-seperate being.

After he learned of what had happened and why he was so respected within the society, he was emotionally crippled for years, he did not understand why it had happened, however he then was able to help his villaghe fight off foes that seeked to harm it, he then heard of the damage caused at the first Forum and set out to help, however he was to late as he only arrived for the rebuild by the mods of the new Forum. At age 20 he arrived at the new Forum and was saught out by Phantom Roxas after hearing of his Tri-Being abilties. One day when he was fighting off a herd of Glitch that was attacking a nearboy smaller Forum he did what he could to help and was assisted by Phantom Roxas. He has now been working with the Nexus for 5 years.

Hyabusa stood soely on 1 knee, his other was at a 90 degree angle in front of him. His knee pressing against the hard cold ground of what appeared to be a marble like substance began shaking slightly due to the warm traces of blood being extinguished from his knee. Hyabusa remained holding his right arm, his torso decorated with bruises and cuts leaning forward slightly, his panting deep and empty as he searched for air, his eyes only barely seeing the darkness of the room. Hyabusa looked up, no traces of anger could be seen in his eyes ashis emotionless face remained facing his opponent.

The opponent stood at 8" Tall it was a troll like monstrosity, it had 2 pointy big ears and a nose that curles up slightly, it's dark green skin resembling a dark bush. It wore simply purple trunks and was unweary of it's giant gut. It stood holding it's 1 metre long club and laughed at Hyabusa.

"You to weak for me, me no have challenge." The Troll snickered as it mocked the kneeling hyabusa. No breeze was brought about in the room, the barred windows were the only source of light as the room was solely lit by darkness and the visible light grey marble rocks that formed the dungeon like environment. The room appeared to be 30 metres long and 30 metres wide, the two stood 15 metres apart.

Hyabusa slowly stood up, his leg shaking and his arms weak. With all his force he roared a feeling of pain as he stood up, his legs slightly bent and his torso leaning forward slightly, his arms looked as if they would sink to the ground if thrown any lower. Hyabusa faced the ground.

"A Troll...An annoyance of a creature...And yet...i'm losing...Life...Death...what is the true meaning of the existance of battle...is it to achieve one's death?...or is it by means of feeling as sense of Life?" Hyabusa thought to himself, inspiring himself to find the answer by his next actions. He faced up at the troll still slightly panting and injured he slowly lifted his hands up facinf forward at the troll at chest level.

The troll snickered and laughed at Hyabusa's attempted, mocking him with each ounce of effort extinguished by Hyabusa. When his arms faced straight out he pointed them threw them out to each side. Which caught the attention of the Troll who was now watching closely, confusionm was written all over his face as Hyabusa maintained his own emotionless expression. Suddenly in a swift and painful motion Hyabusa clapped the palms of his hands together forming what appeared to be a seperate female version of himself who was slightly smaller then him and with long dark blue hair, she like him had pale skin and an emotionless expression, another form was created who was slightly taller then Hyabusa, he had short spiky dark blue hair that was a little longer then Hyabusa's and shared the same pale skin.

The 3 stared blankly at the confused and slightly scared troll.

"There is no existance of battle...only that which is brought about volantarly by one's own vision...the true meaning...will never be revealed...as wont yours." Hyabusa stated softly causing the Troll to get furious.

"You make no sense! Me squash 3!"

The Hyabusa 3 dashed at the Giant Troll.

........*sighs* Nex, seriously, why is it that you insist on constantly downsizing my character? I can understand the whole thing with Chaos Control, and we were able to somehow work that out, but downsizing the amount of power I gain from Phazon and/or the Lights of Order and/or Chaos.....seriously, that is just going to far imo. It's not like I am trying to make my character more powerful then he is supposed to be, just so that for short periods of time, he is able to at least survive fights with up to A-rank characters. And now you do this? I understand that it was agreed that you wield all power in this rp, but you are really starting to get to me by telling me how my characters items work when that is completely different from how they are supposed to work. Would you like it if our positions were switched and I was doing this to you? I think not.

Chaos, Nex is probably thinking that when you use them you can pwn 2 S-ranks teamed up against you. :/

Well that's just wrong. The highest it was meant to go was a temporary to rank increase, and that's only when my character is using the Seven Lights of Chaos in their second form in conjunction with the Light of Order in the second form, or using the Lights of Order and Chaos in conjunction with Blue and Red Phazon for my first form. That and the fact that I was going to deliberately limit what my character can do and how far it could go at the beginning, and yet Nex is telling me that he's going to have it extremely limited and that the items I have are not going to work the way that they are supposed to? That's just wrong, especially since I am at the middle rank and would be in big trouble if I had to face anyone stronger then me, seeing as anyone higher then me in rank is able to move faster then I am unless I constantly used Chaos Control, which when done continuously would put a strain on my character.

Chaos, then just fight the ranks you're at. Plus, if you fight a higher rank, there's always quick thinking. Like, a C-rank can outwit a B-rank with unexpected combo, a B-rank can take on an S-rank because they have an advantage or something. >:T
