[spoiler=Plot]The world of Naruto in the Anime(With Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto) is just one of the many dimensions with chakra and Ninja's. You live in one of the other ones, where Jinchuuriki, Samurai and Other things like that never existed, including Naruto and Co. You are a Ninja and are a rogue ninja, a ninja in one of the villages, work with one of the Villages or Akatsuki; who are kind of a Village entity now, situated in the Land of fire, and plotting on total domination of all Ninja's using the Power of Masamune, the ultimate Ninja sword. No matter who you are you're main objective is to find this sword, for either the safety of the world(the Villages), to help Akatsuki to dominate the world(Akatsuki) or for your own personal gain(Other).[/spoiler]

4) A maximum of two Characters per person. However, you may make an Unlimited amount of NPCs. But these may be controlled by anyone in battle and I may take control of them for a plotline. The leader of Atatsuki is an NPC, but is uncontrollable except by me and the Co-owner(Malignant).
5) Minor Swearing allowed.
6) No GMing or PPing. I know I have had a reputation for this, but I have been limiting is for a while, so I've become less of a GMer.

Personality: Masachuni is a Determined, formor warrior that doesn't like to be disobeyed. He is an intelligent man with a great love of power and he is very confident. He hates to be disappointed and usually punishes those who fail him.
Bio: Masachuni was a Respected warrior in the Hidden stone Village, one of the best taijustu users and a great Ninjutsu user. However, when he got wind of a sword that could rule the world, he left in search of it. After 5 years of scouring the land, he returned to his village, scarred and injured. When asked what happened, he shrugged and pushed them aside. When he came before the Tsuchikage, he was banished for deserting his post without permission from the Tsuchikage because the village was attacked while he was away. They won, but lost many men. He left and swore revenge by creating an organisation to find the Masamune. He created an organisation that had been created by Madara Uchiha in Naruto's world. [b]Akatsuki[/b]. He located the Masamune once, but could not get past it and eventually it vanished to another place.

Personality: Kano is usually laid-back, often letting the battles go by easily and trying not to involve himself in them believing most that aren't the goal of his mission are just small annoyances along the way trying to finish them faster so they can move on. Kazu however is often looking for a battle to find someone to hurt and/or kill, often mocking opponent's and playing with them before finishing them, the personality is more likely to become Kazu while in battle due to that personalities love of battle and it overpowering the first however when there is no-one around to fulfill Kano's Battle hunger it usually switches back quickly.
Bio: Kano had lived as a normal ninja in konohagakure until at the age of 17 when his Kekkei Genkei showed while he was training using Demonic Illusion: Flower Head Death on another member of his squad killing them, this was the first time the split personality Kazu had shown, he had then run from the village, using the Bringer-Of-Darkness Technique to avoid the other nin along the way to the village gates, escaping into the forests. Kano had then thrown his headband on the ground near the edge of the forest wondering what had happened. He then began to travel trying to find a nin who could tell him what happened eventually coming across the Akatsuki and joining them hoping that they would be able to help him control it. Over the next 7 years he tried to control the change of his personality almost able to control it properly and using only Wind Release moves while fighting weaker opponent's so as not to encourage the other personality to take control with using genjutsu. He has come to terms with the split personality often taking over during battles and has tried to avoid them unless needed for the mission, trying to keep out of them if the target is needed alive.

