That would indicate that you would need either Mr. Spock or Commander Data to be your bodyguard.

Unfortunately, I have no idea who Mr. Spock or Commander Data are.
Also, a bodyguard is someone that protects you from harm. I have basically no life-threatning enemies [s]except Pika[/s] so I have no need for them, how strong they may be.
The money problem is also there. If they're famous and pro, they would take tons of bills. For walking around with you. 　
No one would want to go near you at school or hang out with you because of the looming, supernatural bodygurads near you. Your friends would eventually depart.
Nothing is good with an anime bodyguard for me.

Naruto-Multi Shadow Clone protection to cover all sides
Sonic-Able to take out multiple enemies by charging up a Speed Dash
Shikamaru-Can use Shadow Possession to take control of me in case I'm left vulnerable and aren't able to traverse obstacles when separated from the group
Goku-The most powerful being in the universe.
Charizard-He can fly.

Dude, it's for fun. don't get all real on us XD. Say u DID have a life threatening enemy and THEY had an elite guard. who would guard you? C'mon this is just for fun! Be creative!

Residing in a mech anime, he uses one himself, but when it gets destroyed, he just pops out of the cockpit and proceeds to beating up the enemy mech bare handed, and wins. However, he does get his chest blown out, losing most of his internal organs soon after, he does manage to get in a couple minutes of monolouging without the benefit of a heart or lungs before he dies. When he comes back to life as a head in a jar, [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUzzAlorT7Q]his only comedic scene is one of the best scenes ever.[/url] Then in the final battle he recreates his body and his mech from literally nothing, [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EztAWwvfRao]fending off an attack equivalent of the Big Bang,[/url] getting purposely ripped apart atom by atom to turn it into energy for his allies (which they combine to become a 1 billion light year tall mass of energy) before he dies a second time.

And that's just in the main anime.

In [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XOBG3CCew7Q]a prequel-esque OVA[/url], Lordgenome finds his robot, proceeds to becoming the leader of 1/4 of the entire Earth's army, then goes to war for a few hundred years. (During which, his great intelligence created immortality through a body in biological stasis, as well as perfect cloning.) He fights the bad guys, but then learns his fighting will only bring about the destruction of the universe, he tells his comrades to stop, but they don't listen, so he destroys them all single-handedly. Then he takes root on Earth and becomes its king for a few more centuries.

Plus, when he gets into the heat of battle, his head catches on fire from all the excess energy coming from his body.[/spoiler]
