Chaotic Reflections [IC][pg-13][started]

wild was rushing by and didnt care about anything around him. he was still thinking what his answer was. he knew he had darkness i his heart and he knew he wanted to unleash it but he thought it would consume him like his family. he had no choice but to fight striker when he got to the skyscraper. he rushed past and he placed the emerald in his hand and took flight again. he did not chow what to say until he finally got the answer he will say no just to see strikers power at its fullest. he smiled and continued his flight to the skyscraper

Shadow grew a dark red power and used chaos control once more and stole his chaos emerald back from Horus, before the Chaos blast was unleashed, with that he thanked the blob for distracting Horus, ultimately however the chaos blast hit him, he was sent flying, he was still injured from the previous battle. He was sent flying towards the park and landed in a tree! "D-Damn it Hor-" he then comically fell from the tree, head on the Tornado II then on the ground, "Damn it..." then Shadow slowly got up in pain to realize an odd fox and Sonic in front of him. He then collapsed.

"Really?" Leon said in disappointment to Sonic, "Well, at least you can still help me find him..." Suddenly he heard a bang from behind him, then a thud. Leon turned to see Shadow on the ground and a big ass dent in the Tornado II. "Is that, Shadow? Shadow the Hedgehog? DID HE JUST PUT A DENT IN THE TORNADO II!?" That was the only thing on Leon's mind, the big dent in the Tornado II.

Snatching the gem out of the fox's pocket (or whatever he carries it in), he continued running towards a familiar alley. After the usual jump into the dumpster, He finally relaxed and looked at the golden gem. For some reason he felt a large amount of energy emanating from the gem. "What kinda rock is this?" He said to nobody in particular. He then remembered what he had heard about the chaos emeralds from some guy he met. "Gems with wacked out powers that use stuff called Chaos" is how the geiser had put. "I can't sell this! Then that creepy guy in the bank might get it!" He said, then became depressed because he couldn't repair his sword. Unless...
"Alright Emerald, Fix my sword!" He commanded the gem, but nothing happened. "Uhh, Chaos Repair?" Nothing. "Chaos Fix?" Still nothing. "Chaos Build?" The rock sat there, looking pretty. "OH,COME ON!!" He screamed aloud, echoeing in the empty room.

Horus was now very well pissed off for two reasons. The first was that his Chaos Blast had quite obviously done ZERO harm to the amorphous creature that had tried to attack him earlier, and the second was that Shadow had managed to steal back the chaos emerald from him. Rather than do the sensible thing, he decided he was going to rip that slimy son of a b**** apart. First, however, there was the problem of the swarm of angry stinging insects coming towards him. those he took care of by slamming his fist into the ground and then tearing a large chunk of some of the remaining asphalt on the street and throwing it up in front of him, creating a solid barrier between the blob and himself. Now having realized that Chaotic Energy was completely useless against this foe, he dove into the crater that his Chaos Blast had created. Once in the crater, he grabbed hold of a large piece of pipe that was attached to one of the severed water mains. He tore it from the ground as easily as a man might tear paper in half and leapt out of the crater, holding a ten-foot length of water main in his hands. In the process of tearing it out, he had become completely soaked and the pipe itself was quite wet as well. Now brandishing this weapon, he rushed the blob at high speed, driving the pipe before him like a spear.

Sonic turned around at the same time that Leon did, seeing Shadow on the ground. He quickly rushed over to his long-time friend and rival, grabbing him by the shoulders. He began shaking the unconscious hedgehog, trying to wake him. It was entirely likely that he would do more harm than good, but hell he was a hasty mother f'er who tended to not think to rationally.

"Shadow...Shadow...come on man, what happened?"

