Some characters in the tournament should have a second chance, since a lot of them lost either because I put them in an unfair match-up, YCM is stupid, people didn't know the characters as much when they lost, or the characters had yet to do something to prove themselves worthy of making it farther. However, to make it fair, I'll only be bringing back five characters that lost in Round 1 and will put them in random matches. Simply list your ten (or less) favorite characters from the list of losers, and I will eventually add polls to weed them out.