Kekkei Genkai/Unique Ability: Every few generations a member of the Kurama clan will be born with an incredible talent for genjutsu. The clan member's talent in that field is such that their genjutsu is completely irresistible. Furthermore, the genjutsu is so powerful that it causes the brain to make anything that happens to the victim within the genjutsu physically real, allowing the clan member to potentially kill their opponents with genjutsu. Such frightening power is not without its drawbacks, however. The user can rarely control the full extent of their abilities, and as such their subconscious will often regulate that power, leading to the creation of a second personality in control of that power. Personality: Isamu is strong willed with a calm attitude, he lets few things fase him. He lets no emotion show in or out of battle, to his friends he is kind and good hearted, but unmerciful to his enimies giving them no give, he is slightly blunt and will point out the enemies flaws and strengths as the battle goes on
[spoiler=Bio:] Isamu was part of the Uchiha clan, an branch that had thought to have been lost long ago, this part of the clan was held highly for its ability to control the power of the sharingan. Isamu was the weakling when he was growing up, he was disrespected and shunned by the entire village. Isamu always worried that he wasn't doing good enuf and this caused him to slowly slip into depresstion, he let his mind become ridden with thoughts of sadness. One day Isamu was confronted by a strong Genin who wanted him out of his way and gone for good, Hokage appeared infront of the Genin and stood up for thr young Isamu, he turned to Isamu saying "You have a spiecal gift, a power that will one day surpass my own." with those words Isamu became determined to train hard, and he did he would train untill he was on the ground unable to move. Isamu got strong his power unmatched by all at his level, he advanced quickly through the ranks of the village, and became the Hokage's personal body guard. When the Hokage was on his death bed he had said "You shall take my place, you will lead them, not as the Hokage, but as something greater, you....." the Hokage died before he could finish what he was saying, but it gave Isamu great pride that Hokage would say this about him, the nobody turn great ninja. From that day forth Isamu proteced the village with all his might, even when the knew Hokage came along, he let nothing harm his village. After those many years his true power emerge, his sharingan made itself known to its user, and Isamu trained his sharingan learning all of its strengths and weaknesses, even though he was not part of the main branch of the clan, his sharingan rivaled all in the main branch, besides Madara. On his forty nineth bith day Isamu's sharingan change into a more powerful Mangekyou Sharingan, making the shape of a black seven pointed star with a red pupil in his eyes. He called it Zetsumei[/spoiler]

Personality: keeps to himself, as a missing nin he trusts only in himself, he often looks angered for no reason, he is however forgiving in his own way, but still is filled with hatred that can be seen in his eyes.
Bio: Growing up in the leaf village he was a normal klid, apart from his unique clan and kekkei genkeii ability he often outcasted himself from others to train, growin up he was incredibly fast, no one understood why except his father, his chakra was a golden colour and due to his kekkei genkei he was able to dash at superspeeds. When he was kickedout of the leaf village for accusations against him dictated that he had killed a child, he was only 8 at the time, for 13 years he has lived as an S-Ranked Missing Nin

He has the ability of incredible speed. This comes with a price however his chakra inflicts pain when it is forced to increase his speed. His father was the first creatior of this ability, he suffered an attack through 6 elemental jutsus at the same time, the result caused an effect on his existing lightning and wind elements, allowing them to combine forming the Sprak element which turns the users chakra gold. This allows them to borderline teleport at rapid speeds.

Despite this he is willing to do anything to make Daichi happy, which often leads him to putting his life on the line for people Daichi considers comrades.[/b][/spoiler]
[spoiler=Bio: ]Daichi has always been a skilled ninja, to the point that he was able to achieve the rank of jonin when he was 16 years old. Despite his strength he often failed missions that required him to fight or kill others. The only time he did complete missions was when it was to protect somebody or something. Not long after becoming a jonin he was on a mission to capture an S-level criminal during his fight he came to realize that he could not defeat the ninja without killing him, which is something he swore he would never do. This caused the negative emotions inside Daichi to awaken and create Kurai, in the end Daichi still failed the mission because Kurai killed the ninja that was supposed to be captured alive.[/spoiler]

