Though I really have no shot at winning. If I lose I obviously don't win, duh. But if I manage to win then Ice will return from the depths of hell to do battle with me.

I'll convince Smesh to have some resurrection voting thread. I'd obviously get voted back, I think. After that I'll make sure there is another Ice vs Andx thread. Then I'd make sure that everybody that voted for you over me votes for me because they feel guilty.

I would like to extend my sincere apologies to Zeonark, in that case. I do remember [i]him[/i] as a member, and oftentimes myself, him, Clair, and Eury would have conversations in a now-dead chatroom. I did not realize his name was changed to Cherry, which sadly makes me favor the idea that name changes should not be as widespread as they once were.

As interesting as the realization may be, I still would like to stick with my logic that WiiOmi is a more "popular" member. But this just shows my ignorance, as Cherry owns a club in C&O that harbors over ten thousand posts, rivaling what Organization XIII once was. :/

Anyways, I think the losers should stay lost, but that's just me. I mean, there's supposedly going to be a 2nd YMB after this, I'm sure we'll all be able to get a 2nd crack at that time.

I meant the original Org 13. When it was originally started, and didn't have sub-clubs (rhyme?), it hit a bit over 10k before "dying out", or maybe the TC died or something.

I was actually thinking about this, but then it's not fair to finalists.

So have it so that people who made it to Round 4 or higher [b]can[/b] be nominated, but only two or three of them are actually chosen to be in YMB2 (how you choose is not up to me).

I know we are [i]just[/i] finishing Round 2, but I don't mind doing YMB2. I feel I'm active enough to do it, and I do have some generally good ideas for how to make it different. It's honestly your choice, I feel, since you are the original creator of the "idea" (not really, kind of), but I don't mind.

Sure, I don't mind who does it. You'd just have to discuss that with whoever wants to do it also.

So after Round 2 is over, we'd have 12 people left (assuming I don't suck at counting). How are we going to go about with the rest of the rounds? I wasn't here during the planning phases, but the smartest course of action would be from 12 to 6, from 6 to 3, have the member base vote on which two make it to the finals (and as such, third place is easily determined to get "bronze"), and then we have finals.

I would say we have the final be a 3-way vote. There's no reason not to, and it makes it a bit more... weighed, guess, as each person has to really think about who they vote for, in some people's cases.

So far, I think Dark should host the next one.

If one of y'all have contacts to a GFX person, you can get them to make bronze, silver, and gold medals that say YCM Member Brawl on them, just in terms of egotesticle recognition, much like the YCM Awards. It shouldn't take too much effort for them; it's just a colored circle with some kick-ass text.

If we are going the three-medal route, my idea works in the sense that third place can be determined easily, and then the finals will have more of a suspense factor because, for example, let's say YCMaker, Falling Pizza, and Crab Helmet were in the top three. If YCMaker and Falling Pizza ended up making it to the final round, you'd be unsure of who the Crab Helmet folks would vote for. We could easily have the final thread be open for a week's worth of voting and get most of General and C&O to vote.

Black's idea of a three-way final seems a [i]tad bit[/i] anticlimactic in the sense that we are so used to (or at least we would like to be) really close two-way battles. Once you get into a three-way battle, it kind of deviates from the feel of things. And while it could still work with the medal (most votes, second most votes, third most votes), I don't really feel that is the best way to approach things. Entirely, it's all up to Smesh, and if he doesn't really give a damn it's up to the member base to decide which would be a better ending. But I think we can all agree on, when we have six people, we should narrow it down to three and not two (meaning, [b]don't[/b] have two three-way battles).
