Broly Mal'naur was the original fan who created Dragonball AF, all the episodes, summaries, some of the dialouge scripts, etc all with the help of other Dragonball fans of course. Basically how DBAF came about was that many Dragonball fans pitched ideas together, and Broly Mal'naur put them together creating Dragonball AF. Okay, that's great and all, but why is that so important? Good question. While Toyble may be the man who created the greatest DBAF Manga, Broly Mal'naur has accomplished something pretty big himself. After reading around the world wide web, you probably know that Akira Toriyama and FUNimation have said that DBAF won't be happening, right? But behind the scenes, Broly Mal'naur asked Akira Toriyama if he could use his characters if he were to ever make DBAF an anime on TV, and what do you know? Akira signed the contract.