All members of this clan are not only able to set up traps that are almost impossible to notice by anything less than a jonin, they are also able to instinctively avoid traps, often without even noticing it was there.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Kekkei Genkai/Unique Ability:] Daichi & Kurai are alter Ego's. When Daichi transforms in to Kurai his appearance changes completely & he becomes a completely different person. Kurai was created by all of the suppressed negative emotions that Daichi refused to release. Daichi is a very kind person and prefers to do things without fighting, however he will not hesitate to take up arms to protect his comrades. Kurai is a very bloodthirsty ninja who never shows any mercy to his opponents(his ruthlessness is on par with 2 tails Naruto). Despite this he is willing to do anything to make Daichi happy, which often leads him to putting his life on the line for people Daichi considers comrades.
[spoiler=Daichi & Kurai's special techniques]-Daichi- Daichi is capable of creating alternate dimensions which he is able to use to trap enemies, or he can use then for training & other things. When inside the alternate dimension Daichi & Kurai gain 2 separate bodies. in order to create the alternate dimension Daichi mist first draw a picture, drawing the picture usually takes days or even weeks, which will be used as the gate to the other dimension. Daichi can also use painting that other people have drawn if they are available. In order to send an opponent to one of his other dimensions Daichi must also travel there himself, and when he leaves, the target will also be set free. When in the dimension Daichi is able to control all the elements.
In addition to this he is also able to remove people and creatures from paintings. the amount of chakra used for this would be the same as if a summoning jutsu is used, meaning that removing large creatures will use a lot of chakra. Although any human he pulls out will obey his commands, most animals he removes will not listen unless they where pulled from a painting that he drew himself.
[b]-Kurai-[/b] Kurai has an almost demon like chakra that gives him a large arsenal of techniques. However when he uses it it will severely damage Daichi's body. Because of this he does not use this chakra except as a last resort.[/spoiler][/spoiler]
[spoiler=Weaponry/Extra Accessories: ]
Daichi also caries scrolls which allow him to store paintings so that he can use them in combat. Some of the scrolls have blank pages for him to draw on, others have ready to use paintings. He also caries a paint brush and paint for when he has spare time.

Ability: Wiz is able to transform in to almost anything by using Daichi's and Kurai's. When used with Daichi the weapons are limited to basic ninja gear and turning in to people, however when used with Kurai Wiz can turn in to almost anything. Because Kurai's chakra if stronger Wiz's transformations are much stronger and dark natures than when used with Daichi. Unlike with normal transformations Wiz will only return to his normal form when Daichi or kurai are completely out of chakra or when he wants to return.
Wiz, like most ninja animals, has an ability to sense chakra. This can be very useful in many occasions, however it can only be used when with is in his normal form.
Bio: With is Daichi's pet. Wiz is a very playful animal & is scared easily. Wiz also lacks the ability to swim.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Personality: ]At times Arashi can be very laid back and even childish. However Arashi always knows when it is time to get serious. Arashi never lets his anger overcome him and refuses to kill unless there is no other option. He is often seen putting himself in dangerous situations in order to save only one or two people that he doesn't know or does not like.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Bio: ]Ever sense Arashi was a child he has always had a strong sense of justice and has always trained hard to become a powerful ninja. Arashi became a jonin when he was 15 years old. Not long after becoming a jonin Arashi was sent on an a level mission when he received aid from one of the 7 swordsman of the mist. The mission lasted for 2 weeks, in that time Arashi and the mist ninja became good friends, however the mist ninja was killed in a battle. Arashi used the mist ninjas sword to defeat the opponent and he still caries it to this day.[/spoiler]

An advantage to this technique is that it requires almost no chakra outside of what is put in to the scrolls. The element chakra can also be taken from opponents element based attacks if they hit the scroll.

Actually you don't need sharingan in order to use Chidori. It's just easier if you do because normal eyes can't see what your doing, because of the speed, and you can't tell if the opponent is going to make a counter attack..... or something like that
And Rasengan doesn't require a lot of chakra. It just requires allot of control. notice how Kakashi and even konahamaru(3rds grand kid) are both able to use it also.

Anyways. I wasn't sure which of my jutsu where costume or not, because I get all of them from a website where people tend to put up fake jutsu. so i just underlined all of then that I haven't seen in the anime/Manga. I also provided a short description for them.

[spoiler=Bio] Living alone for the most of his ninja career, he had taken the ninja exams during the time of the Bloody Mist, where you had to kill your friend to pass. At the normal age of 12, he passed the exam, using his kunai to carve a swath through his friend's face. Feeling numb, he was told by his Jounin Sensei that the shock would leave and he would either become a killer who reveled in the blood, or a detached killer with no real qualms about taking another life. Two years past, and his Jounin sensei had taught him and his team a few sword skills and normal jutsu for Genin in the Hidden Mist. Chunin exams passed, and his teammate was killed in the final part of the exam. Never really close to his teammate at the time, he shrugged her off when she nearly killed him for the lack of reaction. He was promoted though, and he was sent out on harder missions outside of Hidden Mist until he stumbled across a battle between high ranking ninjas. Caught in the cross fire, he was struck with an astray jutsu, and was declared dead a few days later.

