fenrir
Double Dash was my first and it's still my favorite. <3 I've always found the MK games to be really easy. :/

Lonk
Whoever says Double Dash!! isn't as good as the other Mario Kart games hate the double character feature. Double Dash!! was my favorite Mario Kart game. Dino Dino Jungle FTW! Too bad my copy is scratched. Blue Shell is a very hated weapon that online hackers use to gain cheap wins. Archbaron Larry
Yeah, don't really like the double character thing too much. Glad they switched back to standard for DS and Wii. DS is very easy to beat, and you can't really do anything afterwards. I just like 64 and Wii. I don't know why you guys don't think Wii is the best. The online capabilities are the best I've ever seen on any Wii game. The roster of characters has expanded widely, you can do tricks, and it's harder to beat. About the blue shell thing, well, I hate them too, but the cups are too easy without them, lol.
Quicksilver
Mario Kart Wii is an embarassing entry into the series and the only reason it's not complete rubbish is it's online. Redundant tracks and the most unbalanced gameplay of any other Mario Kart suck out any fun playing this game. It used to have a great balance of skill and items used to be deterrents, not the only way to win the game. I grew up on the SNES version Super Mario Kart, which to this day is my favourite because it had the feather.
