Hearing the sounds of people being killed apparently live on air, he moved around, only to find that the screen was displaying a 'technical difficulties' sign. It would almost be comic, if not for the sounds of what was presumably tearing the news reporters and crews asunder. As it dawned on him what they were, his eyes opened wider, despite the fact that there wasn't actually anything to see, or at least not relevant to "It had to be," he muttered, sinking his face into his palms. He slowly moved his hands down his face, as though he were wiping water away, and looked up again. "This isn't a laughing matter, Helsing boy. The last time I saw a daemon that was left amongst the general public, it had killed over three dozen people and wounded nearly a hundred more, and it was so enraged it nearly disembowelled a cousin of mine before we stopped it. Luckily there was a war on, so we blamed it on the Germans, otherwise there may well have been mass panic. Just hope someone who knows what they're doing gets there soon." 'Me too. and good night, sweet dreams' she gave Hayli a small kiss on the cheek farewell, as she placed the smaller girl down, before turning and making her way back to her and Chase's room. Walking up to the door, after taking two wrong turns, she knocked and waited before she entered. She knew she would be sharing the room with Chase, but she wanted to repect the boys privacy, at the same time. He was finally friends with Hayli again, this was something that had been on his mind since the break-up. They were friends before it and they could make friendship work. Even if they were doomed to fail as more than friends. And now he'd made a great friend and Hayli had a great girlfriend in Rory. Chase sat up, welcomingly, deciding to turn on a light, dispite his general dislike of them, he wanted the werewolf to feel at home, plus, she made him feel happy, there was no need for him to sit in the dark, really. 'you sure that you want the light on? We could just open the blinds and have the moonlight, and close them before we fall asleep?' she offered as the young vampire turned on the light near his bed. 'know what we need? we need something to make this room feel more, well roomy. some posters or something on the walls, a little touch of you and me. To make it feel more like our space. "Do you like Carcrash Heart?" The vampire asked as he produced a poster of his favorite band. He figured that Rory would have a particular interest in the band's drummer, the beautiful female werewolf drummer Anya Flea. In the poster she was in her wolf form. Her beautiful strawberry blonde fur was a stark contrast to the black clothing worn by the rest of the band. Chase moved over to his bed and went to hand up the poster, smiling at the girl. Rory gapsed as she watched the boy head over to the wall and start to put up a poster, which happned to be her favourite picture of her favourite memeber of the band (the drummer) as she was a werewolf and in her wolf form in the poster. 'Oh, my lord. that is my favourite one of their POSTERS!!!!'she squealed as she ran over and picked Chase up, spining him around in a tight hug. 'you have such awesome taste in music!' she giggled excitlu as she licked the boys check, not thinking , before she put him back down again. I mean I love her in general, the mis-matching eyes, the strawberry blonde fur, isn't she just GORGEOUS!?" He said in a rare moment of true-colored girlish excitment. "It's such a shame she's gay...I mean not for you but... Wow... Awkward, I feel awkward." Chase said, starting to go quiet again for a second, but recovering. "But y'know what I mean?" He stood and proceeded into the bathroom to wash his face. He came out after he decided to take a shower as well. He then put on some black jogging pants and a red t shirt. He also had on some tiger slippers. "I need some coffee." He walked out of the room and locked the door and headed down the hall to find some coffee. I mean, truthfully?" said one voice. "Just hope someone who knows what they're doing gets there soon," said another. "These are boring! Kiruha's going to find something fun, nya!" The Final Messenger Posted August 31, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 31, 2010 "We have called you three here to stop the slaughter at Channel 5 News and keep the fact that demons exist hidden to most of the general public, becuase most likely people are already piecing the parts of the great puzzle together," Headmaster Iaoel said, pressing a button which opened up an armory behind his desk. "Now you three pick a weapon any weapon," he said ushering us to the armory, Virgil pulled out his pistol and asked for afew ammo cartriages, to which he got his holy explosive bullets, he then walked over to the explosive weapons section, took about 30 explosive shells and a M79 grenade launcher and a riot shield before sitting back in his seat. ^l~Soul~l^ Posted August 31, 2010 