However, he had been tended to and cared by a hermit who had also stumbled across the field, the battle over and his motionless body laying there, soon to be his patient for the week. After the week with the old man, they grew close like a student about to take on the world for the first time, and the guide that was about to retire forever. Given a shroud cloak and a scroll of fire techniques, he set out to travel in his lighter injuries back to Hidden Mist. He reached there and was given a stern welcome and a reassignment to another new chuunin, who was his old teammate. She still hated him, but she was desperate for something to hold onto after their Jounin Sensei was killed from protecting his chuunin girlfriend from enemy ninjas, both dead within seconds facing an S-ranked missing nin. Although he hated the fact that she was becoming clingy, he felt like he had an obligation to help her as a teammate.

Three years passed and something happened between the two that wasn't exactly love, but was getting to it. Training desperately each day, Houka grew by leaps and bounds before getting a offer to be a Seven Swordsman. Taking that title with gusto, he bled and sweated even more than ever, determined to retain the title. After two more years, now 19, he married his teammate was happy until she suddenly vanished a few months later. A different man than five years ago, Houka knew it had something to do with his change of attitude, and the Rumored Sword. I thought of something to add to one of my characters. Hope this is okay.

He can also use paintings that other people drew if they are available.
In addition to going in to paintings he is also able to remove people and creatures from paintings. The amount of chakra used for this would be the same as if a summoning jutsu is used, meaning that removing large creatures will use a lot of chakra. Almost any human he pulls out will obey his commands, however most animals he removes will not listen unless they where pulled from a painting that he drew himself.

I already added it to the app. If you think this is too much then I'll just take it out.

He wouldn't be able to do all them variations without Sharingan. And Kakashi also has higher than normal Chakra. And I haven't seen Konohamaru use it(Neither have I seen Kakashi, but Kakashi would be able to copy it), but he is the grandson of the third Hokage so He would also have higher than normal Chakra, even if it was only by a little.

@magnet soldier: You clearly don't know enough about Naruto to run an RP about it, the chidori is used only by kakashi and Sasuke to improve or show the student/teacher relationship, just because you assume soemthng doesn't make it true. Also many ninja eg: Akatsuki members or S-rank ninja have normally got a good amount of chakra to, your reasons for not allowing Rasengan and chidori are both appauling and idiotic...

This doesn't really seem to be my place to even strike up a reply in the midst of everyone's fact wars here but...

The place is a land of NINJAS. Jutsus, Style forms, important weapons/skills... all of it get stolen every so often. Take a look at the Sharingan: It can copy handsigns, predict the possible outcomes of the future, and copy muscle coordination. The Uchiha Clan(who were the ONLY ones who possessed this skill naturally) could NOT copy the Fourth's Rasengan, no matter how hard they would try. Why? Because it is purely Chakra manipulation and condensation, and it requires a shitload of practice on EACH and EVERY stage to even ATTEMPT to use it. Remember the Water balloon, Rubber balloon, and Normal balloon sequences Naruto had to go through? That taught the proper manipulation and power of the technique, not to mention that it was a technique only usable to Naruto, Jiraiya, Minato, Kakashi, and Konohamaru, and I don't really think they'd pass it off to some stranger.

But if we take account Honoku(Daichi's ability), it would still require the proper training for the Rasengan, seeing as the Rasengan is described as a "swirling mass of chakra" which doesn't give much details other than the fact that it swirls, and the chakra has to be compact and near perfectly shaped, giving it that 'bright light emitting sphere' look. And in my opinion, still isn't enough to replicate it. Possibly a new jutsu based off of it, but not the actual technique.

