doesn't help that the creators state that the ending was meant to be controversial and to take it how we want too. I personally like to believe that
That he did in fact die, and he sacrificed himself knowing he would die in order to have a better tomorrow. So in the sense he saved the world// happy ending.
Yeah, I presume.
Also any suggestions for an Anime I should watch now. Preferably something with either Magic or high tech.
I'll do you one better; both high tech AND magic!

Toaru Majutsu no index
Toaru Kagaku no Railgun

(their both the same series but take place in different time and stories. So it doesn't matter which you see first but I recommend Majutsu first since railgun is kind of a side-story.)
Toaru Majutsu no Index is set in Academy City, a technologically advanced Academic city located at western Tokyo which studies scientifically advanced superhuman students with powers, but is also set in a world where magic is real. Tōma Kamijō is a student in Academy City whose right hand, the Imagine Breaker, has the ability to negate all magic and psychic powers, but also his own luck. One day he finds a young girl hanging on his balcony railing named Index. She is a nun from Necessarius, a secret magic branch of the Church of England, and her mind has been implanted with the Index Librorum Prohibitorum—103,000 forbidden magical books the Church has removed from circulation. His encounter with her leads him to meet others from the secret world of science and magic and an adventure with his friends where science and magic collide. Tōma's unusual power places him at the center of conflicts relating magicians and science-based espers in Academy City. As Tōma tries to help and protect his friends, he learns the people he knows are not as they appear and begins to attract the attention of magicians and espers alike as they try to unravel the secrets of Academy City and Index.

Academy City is a highly developed place in terms of technology. It is said to be 20 to 30 years ahead of the rest of the world. 80% of it's 2.3 million residents are students. The focus of studies here is directed towards esper powers. Misaka Mikoto, one of the top level espers in town, shares a room with Kuroko Shirai, another high level esper who is a member of Judgement, a law enforcing agency composed of students. Both attend to Tokiwadai, a private school reserved for the high-leveled and the rich. Kuroko's partner at Judgement, Kazari Uiharu, is a low level esper who studies at Sakugawa middle school. Her best friend and classmate there is Ruiko Saten, a level zero (no esper powers). Together, the four encounter several adventures in the exciting scientific town.
MARRY ME!

I'm a fan of To Aru Majutsu No Index. Not so much Railgun yet I watch it anyway...kind of need to finish it.

Where The F*** Was Episode 39?!

Anyway, I doubt you watched that many anime. Because that beats me by like...hmmm...5? And I mean multiply by 5...
Well I can name them(I might be exaggerating on the anime, I know it's at least 142 because that's how many animes I have on DVD; but the manga is fore-sure and I might be undershooting.)

Also I liked railgun, mainly because I like her a lot. However yeah...Index is better.

(EDIT: Actually another thing to realize is a lot of those animes are OVA's and are about 1 hour to 3 hours in total runtime generally.)

EDIT2: You seem to underestimate my pure no-lifery :P.

EDIT3: Angel Beats <3 <3 <3 <3

So what's new guys?
not much been working on an AMV for a contest actually on here. Just a little sad on the lack of people participating so...

Obligatory plug-in
Everyone if you're interested in AMV's even if you never made any should totally join the contest in the anime section for making AMVs.

I meant like Adobe CS3 or 5 but I only have (oops I meant) windows movie maker. I don't know how to get the video from anime or the music. I assume Pandora but it's too confusing for me (I'm that dumb) and not any good music.
What's pandora o,o

and lol it's not as confusing as it sounds(unless you want to go into quality); I'm actually thinking about making an AMV tutorial but I assume it wouldn't be popular.

since it's probably too late to reply to status since it's long gone now lol so I hope you see it here.
I never heard of it. Could you describe it?
Fate/Zero is a novel is one of the many novels/visual novels in the fate/series. The 3 being

Fate/Stay Night - Which can actually be split up into 3 series which will be explained later.

Fate/Hollow Ataraxia - A sequel to Fate/Stay Night that takes place about 1/2 a year later. The story is about Bazett a master from the 5th holy grail that woke up one evening missing her servant but with a completely brand new servant named Avenger. Shirou(Main Char from part 1) and Bazett finds themselves in a loop that last exactly 4 days and at the end of the 4th day regardless of if they died or not they wake up in the morning of the 1st day with all their memories in tact but everyone they know is completely oblivious to the loop. The story follows Shirou Bazett and Avenger as they try to solve the mysteries revolving around the city and to escape the loop.

Fate/Zero - A Prequel that takes place during the 4th Holy grail war that tells the story of Saber who participated in the 4th holy grail war and the father of Shirou.

Fate/Stay Night is actually broken up into three seperate arcs(only two has had anime adaptions) and they pretty much play as the same story except with different conflicts and different ending all revolved around the 5th Holy grail war.

Fate/Stay Night - Is the aptly named first arc which mainly deals with Shirou and Saber and an antagonist that has survived from the 4th holy grail war.

Fate/Unlimited Bladeworks - Is the 2nd arc dealing mainly with Shirou, Archer, Rin, and more closely relating with the many masters; shirou's past, insecurities, and goals and the antagonist realizes his goals and you find out the mastermind helping pull his strings.

Fate/Heaven's Feel - The final arc dealing with Shirou, Sakura, and many more beings and the introduction of the Angra Mayu. Deals with the mastermind behind everything and you find out that this holy grail is a lot bigger than let on and that the endings from the 1st two simply postponed the issue as compared to this arc where the hypothetical horse feces hits every fan in the city. It is also arguably the most awesome arc where the main character goes beast mode.

(There has been an anime adaption on Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Unlimited Bladeworks)

Fate/Stay Night - was poorly done and chose the worst arc and stretched everybody's worst attributes and complete failure of pacing.

Fate/Unlimited Bladeworks - Only should be watched if you read the novel. Has awesome action scenes and you get to watch your favorite scenes in anime form! Problem is this adaption has NO pacing what so ever so unless you read the novel you're gonna feel lost as they pretty much cut out a good 80% of it in favor for I guess the directors "Favorite scenes." It's simply a compilation of scenes of the novel.
