This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, this card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 of each of "Red Shooting Star", "Blue Shooting Star", "Green Shooting Star" and "Yellow Shooting Star" from your Graveyard and by controlling 1 face-up "Shooting Star Dragon". As long as this card remains face-up on the field, monsters with "Shooting Star" in their card name cannot be destroyed by Card Effects.
