This card is for the first round of a contest, each of of the contestants had different objectives. Mine was to make a card that turned Normal Spells into Continuous Spells. It was very hard getting the OCG correct and hand to splice a bit from a Trap Monster.

I know the cards OPed but its not that very easy to balance an effect like this one....

[spoiler=Lore]Pay 900 Life Points during each of your Standby Phases (this is not optional). When a Normal Spell Card is played it is not destroyed after its effect resolves and is Treated as a Continuous Spell Card (it is still treated as a Normal Spell Card). During the controllers turn of a Normal Spell Card affected by this card, the controller can activate that Normal Spell Card once that turn.[/spoiler]

thanks for the rate and i'll change the point cost to 800 or 900

raise it to around 900 and it'll be less op, other than that its a good card
