shelds9
dialgia9 challenged me to a 1 on 1 contest. There are no requirements. Voters must have a valid reason for voting or the vote will not count. The winner gets 3 Reps from the loser.[spoiler=shelds9's Card]If this card is flipped face-up in battle, negate the attack and equip this card to the attacking monster. A monster equipped with this card loses 200 ATK and gains 100 DEF for each card in your Graveyard. A monster equipped with this card gains 100 ATK and loses 200 DEF for each card in your opponents Graveyard. If you would take battle damage, you can Tribute this card while equipped with a monster to negate the attack, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to double the damage you would have taken. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 1000 life points to Special Summon it in face-down defense position. [spoiler=dialgia9's Card]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 monsters you control and by removing 2 cards in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand and pay 500 Life Points to destroy 1 card on the field. Apply the appropriate effect depending on the type of card you discarded for this effect and the type of card destroyed by this effectMonster • During battle between this attacking card and a defense position monster your opponent controls whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict damage equal to the difference. This effect lasts until the End Phase.Spell • Inflict 700 damage to your opponentTrap • Increase the ATK of this card by 500 until the End Phase

Spoon
Vote goes to.... shelds. Both cards are decent in terms of effect, name and picture, but sheld's effect just stands out as ridiculously overpowered (my opinion) and very unique at the same time, while dialgia's is just a bunch of effects thrown together. And as I always say: Creativity > everything.
shelds9
thanks for voting! (ridiculously op'ed? really? hmm... i'll take that into consideration...) 1-0 shelds9
Spoon
thanks for voting! (ridiculously op'ed? really? hmm... i'll take that into consideration...) 1-0 shelds9 Yep, especially the last part. Basically, it's a Magic Cylinder (or whatever that thing is called) with twice the power AND it can return itself to the field... and if I remember correctly, that Cylinder-thingy is already limited...
