Dude, that sounds like a band you have to accidentally find while looking up them on a directory for Music. Don't be so surprised. As for Green Day, my GF loves them and visits them whenever they go to her town. But me not so much. Although, Boulevard of Broken Dreams was great. Archbaron Larry
BOBD WAS their best song until they wrote 21 Guns. American Idiot is in my opintion the best album of all time. American Idiot was a great song, although a lot of people began to hate them becuase they wrote it. WMUWSE, Holiday, BOBD, St. Jimmy, all great songs. But my favorite is Are We The Waiting. It's not one of their most popular songs in American Idiot, but I think it's a great song.

Although, Boulevard of Broken Dreams was great.
Man, how has anyone not of heard of Black Flag? They're were one of the most influential Punk Bands of the 80's. So many popular bands got their ideas from Black Flag. Oh well. Guess I'm just wierd.

Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Now I like Green Day, but the BEST punk band ever? The BEST album ever? The Clash send their regards.
Icy
They're were one of the most influential Punk Bands of the 80's.
See thats where it drifts. I loathe "bands", or anything that sounds more like a disorder than not. "Black Flag" sounds so generic, Queen (who are great mind you) by name has them beat. Green Day sounds like something out of a PETA convention situation. Blah... I'd rather see groups named after themselves .
EliminateHRN
Jesus of Surburia is my favorite song. BOBD, East Jesus Nowhere, Holiday, and She are other great songs.
princepratt
I like Nimrod, although really anything before that is good as well. But I would choose Nimrod because it was really the last good album they did before the shiny lights caught their eyes.
