"We're in 50 BC, the entire Gaul is occupied by Romans. The entire? No! A small village of indomitable Gauls still holds out against the invaders. And life is not easy for the surrounding garrisons of Roman soldiers camps." Obelix and his clever friend Asterix, the comic's heroes, are living in this village at the Armorican coast in France. Their everyday life consists of hunting and eating wild boars and hunting and bashing Romans. Obelix is a Menhir stone manufactor deliverer (noone really knows what they're used for), he has superhuman strength, since he fall in the magic potion pot as a child. The magic potion is the reason why the village still resists the Roman occupation. It gives strength for a short time to whom it drinks. It is brewd by the village's Druid. Asterix and Obelix travel whole Europe (and even America one time) to help people and experience adventures.

It's a French cartoon very famous in Europe, but it also exists in the United States. There also exist some animated and life-acting films, Gerárd Depardieu most famous for playing Obelix.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. Once per turn, you may flip a coin. If it is heads, select one monster and destroy it. Your opponent also takes 300 lifepoint damage. If tails, destoy one monster on your side of the feild and take 500 life point damage.

When your opponent controls a "Toon Monster", this card can only attack the opponent "Toon Monster". When your opponent controls no "Toon Monsters" this card is able to Direct Attack your opponent. For every "Toon Monster" sent to the Graveyard your opponent loses 100 Life Points. When "Toon World" would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.
