Okay so this is basically an RP i just thought of, it focuses of course on "Peace", Those who wish to gain it, those who wish to extinguish it and those who have their own personal beliefs of the term "Peace" If you are confused about anything then please ask.

There are 3 statements that come to my mind when i think of "Peace", they all surround gaining it in their own way and about not deserving "Peace"

1) Peace Can only be achieved through War/Fighting

- Believe in conflict as the primary action
- "Actions Speak louder then words"

2) Peace Can only be achieved through ones understanding of another

- Try to reason before fighting, however they don't count it out if need be
- "With Knowledge comes understanding"

3) Peace Can only be Gained by those who deserve it
- Believe that those who deserve "Peace" are those who are willing to die for it.
- "To deserve Peace is the way to truly gain it"

No one is the leader of these groups, except for one of my characters that will be introduced as a main villain, he will be in the shadows mostly for now.
Which of the 3 is your belief of peace and what it truly is?

There are those who follow their belief of "Peace" by joining those who share the same goal of achieving that type of "Peace" do you join them or do you go alone?

[spoiler= The Mystery of Peace]

The world in the year 3000, flying cars, mettalicly enhanced skyscrapers and cyborg/robot support leaves the world in a state of question. The now formed world government has agreed to try the "TOP SECRET - PeacevolutioN" Project. A Project that when leaked to the world, started a wave of protest. This project was created due to the realization that the representatives of the world could not cooincide.

The World Government known as the United Global Senate (UGS) designed a system that would inadvertably turn regular people into elite Cyborgian abilitized Superhumans. these people were obviously voulenteers. This was created in anattempt to allow those test subjects to maintain peace through their respected society's. However riots were created as the protest against the project turned violent, due to the overwhelming public demand the project was shut off at 90%, 10% of the process was never done and laid to rest...but what of those who were the experiments.

The 90% completion left out the final 10% of the project and perhaps the most important part, the subjects did not gain the belief of "Peace" that was shared through the UGS. Through this the cyborgian superhumans belive in their own ideals of "Peace" some good others....bad...

Personality: Friendly and calm he believes in his own term of peace and believes he can influence others.
Bio: Was a normal boy until he was 15, he was rushed out of home for 3 years of testing to be part of the secret project. His parents did this to him as they believed that no matter what happpened, his belief of peace was to be ensured and they believed he could influence "Peace" on others. When they found out that the brainwashing methods of inserting a theory of peace were added the parents protested in an attempt to get their son back..but it was to late. After the fall of the surgery, they were freed, the goverment had bbelieved he and everyone else had no breakthough in terms of abilities as the process didn't finish. Zaku travels with others that share his belief of "Peace"

Personality: Felicity was virtually conditioned by her father, forcing her to have a black and white view of the world. Anybody who cannot prove themselves to be up to her standards are unfit to have the peace she was designed to deliver, much less socialize with her. Given her extreme standards, that is virtually nobody.
Bio:
[Spoiler=Before]A piercing scream traversed the night. Its origin began in one building, consisting of three rooms. One was referred to commonly referred to as the kitchen.
To Felicity, it was the torture chamber.
Blow upon blow rained upon her, as the old-fashioned belt streaked through the air and onto her skin. As the metal loop glinted from the moonlight of a nearby window, Felicity tried to brace herself for the next blow, attempting to gather all her remaining strength to resist the onslaught, but a blow to the cheek blasted through her mental defenses. All that she could do now was scream.[/spoiler]

Felicity would scream no more. She had no reason to. Her father was screaming enough to make up for all the times that his worn belt would strike her. She remembered all the times that she would lick her lips and taste a solution made of tears and blood. She listened through her artificial ears his torment as the flames let up to his feet, further burning them. She watched through her silicon eyes as the flames lept higher, burning his legs and groin, watching his suspended body attempt to flail about in agony. And she felt multiple bullets leave her body through her robotic arms as her bracelet maxim opened and unleashed a bitter hell on his torso.[/spoiler]

Bracelet Maxim: From Felicity's wrists come a circle of gun barrels that fire kinetic bullets at a great velocity.
Abilities Gained:
Quasi Von Newman machine: Ability to build a "clone" given the correct materials and 48 hours. Copies stop working 24 hours after activation and require another 48 hours of work to resume functioning.
Magnetic Field: Surrounding Felicity a high-level electromagnetic field, protecting her from EMP blasts, but leaving her highly vulnerable to kinetic weapons.
