Kuri
Well in the series Ash hardly uses some Pokemon most especially Tauros and Primape. What made me happy is to see phanpy. Never have seen cyndiquil in a while. Hmmm...where is Snorlax. Squirtle too cool to battle? Discuss Ash's old pokemon.
Βyakuya
Ash will use most of his old pokemon in the Sinnoh League Championship, as with his old Glisor. He brought back Noctowl, Heracross, Donphan, Snorlax, Muk, Quilava, and there were some more but these are some Ash cna call upon.
Kuri
adleast something more epic than the battle itself happens....HE FRIGGIN TURNS HIS HAT!
Flame Dragon
I just want to see Charizard more. But yea, Primape was given away. He only really uses 1 Tauros, but even that is rare. He should make a team out of his old pokemon though.

But really, do we need 10 damn threads on this? How about a thread on if I will get my role back in Best Wishes?

Marisa Kirisame-ze
Pokemon is actually really messed up if you think about it. Catch a Pokemon, be excited to train it for a while, trained it and are unstoppable, oh look another Pokemon!, throw old one Pokemon with Professor Oak. Never to be seen again.
You're completely misrepresenting it. He catches 5-6 per region, and only sends them to Oak when he goes to the next region with only Pikachu. Yoshi Member
To make the pokemon limits like the games? Make a team of 6 pokemon?

usetheforcehan
They (the writer) should write a new Pokemon script using Nuzlocke challenge as basis. So that the old and unused Pokemon can be replaced by using Faint = Death reason, instead of giving it all to Prof. Oak again and again.
Amity
I want there to be a few episodes where he goes and visits all of his pokemon that he has left behind, like he meets up with them. like butterfree. That would be cool. And Pidgeot and Primeape. All of them.
Wuu.
Abandoning Pidgeot was the worst moment in history of Pokémon D: Because if he would use his old Pokémon for further episodes there would be even less challenge for him. I'd like to see Ash being abandoned for the new series

-Berserker-
The old pokes are too strong by now. Using them would be unfair. Let's suppose they grow at the same speed they do in videogames. Imagine using the pokemon you used to challenge the Pokemon League against Falkner, for example. Just with one hit you can kill all of his pokemon.
Grunt Issun
Pikachu... that defies your post OT: Releasing butterfree was the saddest pokemon moment ever, but at least he's with his love, so at least butterfree is happy

DeathSDelano
Ash needs a new career period he already fails as a trainer but anyways OT: Yes they need to bring back some of the old pokemon you never really see any of his old pokemons muk and kingler he rarely uses along with tauros though they complete skipped the part when he catch a herd of tauros the 1st time they shown he had a butload of tauros i was like WTF when did he get those
-Berserker-
Pikachu... that defies your post Pikachu is the mascot. They can't take it out. Anyways, if any of his first pokemons still were with him, they would be easily stronger than Pikachu. Even Butterfree...

OnSlaUghT
Butterfree is dead, watch the Japenese Episode EDIT: Whoa, was I wrong, there was a mistranslation in several subbed episodes which stated the above, but this was corrected, so Butterfree is alive!
