Naruto Akatsuki's Strike [IC]

Staring back in awe as both his attacks fail to connect, Brendan knew it was over here. He took a deep breath and braced himself for impact. "[i]Well, atleast I have activated the 3rd tomoe![/i]" Brendan had thought to himself as he gets swept away by the sage-technique his uncle had thrown at him. Being taken out like that wasn't that bad, because Brendan was fighting a sannin. Getting this far was great for an anbu like himself. Brendan stood up after the attack and began walking toward his uncle but stoping to look upwards towards the sky. The sun was rising and it was to buetiful to go unnoticed. "lets get heading back" Brendan had suggested to kazuya without taking his eyes away from the sun.

Kazuya looks at Brendan as he said that, "you sure you don't want to take those out of your arms first" as he de-activates Sage Mode returning to his normal appearance. Kazuya then backflips into a tree behind him looking down at Brendan, "[i]hm.. and while we were doing this I wonder what the others have been doing[/i]" he thinks to himself as he looks towards the sun. "well.. I better head off, If you want to come you could see if your Squad Leader would let you off for a few days.. after all It'd probably be more exciting for you going to the other villages than handling the less dangerous ANBU jobs.. wouldn't it?".

Brendan had took his gaze from the sun to focus on his uncle's offer. Brendan was on vacation, there was no reason he couldn't go, plus hanging out with my uncle of a sannin is bound to score him a new jutsu... "Ofcourse I will go with you!" Brendan had smirked a bit when he remembered that he had that saved up money in his wallet at home. "where are we heading first?" Brendan was curious that the journey may take them some where near a market with exotic items/gifts. His smirk became a grin when he had another thought, [i]"what if this journey can help me find a chick?"[/i] Brendan had thought. Brendan had cought himself before he started day dreaming.

"well.. first I guess that's your choice.. theres 3 that we'll have to head to first on business and then I guess there'll be a couple more we could go to from there.. okay for the business there's Sunagakure, Hoshigakure and Amegakure your pick.. actually we may be gone a while if we cant find someway to travel faster then on foot.. maybe we'll be lucky and find a caravan headed towards one of them along the way.." he says calmly as he then jumps through the trees back to Konohagakure to grab the stuff that he'd need for the trip leaving a note on the tree which read "I'll meet you at the Gate in about 15 minutes, grab whatever you need and meet me there..".

Brendan wasn't sure witch to pick, And his uncle just ran off he was sorta confused. He had eventually found the note and started as fast as he could torwards his house. When he entered his house he grabed the few things he would need on this trip. He entered his room and grabed the daggers on his bed and a pocket-sized picture of him and his friends when they graduated ninja school.On his way out he picked up his wallet and the keys to his house. He turned around and locked the door. he began to leap from roof-top to roof-top till he got to the gate. He was 10 minutes early.

Kazuya stood in his house packing his Ninja tools, some clothes and his wallet into a bag then picking up a few of the scrolls from his table, putting 2 back and packing the rest into his bag before he closed it. "[i]well I better get there early.. no doubt he probably rushed back and will be at the gate soon[/i]" he thinks to himself as he jumps out the window with the bag over his shoulder as he then runs along the rooftops lightly before he jumped to the ground, landing a few feet from the gate and seeing Brendan already there. "so i take it you've decided which village we'll go to first then already?" he asks lightly knowing that he probably wouldn't have yet.

Brendan was surprised at how easily he picked one randomly. "I want to see Amegakure" He had said. Brendan sliped his hand into his pocket and pulled out the picture that was taken the day he had graduated ninja school with his friends. Giving the picture one last look before he put it back in his pocket. "So, why do you need to go to these villages?" Brendan had asked Kazuya. Knowing what his uncle was doing wasn't really that important to him, he was just looking for some way to start a conversation.

"hm.. Amegakure.. well since we're going there first I guess the objective there is to try to find Kano, an Akatsuki member who is often refferred to by Deathstrike". Kazuya then started walking slowly out the Village gate, "I'm going to see if I can get him to switch allegiances.. if i cant well I guess your time with the ANBU will help you there". Kazuya then jumped onto the first tree of the forest looking down at Brendan and waiting for him to follow so that he could start moving faster".