Rather than take Horus' attack like he would so many others he dodged rather quickly to the side and then jumped high into the air. He opened his massive gullet again and fired a White Spider that exploded into Metal Corroding Gas in midair. Shioh stuck to the wall of a nearby building and from there proceeded to launch several bony spikes at his opponent that spiraled twords him with a high pitched wail. "DIE!!!" The apparition cried out

Leon the realized that his emerald was missing, "What the!?" He then heard yelling coming from a bush, Leon waltzed over to see someone holding his emerald! Leon the grabbed him by the head and picked him up off the ground, "Punk! You stole my Chaos Emerald! You Stole the one thing left of my old Village!" Leon glared at him, and put his other hand out, "Give it back, or so help me I'll drop you from 100 feet in the air."

Shadow moaned and got up to see sonic, "mmmm... gethoff..." Shadow then pushed sonic's hand off, "Get off!" Shadow slowly got back up, "Where am I?" Shadow looked at his hands and all around him, then stared at Sonic, "W-Who am I? And Who are you?" Shadow said while backing up. Shadow Clenched his hands together as if he was preparing to fight, "What did you do to me!?"

Spin gulped. Usually he'd have gotten away by now but in his haste to fix his sword he kinda forgot. "Heheheh..." He laughed nervously, then stuck the emerald out to him and started begging "Don't hurt me, don't hurt me..." Over and over again. He then moved on to "I didn't know!" and "I'm only a kid!" and then to needless struggling. It was needless 'cause... well.. The fox could of taken it at any time. His book fell out of his pocket after struggling for a while. He then shut his eyes and dropped the emerald. "Fine, if you're gonna kill me, make it quick.." He said as confidently as possible with all the stress pressed down on him.

Leon took the Chaos emerald back and it shrunk into a ring on his glove (That's a reasonable explanation right?) and he put the kid down when he saw the book, Leon picked it up and gave it to the kid, "Here." He said in a tough guy tone, "Don't steal from someone okay? What would a kid like you want with a Chaos Emerald anyway?" Leon said staring down at him. "Come on, let me introduce you to someone." Leon patted the kid on the back and brought him over to Sonic, who seemed busy trying to wake up Shadow, who woke up and backed off.

Sonic rolled his eyes as he heard Shadow's question, this was followed very quickly by a face-palm as he realized exactly what this meant. He brought up his other hand and waved it in a way so as to dismiss shadow's sudden violent reaction to him.

"My god man, you got amnesia again? Of all the ridiculous things to happen to you...Oh dammit there's no time to explain. Short version, you're Shadow and I'm Sonic. We've known each other for a while, you're better with using Chaos Powers than I am, and you use those rocket shoes of yours to skate around. You got thrown over here from some sort of explosion back in the city, and I would appreciate it if you could help me figure out what it was."

With that, Sonic turned in the direction from which Shadow had been thrown and began sprinting at full speed towards the scene of the battle. He waved for Leon to follow him as he ran past the fox.

Horus relied on the combination of his strength and speed to aid him as the spikes came flying at him. Basically what he did was to slam his right foot into the ground and jump sideways to the left. What he did next was something that some might consider super human. He drove his fists into the wall of the building and tore out the supports from behind it. The resulting weakening caused the wall to collapse, and as it did Horus launched himself up towards Shioh through a spin-dash up one of the pieces of the wall. Even if he did miss the creature, slamming into the portion of the wall it had attached itself to would alter it's fall and quite likely send it hurtling downward towards the crater that was rapidly filling with water.

Shadow couldn't understand, "What are you talking about? Chaos powers?" SHadow then looked down at his palms, "Shadow? did that blue Hedgehog call me Shadow? That can't be my name!" Shadow then looked and saw Leon, he darted away almost immediately. His shoes activated and Shadow stopped, "What the heck!? These are the rocket shoes? hmm..." Shadow ran towards the direction in which sonic went in, he needed answers... badly.

Leon saw the Smnesia driven Shadow speed off, "Amnesia huh?" THen sonic rushed past him, Leon grabbed onto Spin's arm, "Listen, your coming with me kid." And Leon through Spin on his back and ran off towards Sonic, "Hang on there! Don't wanna loose you at this speed!" They ran until Leon caught up with sonic using his three tails as propellers. "Sonic! What's going on with Shadow!?"