And Chidori... It has handseals, yes, but it also requires Elemental Manipulation and a affinity to Lightning Nature Chakra, as well as incredible speed to pierce and it's tunnel vision. And if you remember the Chunin Exams, you'd see that Kakashi taught Sasuke the Chidori to "Protect his comrades", not to mention the fact that Sasuke needed a piercing jutsu strong enough to bypass Gaara's sand defenses, as well as the fact that Gaara was a homicidal maniac at the time, and Neji was a Konoha Genin who wasn't a crazed, bloodthirsty jinchuuriki. The Kakashi Gaiden also shows that when Kakashi was using it without his Sharingan, he couldn't even see anything around him, save for the things directly in front of him, hence the tunnel vision, and later on, clarity with the Sharingan in his eye. And for the whole Student/Teacher relationship bit? If you remember in the manga properly(since any scans online have been removed), it shows in the hospital battle that Kakashi was trying to teach Naruto the Chidori as well after the fight, but Naruto didn't have the aptitude to learn it, not that it was to show favoritism. At the time, he tried teaching Naruto the Chidori cause of his use of Rasengan and his improved Chakra Manipulation. Not that the move is easily taught or hard to learn, but there is a large wall in learning it as well as it IS a Unique Jutsu like the Rasengan and such.

And as for why these techniques are banned from this RP...? It's cause of this: Let's have the whole RP group with impossibly Uber skills and jutsus. Now, all normal shinobi are going to get defeated right? Yes. And will all of the wars and be easily won with them? Most likely. This restriction is to promote a sense of BALANCE, and to ensure that none of the RPers are going God-Mode or Overtly Mary Sueish, like how I believe some of your characters are being...

On other notes I may have left out... Chidori is NOT a Lightning-Based Elemental Jutsu. It can be considered as one, but it is a Lightning Chakra MANIPULATION Jutsu. There IS a difference you know. The Elemental Jutsu is more of using your chakra to use what's in the surroundings to form fire, or lightning to whatever, and that goes for even Water Type Elemental Jutsu, as they require a source of water nearby as well. Lightning Manipulation is using your Chakra Nature as your chakra catalyst to FORM the Elemental Chakra, and then you have to control the whole thing with Advanced Chakra Control. Same goes to the rest of the Elements. Leaf Cutting, Waterfall Splitting, Turning Coal into a Diamond... All those are a vital part of Elemental Chakra Manipulation.

Alright, how the heck does an EIGHT year old become an [b]S[/b]-Ranked Missing Nin, when he wasn't even a Ninja in the first place?! And why is it that he was kicked out for the death of another child? It should have been a Juvenile hall of sorts or the Prison instead of THAT. Come on, it's like stepping on the grass and having to serve a life sentence in jail; it's overly harsh and excessive, and also in Konoha/Leaf Village, where normal children are happy, bloodline children are treated with respect, and jinchuuriki's are merely ignored and not beaten.

2. SoulCiety's Bloodline/Unique ability-

Alright, here's the problem: How does one get hit by SIX Elemental jutsus AT THE SAME TIME and SURVIVE, let alone combine only TWO specific elements after said ordeal?! Spark element?! BORDERLINE TELEPORTATION?! What are you trying to make him become the next Yellow Flash, only... having Dark moments all the time except when a 'good' moment comes along?! I also never knew that having your chakra turn GOLD made you super fast as well! And there's a SIXTH element?!

Note the sarcasm. Tone the effects down, and make it so that it properly explains how the father got it and passed it on, as well as a believable age and reason for the exile, not when the kid hasn't even gone through puberty yet.

3. Visser's Bloodline/Unique Ability-

This puts me off. Immediately know the answer to any question that pops into his head? Impossible in all ways. It would have been better if it was more of a "brain quickly shifts through known info about possible uses, effects, or other info regarding the technique, and attempts to decipher possible ways of using the jutsu/skill." type of thing instead.

"By asking the question 'what will he/she do next, Daichi can literally know what the opponent is going to do before they do it."

Alright, so when they decide to feint at the last moment, would Daichi know that too? Or would he also be anticipating that and several other options, creating a cloud of doubt of what they would do next, and fail against the actual attack? This is more of an instinctual ability progressed with experience and time instead of a unique ability/bloodline.

4. Visser's Character info-

This is simple, but I thought that your other character was called Arashi and Kurai, not Daichi and Kurai.