Brendan leaped into the same tree as his uncle and began to follow him. Brendan strained his thoughts trying to remember if he had heard anything about this kano. He couldn't remember if he had heard anything, so he had followed his uncle in silence. He was a bit excited about meeting a member of the akatsuki. He heard that every member had insane skills. He was sure if his uncle couldn't persuade Kano to join us, and if he tried to attack us, that his uncle could defeat him. No one was as skilled as Kazuka. But a force like the akatsuki was rumored to be monsterous. Brendan knew that it would take more than what was on his side now to even stand a chance against them. It was now that Brendan had promised himself one thing. He promised himself that he would feel what it was like to fall in love with some one before he would throw himself into any live-threatening situations.

Kazuya continued through the trees, if Brendan had been at his side and actually notice he would have seen the worry on Kazuya's face knowing what Kano was capable of after having come across a village which had an ANBU squad in the whole village destroyed, with Fire burnt into the ground spelling Deathstrike. "[i]hm.. atleast Brendan should be able to get out of there if anything goes wrong[/i]" Kazuya thinks to himself as his facial expression returns to normal.

The Shi path stands ontop of a large building on the outskirts of Amegakure, the other paths and Kano all inside the building as the Shi Path stood lookout. Kano was expecting that if anyone had known what his paths had done they'd be there soon and he'd have the chance to have a new body ready for when he overused Shi again.

With a wide grin across his face, Brendan was actually starting to enjoy his vacation. He knows that the road ahead will call for some Ass-kicking, preferably the Akatsuki's. Brendan could hear the wind around him as he leaps from place to place. He enjoyed the sounds that the wind makes as he travels at this speed. Brendan had his Cloak buttoned all the way so his eyes would be the only facial feature visable. His black hair tossed around violently as Brendan pushed to a higher speed. Brendan was not afraid of a sneak attack, he has his sharingan activated. If some fool were to attack him now, they wouldn't live long enough to say how sorry they were or atleast mention the pain he had inflicted apon them.

"Lord Kazu, I doubt that is advisable." A voice said, rather sarcastically, as a chain broke through a hole in Kazu's dome. A young man followed it in and landing in front of Kazu, kneeling. "I was sent as a lookout, slash messenger for when you arrived. Now, as much as I would love to watch you torture this man, you were called, were you not?" The boy said. He stood up and pulled off his straw hat. "I trust you remember me, Narda, the Atatsuki's only Jinchuuriki." Narda grinned as the dome surrounding them crumbled away. "Oh." Narda said, turning his head around. "This guys quite powerful. I wouldn't try anything against him."

"Stupid people. They're very lax with their guard."

THUD. Dust spiralled around a smalled dent in the ground where a shadowy figure landed, Kunai flashing in the night. "However, the village is quite big." The figure mused. "Meaning losts of Nin. But is Quality rather than Quantity, so I've just got to see if they're any good." The figure sighed, wondering how to go about this, when he saw a small pillar of smoke rising from the edges of the village. "I've got my chance. I just need to hope [i]He[/i] doesn't attack anyone." The figure murmered, teeth glinting as he smiled. He vanished from the spot and appeared in front of a small ramen shop, the waitress seeming flustered. "A small ramen shop so busy, must have a lot of people in this Village." He said, vanishing a second later. In a few seconds he was in a tree on the outside of a ring of charred and ruin trees, in the middle of which was a single man, eyeing the surrounding trees as if waiting for an attack. [i]A sparing match, excellent.[/i] The figure thought, relaxing.

Ryoko wasn't intimidated by Kazu they both shared the same empotionless and expressionless personas. After being out of the genjutsu Zakuza dropped to his knees panting. He then all of a sudden stood up and cracked his neck side to side. "Hmph. Akatsuki as well then...Where are we off to?!" Zakuza couldn't heklp but maintain his angered stance and persona, the whole calming down idea was not his forte. Ryoko looked on. "Are we on our way then..."

Brendan was getting pumped, the threat ahead felt like nothing to him anymore. This ofcourse is not Bravery, this is his ignorance of his enemy. There was no reason to be scared of the unknown. But humans do this all the time. They would strike out at what they couldn't understand because they feared it. But Brendan was different, he was not afraid to die because he saw no reason to be. The only anxiety Brendan felt was that he may not get there in time. "How much longer till w-" Brendan was cut short because he felt the presance of some one following them. His sharingan was outstanding! The difference in strength between his old sharingan and this newly awakened form was almost scary. But the only strange thing was that the sharingan couldn't help him decide if the target was friendly or not. Brendan couldn't make heads or tails of this stranger.

