.Nu-13
I took -Griffin's advice to heart, and I'll divide my sets into parts.
Gladiator Beast Leonas | *4 | EARTH [Beast-Warrior/Effect] When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Gladiator Beast" monster, remove from play 1 monster on the field. If this card attacked or was attacked, you can return it from the field to the Deck at the end of the Battle Phase to Special Summon 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster from your Deck, except "Gladiator Beast Leonas". ATK/1400 DEF/1200

Necro Distruptor | *3 | DARK [Zombie/Effect] During the Standby Phase, you can remove from play this card from your Graveyard. If you do, your opponent discards 1 card from their hand. ATK/800 DEF/0

Necro Speeder | *3 | DARK [Zombie/Effect] During the Standby Phase, you can remove from play this card from your Graveyard. If you do, discard 1 DARK monster and draw 2 cards. ATK/0 DEF/0

Necro Warrior | *4 | DARK [Fiend/Effect] Once per turn, you can shuffle 1 card from your hand to your Deck and send 1 "Necro" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. ATK/1500 DEF/0

Gladiator Beast Armory Normal Spell Card Return 1 "Gladiator Beast" card from your hand to your Deck. Select 2 "Gladiator Beast" Equip Spell Cards from your Deck and add them to your hand.

Destiny Magician | *4 | DARK [Spellcaster/Effect] When this card in Normal or Flip Summoned, you can select 1 "Spirit Message" card from your hand, Deck or Graveyard and place it face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone, ignoring any conditions. ATK/1000 DEF/300

Necro Shift Normal Spell Card During this turn, your Main Phase 2 is treated as Standby Phase.

Hopeless Dragon | *8 | DARK [Dragon/Effect] This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can send up to 5 Dragon-Type monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard. ATK/2500 DEF/2000

Grave Spy | *3 | DARK [Warrior/Effect] When this card is sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field. ATK/0 DEF/0
Link to comment
-Griffin
You know no-one is going to read 100 cards, right? Release them as smaller sets, about 10 card max, if you ever want comments after the start. Also, don't do rarities. At all. If cards are changed depending on rarity, you're making them badly. The Gladiator Beast is meh. Both Necro monsters are hideously OP'd and would be banned in a heartbeat. Link to comment
.Nu-13
Ok, i'll split set into 10 parts. And start it from scratch :/ EDIT: Remade first 3 cards and added new card Link to comment
-Griffin
The first two Necros are still pretty insane +1s, although less so than before... The Glad feels OP'd, since it's basically just Murmillo to the power of insane. New Necro is good. Link to comment
.Nu-13
Added new Glad and Necro support, and a little something to help those crappy Destiny Board decks Link to comment
-Griffin
I think GBArm would actually be fine with the cost not existing. Just in case, I'd limit Destiny Magician to Normal Summon. Link to comment
.Nu-13
But GBA (LOL XD) can return to deck GBs useless in hand, like Murmillo. And maybe limit DM to Normal or Flip summon? And what about Necro Shift? Link to comment
-Griffin
Necro Shift has an FTK. Link to comment
.Nu-13
WTF?! What kind of? Link to comment
-Griffin
Use it. NS Cannon Soldier Foolish Treeborn Tribute Treeborn 20 times. Link to comment
.Nu-13
Yay for FTKs *makes Deck* EDIT: OWAIT, doesn't work. You cannot enter Battle Phase and Main Phase 2 on your first turn. Link to comment
-Griffin
Yay for FTKs *makes Deck* EDIT: OWAIT, doesn't work. You cannot enter Battle Phase and Main Phase 2 on your first turn.
Well, if you're running that FTK, you go second It's still your first turn. Link to comment
.Nu-13
Yeah, pretty much. Added a little something to help Hopeless Dragon and monsters whose effects depend on destroying by battle Link to comment
The Dark Knight
You know no-one is going to read 100 cards, right? The Gladiator Beast is meh. Both Necro monsters are hideously OP'd and would be banned in a heartbeat.
Actually, I beg to differ. I saw this and was not only going to comment once the set was completed, but it also inspiried me to start my own set. And what exactly do you mean by "If cards are changed depending on rarity, you're making them badly."? I'm putting rarity in my set, but I finish a card, look at it, and determine roughly what rarity it is. I'm not sure if you were thinking the opposite or what. Anyway, I love the cards so far Laevatein. Especially Hopeless Dragon! Link to comment
encapturer
Quick question, in relation to Asura Priest and your Grave Spy. If a Grave Spy dies and is revived on your opponent's field, is it considered the same monster (by virtue of being the same card), or a different monster (by virtue of it leaving the field before being revived)? I'm leaning towards the second interpretation at the moment, in which case, the turn player can continually beat down on a continually reviving Grave Spy with Asura Priest... which is kind of nuts. Unless I'm interpreting things wrong, of course. Link to comment
.Nu-13
You're right. If Spy dies by Asura Priest, it is Special Summoned and you can attack it with Asura once again. Same goes for cards like Asura. I like making cards that are almost 1 card O/FTKs Link to comment