Report Share Posted August 31, 2010 Shin slowly walked up and grabbed a knife and PTRS-3 Snper Rifle.He sat back down and wondered how hard this was going to be.He was a trained assasian and a great sniper for years.But he hadn't used a Sniper in ages.He didn't need much to fight with.He leaned over to Vigrgil and whispered "I kill the demn with a headshot while you distract it from up close."He looked over at the girl wondering what she was going to use.He then leaned back again to Virgil and also whispered "...And if she picks a Sniper....she stays wth me..." Henry muttered as he followed the others to the headmaster's office, "and we've only just got here. What are they going to want us doing after we've had this training." As they entered the headmaster's office he stood back, leaning against the doorframe. Besides his new room mate and neighbour, there was also girl who would certainly be considered attractive, and in fact Shin seemed to have been staring at her. "Kids," he thought to himself. After the headmaster explained what they were to do, he offered them the choice of quite a lot of weapons. "I was right then," he commented, "we are the clean-up crew. Still, I haven't done this in years, so it should be interesting." Henry didn't know much about guns - he'd looked at quite a few many years ago, but that infomation was out of date and he'd forgotten most of it - so he picked up two guns that looked like they'd fire a hail of bullets, but were light enough to be used one-handed, at least by a Vampire. He had missed the channel 5 news report, so he didn't go to the meeting in the Headmasters office. [i]Something tells me that they will call on me when they need me,[/i] Tiberius thought as he stretched. Tiberius cleaned himself up in the bathroom. Then, he went downstairs into the quad to begin practicing his Force techniques. Tiberius started by doing regular exercises such as push ups and crunches. Then he began to run. Tiberius had always liked running. So he began to make a trek around the school. Tiberius made a pass around the school in the 30th minute of his run. [i]Wow, this is a big school,[/i] Tiberius thought as he began cooling down. Once he cooled down, Tiberius began the meditation that was useful in growing out his powers. She picked up a small pistol and examined it closely. Doing so, she ended up firing it off accidentally. She dropped it and disappeared. When they found her, she was clinging to the ceiling. She jumped down and then looked around for another weapon, hopefully one that wouldn't almost kill her. She picked out a set of two swords; one was approximately a foot in length, the other, about 2 and a half. The Final Messenger Posted August 31, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 31, 2010 Virgil looked at his guns and went back to the armory and came out with an M60 machinegun, a Benelli M1014 tactical shotgun, a H&K MP5, a chainsaw, and a hell of alot of bullets, before saying, "what? I'm the front line fighter here, so it's natural I'd need alot of bullets, and guns," he then held up his grenade launcher, "and [i]this[/i] is for my need of plenty of explosions." It had been a long time since he'd been in one, and he tried to think back to when it was. He suspected it was the 80's, but he wasn't really certain. It may have been the 90's. Or the 70's. Either way, he remembered they were rather noisy things, although they had headsets to wear. He looked at the others. The girl was armed with close combat weapons - since she'd managed to nearly sooht herself before, he guessed that she wasn't trained in firearms. Shin had a sniper rifle, whilst Helsing had enough weapons to supply a small army, justifying it because he would be on the front line. Henry didn't really care what he had, so long as he did his part. Instead he turned to the girl, the only one he hadn't previously met, or at least spoken to. "Hello," he said, offering a hand "now is probably not the best time for greetings, but it might be better if we all know each other before we fight together. My name's Henry Smith, and you are?" The Final Messenger Posted September 1, 2010 Author Report Share Posted September 1, 2010 Since Henry decided to introduce himself to the others Virgil followed in suit, "I'm Virgil Helsing, monsterslayer," he said before putting the top of his pistol in his mouth and biting it so when he pulled it the gun would cock, then he proceeded to prepare his other weapons, "and guys we still don't have a team leader, I vote for myself but if Henry was anything higher than a captain in any war then he gets my vote." She looked around and noticed another Neko in the helicopter, the one who called her cute. She made her way past Virgil and Henry to meet him. "Hello! I'm Kiruha. I haven't gotten your name yet." She noticed the sniper strapped to his back, and so she remained wary, with her tail sticking up. She didn't want the gun to go off again.