[spoiler=OOC] Kazu isn't a part of the Aktsuki he's just allied with them but as your two wouldnt have seen him before they would think he is to know Narda Minoka[/spoiler]

Kazu looks towards Narda as they arrived, "The akatsuki's only Jinchuriki.. Narda Minoka.. you know the rest of you guys should teach the ther members like that guy some manners.. or atleast who the people are that can kill them easily" he says his voice neutral. "Okay.. guess we should get moving on.." Kazu then places a Note on the Sabre-Tooth Tiger and softly says "Amegakure" as it then runs off. Kazu flips backwards landing ontop of the rock sitting down, waiting for the others to get on the rock before they start moving.

Kazuya continues to jump through the forest calmly until Brendan starts talking but is cut off. Kazuya then activating his Sharingan also feeling the presence behind them as they continued to move. "Brendan...If it's not an ally I suggest you save your better tricks for later in the fight.. after you can assess who it is.." he says quietly only just loud enough for Brendan to hear.

Brendan was shaking with excitement. This battle would be the first in this adventure. Brendan looks up and nods as he unbuttons the top of his cloak. [color=Gray] "Im going to fall ofcourse and see if I can get at them from the rear" [/color]Brendan whispered to kazuya. After a few more leaps Brendan stoped and leaned forward. He quickly took a large leap to the right and hides in the forest. Pulling both daggers, Brendan the begins to sneak up a tree. Well hidden, Brendan was untrackable. His anbu training may actually be what saves him during his vacation. Look around in the direction of were the stranger was Brendan thinks he found it. But it was just an owl. [i]"Stupid owls!!"[/i] Brendan thought to himself. As he sits pationatly for the stranger.

Zakuza grinned, "Don't think cause of my temper im stupid in combat, and that i would be an easy kill." Ryoko folded his arms afetr puting his hoodie on. "Although he is stubborn...i do agree...Zakuza is said to eb the fastest ninja today...His Spark element isn't one to toy with...let us go..." The 2 followed kazu. Zakuza was still cut over the comments by kazu but was dealing witht hem in a manner so they didn't show to much, Ryoko continued to walk on with the other two

Kazu looks over at Ryoko, "he may be fast, but with control of wind" he says his hand touching a green scroll on his back lightly "moving the oxygen away from him he would die like most people would he not?" he asks calmly, his voice neutral. The Giant mole lifts the Earth under Ryoko and Zakuza moving them onto the Large rock it was on, the other ground then moving back down as the rock slowly starts to move. "hm.. Narda should get up here soon.. I expect you two don't want to wait to get there do you?" he asks Ryoko and Zakuza.

Ryoko didn't bother arguing Zakuza's capabilities, he had seen Zakuza in battle and knew of his own Wind element abilities. Zakuza grinned as they stood on the rock he folded his arms, "Know this, you need me and whether you admit it or not, you know it!" Zakuza chuckled a bit as Ryoko said nothing. Ryoko put his hand open on the rock they were standing on, suddenly 2 small pillars appeared about waist height behind Zakuza and Ryoko. The 2 used the small pillars as seats sitting on them. "Hmph. That Matter element comes in handy." Zakuza mumbled.

Kazu pulls the four scrolls off his back as 4 compartments open in the top of the rock putting one in each as they close, the inside staying open so the scrolls aren't crushed. Kazu then sits as the Rock under him rises forming a chair under him which he sits on looking forwards. "needing and wanting are two different things though..of course if I actually hated you I could always seal you inside this rock until we get there.." he says calmly as the rock under Zakuza opens very slightly before closing again to demonstrate. The seat under Ryoko the growing into a Chair with another next to it for Narda forming, Zakuza's staying as a small pillar. "but.. as you are still up here it's obvious I don't have that much dislike for you yet" Kazu says as he then closed his eyes wondering how far the tiger had gotten.

The Sabre-toothed tiger jumps through the trees heading towards Amegakure, passing within Sight of Kazuya and landing on the ground to run as Kazuya jumps down from the tree. "Brendan stay here.. I suspect there may be someone else from the Leaf here.. and he's not friendly..." he says as he reaches the ground not sure if Brendan would hear him from where he was hiding. Kazuya then remembering Kazu when he was younger, able to make Sabre-Tooth Tigers at the age of 13, Having overheard about it from his Parents talking about it with his older sister (Brendan's Mother). Kazuya's Mangekyou Sharingan then activates as he runs through the forest attempting to follow the tiger.

