My entry

This card cannot be Special Summon or Set. This card can only be Summon by tributing 3 Plant-type monsters on your field. When this card is successfully Summoned, you select 3 Plant-type monsters in your Graveyard and remove it from play. This card's ATK and DEF will be increase equal to the orginal ATK and DEF of the 3 removed monsters. When this card destroy your opponent's monster, you can discard one card to take back one of the three removed monsters back to your hand (This card's ATK and DEF will not be decrease). This card cannot become a target of any Spell or Trap card on the field. If your opponent activate a Spell or Trap card, place one Plant-counter(s) onto this card (max.5). Once per turn, you can remove 1 Plant-counter(s) on this card and select one Plant-type monster on your field or Graveyard, your opponent will take damage equal to the ATK or DEF of the selected monster (your choice). When this card is destroyed, increase your opponent's LP by 1000 points and also increase your LP by 2000 points.

Any damage you take involving a monster with a Spirit Drain Counter is inflicted to your opponent instead. Any damage your opponent takes involving a monster with a Spirit Drain Counter is doubled.

This card can only be Normal Summoned. When a monster is Special Summoned, you can place 1 Grass Token(Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 500/DEF 500) in Defense Position on the field. When a "Grass Token" is destroyed, your opponent can discard 1 card from the top of their Deck OR pay 800 Life Points.

Lore

1 Plant-tuner monster - 1 or more non-tuner monsters

When this card is successfully Synchro Summon, place one Evil counter onto this card (max.5) for each Spell Card on the field. This card's ATK will br decrease by 200 points for each Evil counter(s) on this card. When this card destroy your opponent's monster while having Evil counter(s) on it, increase your LP by halve of the ATK of the destroyed monster. When your opponent activate a Trap or Spell card that target this card, you can remove on Evil counter on this card to negate the effect of that card and take that and put it in your hand. You must pay 800 LP after activated that effect.

1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more Plant-Type non-Tuner monsters OR 1 Plant-Type Tuner + 1 or more Dragon-Type non-Tuner monsters

This card is also treated as a Dragon-Type monster. When this card destroys a monster by battle, Special Summon 1 "Carnivorous Plant Token" on your opponents side of the field (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 3/1200 ATK/200 DEF). This card gains 300 ATK for each "Carnivorous Plant Token" your opponent controls. During your opponents Standby Phase, destroy 1 face-up Level 5 or lower monster your opponent controls for each "Carnivorous Plant Token" they control. If there are more "Carnivorous Plant Tokens" than face-up Level 5 or lower monsters on your opponents side of the field, destroy a number of those Tokens equal to the difference and inflict 300 damage for each destroyed Token.

When this card is Summoned, select 1 monster on your opponent's field and equip it to this card. This card's ATK and DEF become the selected monster's. When this card battles with a monster with the same Level as the equipped monster, destroy it immediately without applying damage calculation, and inflict the destroyed monster's Level x 200 as damage to your opponent's Life Points. When this card is removed from the field, the equipped monster is removed from play.

Lore:

Each time you Summon a Plant-Type monster, you can place 1 Entangle Counter on a face-up non-Plant-Type monster your opponent controls (max. 3). Monsters with Entangle Counters on them cannot attack or switch Battle Positions. If you place the 3rd Entangle Counter on a card, remove that card from play. If there are 7 or more Entangle Counters on the field, you can place this card in your Monster Card Zone and treat it as a face-up Attack Position monster (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 8/3000 ATK/2400 DEF) with this additional effect: Entangle Counters can also be placed on face-down cards in your opponent Spell & Trap Card Zone (max. 2). Cards in your opponents Spell & Trap Card Zone with Entangle Counters on them cannot be activated. If you place the 2nd Entangle Counter on a card in your opponents Spell & Trap Card Zone, remove it from play. If there are 5 or less Entangle Counters on the field, return this card to your Field Spell Zone.

 

It sure doesn't look like a monster... but it is, promised :D Hope that's "creative" enough ;)

After this card is successfully Special-Summoned, place 2 Plant-counter(s) onto this card (max.6). For each Plant-counter(s), increase this card's DEF and ATK by 500 points. Once per turn, you can discard one card from your hand to the Graveyard to take control one monster on your opponent's field wich has the ATK lower than this card until the end of that turn. That monster which has been taken control, will be destroy at the second turn after being control. After that, place one Plant-counter on this card. When this card has full 6 Plant-counters, you can remove all the Plant-counters on this card to Special-Summon all the monsters that has been taken control by this card effect back to your field until the end of that turn. When your opponent activate a Spell or Trap card that target this card, you can tribute one monster on your field to negate that card's effect and destroy it immediately. When this card is destroyed, you must take damage equal to halve of the ATK of this card.

hint: if you want it to have two types include in the text, this card is also treated as a ______ type monster, but i'll exept it none the less.
