Welcome to The New Nebula! We're here to bring you an awesome club about one of the greatest Anime/Manga/Video Game series ever... Megaman! I've noticed that there has been a sever lacking of Megaman clubs, and I hope to fix that problem! Of course, this club isn't just about Megaman. You're allowed to talk about anything you want. But please, keep spam out of here. We can't have this place getting locked after all.

Please remember to follow all YCM rules when in this thread. Otherwise, have fun!

[Spoiler=Warnings]
There are multiple ways you may get warned. If you break a rule, obviously, you get a warning. Two warnings equals a ban for 2 weeks. After that 2 weeks, if you should get another warning, you are Perma-banned. Leaders (Cybeasts) and 2nd-in-Commands (Net Officers) may ignore these rules and ban you for 2 weeks without any warnings. Likewise, they can give you only 1 warning, and still ban you. Leaders, and leaders alone, have the right to Perma-ban you with either no warnings, 1 warning, or even with 2 warnings in place of a 2 week ban.

Warnings may result from breaking of any of YCM's rules, or of bad behavior in the club. This includes, but is not limited to:

-Advertising
-Spamming
-Flamming
-Trolling
-Talking back to a leader
-Anything else you can think of that should be on here[/spoiler]

So, have you decided you want to join? Great! Just fill out one of our apps, and if you're accepted by either of our leaders (Me and Tainted Black), then you are free to post here to your heart's content!

[spoiler=Member Ranks]
1. Cybeast - Rulers of the net. They strike fear into the hearts of all through sheer power alone. Angering one is the biggest, and last, mistake you will ever make. [i]Leaders of the club. They have the ability to give warnings, ban (with/without warnings), perma-ban(with/without warnings), accept/deny members, and just about anything else you can think of in this club.[/i]

2. Net Officer - Net Navis with a lot of authority and power. They watch over the net, ever vigilant for rogue navis or other trouble-makers. Their power is only second to the Cybeasts themselves. [i]2nd-in-Commands. They can give warnings, ban(with/without warnings), perma-ban, and accept/deny members.[/i]

3. Net Navi - Beings that are very unique in personality, and in style. They have many qualities that obviously set them apart from all other net beings. They even have unique abilities. [i]Members that have not only passed the trial period, but have excelled in activity, behavior, involvement with the club, and helpfulness. They have the ability to report anything they find warning worthy to the officers and/or cybeasts.[/i]

4. Basic Navi - Net beings with their own personalities. They do not differ from each other much, but they do have their unique properties. [i]Members that have passed the trial period. Have all basic privileges associated with the club.[/i]

5. Mr. Prog - Very basic programs. They maintain the net, but at the same time do not have any distinguishing properties. [i]Trial period members. They are assessed the first week they join. Allowed to post like a regular member. However, any warnings result in an automatic ban for a month. They can re-apply then if banned. If members are denied for whatever reason during this trial period (they can still be denied before the trial period begins though), they can re-apply in a month.[/i]

[b]Important Announcement. To celebrate the opening of the club, we will be letting all accepted members to skip directly to Basic Navi level. Black and I have the right to change this whenever we want, but to encourage people to join we will not put anyone on a trial for now.[/b]

lol looks good to me. Glad to have you aboard Proto! And of course, as promised, you'll be a Net Officer. Use that power wisely, my friend.

Edit: Geez, I'm getting Ninja'd by Black all over the place. But at least I get to edit the front page.

Reason for joining: Well I've played and enjoyed the original series, the X series and the Zero series. So having a club to talk about Megaman with a bunch of my [s]insane[/s] energetic R.P. 820 friends, and hopefully some new people, should be a lot of fun.

Black can i ask you a favor and cut the Priscilla thing...Tempest never likes it when he is called a girl...i just happen to not like being called a girl's name...just sayin :3

And also did the voice actor for Zero in X4 REALLY need a blast to the face or is that just MY opinion?
