Never try being sarcastic with me when it involves an app of mine unless you are going to use sarcasm tags to make it blatantly obvious. I take app building and critiquing very seriously, as it is very serious business for me.

So I take it that there was never a problem with my app to begin with then? *grumbles about causing needless mayhem*

Oh GODS!! I just discovered what "Power Over Chaos" Scientifically means.

"The Ability to create or destroy probabilities, And also the ability to alter Probability to whatever degree."

In other words "Chaos Manipulation" as an ability is pretty much Godmodding defines. But thankfully we have the Sonic The Hedgehog-not-quite-as-scary Chaos Manipulation

Somehow I don't see Shadow wanting to take the time to figure out how to correctly go about altering probability or even how it would work.

Then again im pretty sure there would be natural limits on Chaos Manipulation. Like for example Raiden (controlling lightning) Can't shut off your brainwaves with his electric power cuz that would just be straight cheap.

And not to mention the whole "Water Manipulation-insta-kill-you-cuz-you're-made-of-water" bullsh*t...and a whole list of power limitations i dont wanna go into at the moment.

I am slightly but not in the way most think of, chaos is unpredictablility, so for me a chaos dude will just be a guy I have fun with, does nothing for any reason, all powerful, and a nice dude to get along with.

And breaks the fourth wall, doing such zany things as stealling the save button in the video game so you can't quicksave the entire level he is in.

He'd be a fun antagonist to write.

But Sky and Creator, have no fear, my no bs mode has been active since yesterday.

WTF how is my guy a "corrupt official" exactly? If you mean when he said that he helped his friends business, it's later revealed how he helped him, and it doesn't involve lending money from the forum or putting down other businesses, it's just by him staying there, they than promoted it and made better business because of it...My character isn't corrupt in the slightest.

@ sky raiden, lol it's fine man, your guys from another faction i expected him to act like that, it's fine.

Name of Character: Cortez
Gender: Male
Appearance: Navy Blue African Pigmy Hedgehog (basically, Sonic). He has the same shoes and outline as Sonic, except his eyes are completely black with white pupils. When Glitch controls him, his eyes become normal.
Personality: Cortez has no ethics, so he does anything he feels like doing without much regret. He tends to be kind and likes joking around, but he can be serious and dark at times. He enjoys getting into a fight and never leaves them. He has a cocky nature and is overconfident, and he loves running. He has a split personality disorder. When Glitch controls him, he does not talk and becomes extremely vicious.
Powers/Weapons/Other Abilities: Cortez can run at the speed of sound. However, he can only keep up that speed for about 10 seconds, and usually only runs as fast as most jet planes. He can maintain that speed for about 19 minutes, and it takes time for him to get to that speed. If he stays in place and in a pre-running position for ten seconds, he can start of at 10 mph. Otherwise, he starts with fast-pace walking and slowly builds up to that speed. If he has enough energy, he can boost. He gains a blue aura while he does this, and it knocks most things that it hits backwards. He can also curl into a spiky ball and gain a navy aura. If he does this while running, he begins to slows down, but his force overwhelms many kinds of machines and knocks down almost all objects that aren't anchored or really heavy. He can charge this spin if he stands still, which allows him to move faster. He is extremely agile, coordinated, and flexible. He can jump to about 4 feet into the air while standing still, but at full speed, he can jump up to 12 feet. He has sharp eyes and reflexes that allows him to dodge bullets, but he still takes hit from many other kinds of attacks. His physical strength is not that good, although he can be deadly with the use of fast combos. He can use the Homing Attack, which allows him to spin and dash at his target in the air. He usually doesn't stop until he hits, but he can cut the attack if the target is moving away too fast.

Bio: Cortez does not remember much of his past, because most of it was irrelevant to him. He never met his parents, and he expected that they never cared about him, so he ventured his region, Green Hill Zone. He was never given a proper education or knowledge about the real world, so he could never read or communicate properly for many years. He started making friends with creatures and people in the region, and he learned how to read and write from them. However, one day, Glitch infected the town and caused everybody there to kill each other. Cortez discovered his speed and was the lucky one to escape the Glitch, so he ran as fast as he could and as far as he could until he fainted of exhaustion. When he woke up, he was in a hospital in New Forum. He was unconscious for many years, but still managed to somehow survive in the middle of a desert. However, Cortez was barely infected by Glitch. It had no major effect on him, but his eyes became Black where it was white and his pupils became white instead. He never felt any effect on him, but his effect was actually his personality change. Later, he learned that he was infected during the flames of Green Hill Zone, and he actually got his powers from Glitch. However, Glitch took away Cortez's ethics, so Cortez did not feel any need to pay back Glitch. After many years of random venturing and fighting in and around New Forum, Cortez met Verdin. Cortez made a weak alliance with Verdin at first, and worked up to be in their army. However, because of his lack of ethics, he did not care if his teammates got hurt, so he was kept at a low "F" rank.

Cortez, once again, was fighting with a gang in the middle of a street. He could hear the traffic up behind him, but did not care at all. Cortez, getting bored of waiting, started his spin dash. After three seconds of charging, he heard one gang member's foot steps start heading towards him. [i]Heh. Idiot,[/i] he thought to himself. He released the spin dash and hit the charging gangster on the forehead, knocking him out. He followed up with a homing attack on the next few members. "Hey, I though you guys were supposed to be deadly!" He landed on the ground, and saw that there was only one left. He smiled, thinking, [i]This is too easy.[/i] Cortez let out a boost, and he was engulfed by a blue aura. "Eat this!" he shouted, thinking that he easily won. However, he was hit square across the face with a steel bat as he kicked the gangster in the stomach, and was knocked out. He woke up later in an alleyway facing a familiar shadow. This shadow was himself, but it was actually Glitch in his mind. It said to him, "You should stop leaping without looking. You're lucky that I took over and got you out of there." Cortez grunted, "It's your fault that I have no proper judgement. Leave me alone already." Glitch chuckled, "I would, but how far would you go without me? We live in a symbiosis. I take you as my host and give you powers. Simple as that." Glitch faded from his mind, and Cortez said, "What's with that guy?" just before he fell unconscious again.[/spoiler]

He can start off at 10 miles per hour if he stays planted and braced for running for about ten full seconds. If he want to go at full speeds, he would start off with a fast-pace walk and start slowly building up. If there's a huge attack coming at him fast, he probably won't be able to escape it fast enough. If it's in my imagined scenario of the giant laser of multiple/huge attack, he'll try and fail. His usual speed usually only works at long distances, and it isn't good for battle anyway.

EDIT: I'll edit the app, but can you keep me at F rank? Because otherwise I'll have to edit the app even more... and I think his character will be more fit at F.
