Name: John Gray
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Appearance: A Gentle smile. A relaxed posture. This person appears to be a friendly and laid-back individual, dressed in contrast of what he appears to be. He wears formal clothing most of the time, but will sneak a tie-dye shirt into his usual wear now and then, for the purpose of throwing people off. Usually seen wearing something besides a shirt on his torso, either a vest or coat, or something to that effect.
Position: Student
Faction: Neutral
Fake Bio: John Grey lived a normal life. He was raised by a middle-class family, went to middle-class schools, and did middle class things. Since Card games were included in those middle class things, John took a strong interest in dueling, specifically the technology surrounding it. His dream is to work for Industrial Illusions or KaibaCrop as an engineer, or designer. To further these goals, he only wears formal clothing, and tries to be active in proper things. He can be a bit strange or silly at times, but is obvious his overall goals are for the good of the people's card games.
Real Bio: Truly though, could such a nice person exist? Certainly not. Within Alexi Donnovan, his real name, is a destructive rage that knows no parallel. As a child, Alexi reveled in pain, death, and misfortune. He started with harmless-enough things, such as zapping ants with a magnifying glass, or dropping flies in his fish tank. He started to become abusing towards his pets and siblings, next. Before it got out of hand, Alexi was deported to a mental institution at the age of 4.
--When he arrived, he was "normal" due the to fact that everyone else was just as crazy. This actually calmed down his urges for destruction for some time. He would still do small things, like stepping on a nurse's foot, or kicking the crazy old men. However, for about two years, his rage stagnated and stopped progressing. He was able to vent some of his anger in children's card games, his favorite being duel monsters. That was when he met "Her".
--The lovely, and tempting Allure Queen. She was young (LV3) at the time, but she could see Alexi's potential. There was one problem, however. He couldn't control himself. Within his mind was a bomb begging to explode, and no one was attempting to defuse it. If left for too long, not only would he hurt others, but Alexi would certainly destroy himself. To prevent this, Allure Queen manipulated Alexi's fragile mind.
--To "Change" a human they first had to suffer great trauma. To provide this trauma, Alexi had to let the bomb in his head explode while it would do the least amount of damage. That time was when saturated with pain and despair, so the shock of the sudden influx of emotion and power wouldn't destroy the child. Allure Queen knew all about pain and trauma, luckily.
--Alexi was to challange his psychologist to a duel, and if Alexi won, he would get to go outside for a day. Certainly a child wouldn't beat an adult. However Alexi, with Allure Queen's guidance, was more than enough to defeat an unprepared man. As promised, with the aid of a nurse, Alexi, at eight years old, was allowed to wander the town and see what he was missing. However, he knew what he needed. First, he had to get rid of the nurse.
--Feigning childish ignorance, Alexi skipped down a dark alley, and found himself a heavy weapon. From the shadows, her struck the nurse, and then beat her to death. Then, acting as a grandchild, went to buy gasoline from a convenience store with money stolen from the nurse. The incident had to have no witnesses, nor could it have relations to the past. Alexi would get to indulge in his destruction, and kill everyone in the institution. He would be the sole survivor of a raging inferno, and would come out of it with minimal harm.
--The forces of darkness, however, were rarely in sync with each other. Allure Queen wasn't the only being of the spirit realm who had her eyes on Alexi's power of destruction. Among the other factions was a jealously protective Fourtune Lady, detirmined to see that destiny wouldn't be broken by the musings of a greedy spirit. Alexi's ability of absolute destruction didn't belong to anyone, even himself. Control of such a power was a threat to the balance of the world, and to ensure balance would be kept, Fortune Lady Dark would go to great length's.
--However, it was true Alexi would have to be released from the instution. For this purpose, Fortune Lady Dark went as far as to help Allure Queen burn down the institution, and every living thing in it. After that, Alexi "Fainted" with help of the dark duo and only had to wait for authorities to arrive and "Save" him. It was then that Fortune Lady struck, destroying the unknowing Allure Queen with a deft blow, and waking Alexi. She briefly spoke with him.
--"Alexi...Within you is a troubling potential for the pain of millions. To Ensure you don't hurt anyone, I have to protect you." She spoke softly, trying not to alarm the child.
--"Huh? You're not Allure Queen!" Of course a child could hardly understand the politics of darkness. Perhaps Fortune Lady Light would have been better-suited for this task.
--She frowned and figured it was pointless to explain things to him, especially when he would simply forget things in the next moment. "Goodbye" she smiled, and raised her staff, tuning her darkness with his, unleashing the destructive force that lived within him and forced him to be hateful and give in to his urges to destroy. With it, Fortune Lady Dark could destroy anything she wanted. She chose Alexi's life, and his desire to kill and destroy--His connection with the destructive dynamo in his soul. With that, the destructive energy folded inward on itself, and destroyed Alexi's memories and identity.
--From then on, Alexi grew up a John Grey. His power was still active in his body, not not controlled. The release of energy depleted everything, and with no control, the infinite destructive potential within "John" simply leaks away harmlessly before it can build into something dangerous. Until his potential is ready to be unleashed, if ever, he can simply stay as "John" under the watchful eye of his self-instated guardians, the Fourtune Ladies.