Ryoko didn't say anything for a bit as he folded his arms while sitting on the chair. "Hmph." Zakuza grunted as he looked tot he side observing the scenery. Ryoko put his hand on the chair he was sitting on, suddenly it turned into a small boulder, he then crossed his legs and pressed his palms together sitting himself in a meditating stance, a view of his chakra showed that it had completly stopped around his palms, the world seemed to move slower to him while he was meditating. He then looked up slowly. "The task at hand requires everyones own ability to cooporate with one another...if we fail at that task, then i see no future for the akatsuki..."

Hiding behind the tree's leaves Brendan was practicly invisible. Waiting for the stranger to make his move was starting to bore Brendan. With his sharingan, Brendan should find the stranger before the stranger can realise that he was being watched. The stranger must realise something is up, but Brendan had hopes that he was to cocky to think he could be found. With in the short time Brendan had been in the anbu, Brendan had seen a good number of that kind of person. That form of thought that your to good for something is usually a weakness Brendan could sniff out, but this stranger has to have had some form of training to be able to avoid Brendan's sharingan for this long. Brendan was almost to focused to hear his uncles request to stay here. But he heard his uncle and followed threw. He stayed precisely where he was because if he was to move than his enemy would have a chance to spot him. But Brendan wasn't stupid, that request was not to tease him. He knew that something far more dangerous could be going on for his uncle to ask him to stay out. Brendan was about to turn his sharingan away from the stranger to see what his uncle was, but it was then when Brendan saw it... some one was hiding close-by where Brendan was. Brendan began to move stealthy torwards the stranger.

Kazu sits there looking forward as he hears Ryoko speak, "The future of the Organization isn't really necessary.. just the beliefs that it was founded upon to be kept alive..." Kazu says quietly as he stans walking to the front of the rock a very small circle that he was standing on of the rock moving ahead of the rest of it, the pillar clearly visible as markings are instantaneously cut into it while Kazu waits for Narda Minoka to catch up so they can proceed to the base.

Kazuya caught up to the tiger as it turned landing and leaning on it's haunches preparing to lunge at him, "hm.. since you don't want to lead me back to that one, I'll just take you out" he says about to use amaterasu on it before he see the note attached. "...just a messenger then.." he mumble to himself as he drew his Katana. The Sabre-toothed Lion then jumps at him sliced in half before it could even touch him. "now to find out what you had" Kazuya says quietly sheathing his Katana and turning around grabbing to note from the top half of the dead Lion. Kazuya then starts walking back as he read it slowly, seeing the mark down the bottom and knowing who it was that wrote it. "Brendan.. we should start moving fast.. or else our goal in Amegakure will evacuate from the village...if the one following us tries anything just keep away from him and the Black Flames will deal with him" he says quietly as he jumped up onto the branch above Brendan having known where he was due to his Sharingan as it turned back from the Mangekyou into the Three Tomoe.

[i]I was spotted.[/i] Kazuki thought as the ninja on the ground vanished soon after Kazuki had arrived, although nothing had attacked him. Kazuki waited for an attack, but it never came, so he jumped down from the tree and faced it. "Come out." Kazuki exclaimed. "I know your there somewhere. I have somewhere to be, so can we make this quick?" Kazuki grinned as he said this, flicking a Kunai into his hand and spinning it around his index finger. "Wherever you are, dont act surprised. I know you knew I was there, and I think I know why. By any chance are you a Hyugga or a Uchiha?" Kazuki asked, looking around him and all the trees, his eyes darting. Something rustled in the bushes just before a large fireball burnt it. Out dropped a roasted Boar. "Well, there's dinner when I've finished this." Kazuki muttered, chuckling.

Narda appeared next to the chair from the surroundings. "Not everyone is important Zakuza. There are many people within the Akatsuki that are-how to put this-[i]Disposable[/i]." Narda said, sneering. "However, there are people like me and Kazu who are extremely important. But, we can defend ourselves, meaning we usually dont need protection. I dont really see how you are important to the Akatsuki. You are fast, yes, but not that strong or powerful. Speed is important, but so is Skill." Narda stated, looking away. As they approached the Pillars Narda looked at Ryoko. "Oh, and when can you sense the future? As I said, many are disposable, and there are some who are not even needed. All we need to do to survive is to be vigilant, always be prepared." Narda stated, looking ahead. He touched one of the pillars and observed the markings, sighing. "Shall we go?" Narda asked, jumping into a chair that had appeared on the Rock.
