Skarlet
Make a level 1 effect monster. It can't tie in with an existing archtype, but asside from that there are no rules on it. Prize: 3 reps. First person to post a card is my opponent. My card When this card is Summoned, Remove 1 Dragon-type monster in your Graveyard from play. This card's name and ATK are equal to the ATK of the removed from play monster. This card gains the effect of the monster removed from play by it's effect. During each of your End Phases, you must discard 1 card from your hand. If you can not, send this card to the Graveyard. Voting has started. Voting will close sunday morning by GMT +10 time. Catman25
If there are no cards on your side of the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned to the field it can be treated as a Tuner Monster. You can remove this card in your Graveyard from play to negate 1 direct attack. If this card is used in a Synchro Summon, it is removed from play.

Spoon
Vote goes to Skarlet's Fading Memory Dragon. I like the idea, the drawback is alright and the name ties in perfectly with the effect and the picture. Catman's card isn't by any means bad, but a bit boring if you ask me. ◎Kaleidoscope
Ooh, this is tough. Catman's effects don't mesh as well and are not as unique, but he has a better pic and his card is balanced.Skarlet, on the other hand, has a card that ISN'T balanced (OP) but she/he has more unique effects, and a less-used pic.Oh, and Catman has better OCG by a hair, and I like the name of Skarlet's card more. So, overall, I actually have to vote for Skarlet because I value creativity over OCG and realisticness. Skarlet
Voting is closed. [late] It looks like I win. In closing, I do see where I made various errors with my card though. My ocg was poor in the name and ATK thing. However. The thing about Sending the card to the Graveyard, was done on purpose. As for balance, what's Over powered about this card, it's a worse option then playing say Monster Reborn on the monster you'd want to Summon, or Call of the Haunted for that matter.