OOC: sorry ive been gone for a while i got in trouble for a fight.

striker sensed 3 to 4 beings coming his brothers way he said telepathically " brother... SONIC IS ON HIS WAY SO BE READY! im off to find that hedgehog so i can make him join our team. ok?" striker left and blasted off to the skyscraper.

wild was waiting on the skyscraper then he saw striker " ive made my decision striker my answer is no i will not join you and i will destroy you right here and now.

"really striker said with a smile lets just see shall we" he vanished and drove his knee into wilds stomach.

wild was struck into the air and stopped himself" enough! if you want to kill me then stop this" one of his hands began glowing black with chaos energy. " this will kill you i am sure of it!" then his other hand started to glow black, he clamped his hands together and yells"final chaos torrent!" a huge blast that can be seen from miles away blasted at striker

Striker readied himself and yelled back" chaos striker beam!" he blasted a green energy of his own and it blew away the final chaos torrent and barley hit wild.

wild fell to the floor defeated.

"so now will you join wild?' striker spoke

something strange happened to wild, his eyes turned pitch black his fur went a pale blue, and a very dark power surrounded him. he spoke in a very evil tone. "do not call me wild, call me nova, and i will join your team only for my own good.

OOc what i just posted about wilds change is his dark form it happens after he fires a final chaos torrent, this form will only last a couple of my posts then he will return to normal

Shioh saw Horus coming at him and he also saw the crater. He jumped into the air to dodge the Spin attack and when Horus was Directly beneath him. He attatched himself to Horus and began Biting at him viciously with poisonous fangs. He wrapped his black amorphous body around Horus in an attempt to devour him completley. "M_st C_ns_me ch__s e_rg_! M_st d_v__r he__eh_g!!" The monster roared as his stomach began to envelop itself around Horus, drenching him in acidic juice.

Metal Sonic's automatic repair finished and his sensors locked on a mass of Chaos energy. However he ignored it. His mission now was to find more Chaos Emeralds. So he swept as far as he could see with his scanners. "Searching...Scanning for Masses of Chaos Energy within scan range..."

Just as Shioh attempted to bite down on Horus, the black hedgehog grabbed a firm hold of the being's fangs. He used his superhuman strength to wrench it's mouth open and thus prevent it from biting down on him at all. He laughed aloud as he began to spin at a high rate of speed once more, this this time in the air and he increased his speed by pulling himself into a ball as best he could. He soon began to fall towards the crater, as he hoped that he could somehow drown the creature. After a few moments, he remembered that he couldn't swim. As such, he opted to release his grip on the creature as he came to the part of his spin that would send it flying down into the crater.

"I'll see you in Hell, a******."

After a few moments, he remembered his brother's telepathic message, chuckling to himself as he chose to respond.

"Alright then, I'm always ready to fight that blue rat. Based on what I'm sensing, you're done with the hedgehog on your end, bring him around and let's give our friends a warm welcome."

Sonic continued to run at high speed, increasing his speed as the destruction caused by the battle came into view. He turned his head back towards Leon as he heard the arctic fox's question. He turned his head back forwards just in time to dodge around the charred remains of a large van.

"I guess Shadow hit his head pretty hard on the Tornado II, because he's back to not remembering anything...again"

He punctuated his sentence with a sigh, before skidding to a stop as he reached the edge of the immediate reach of devastation that had been caused by the battle, just in time to see Horus send Shioh flying towards the crater.

"...It's...it's not possible...he...he's dead."

Thinking of survival Shioh split himself. He severed his new Spine from his body as well as 3 feet of his new mass and used it as a springboard in midair to jump away from the crater. He then extended a bone claw to grip onto a ruined car and land himself safley. He grabbed the car's hood and ripped it clean off and reached into the machinery to pull out its gas tank. Laughing maniacally he slit the tank open and threw it into the water. His vision then turned red with fury as he focused back on Horus. "Y_u _re go__ng t_ _ie!!"

Spin didn't really enjoy this piggyback routine, due to the fact he prefered not being treated like a child, but he didn't complain. He was also confused with what he saw. Sonic was fighting the blob...But he was also standing in front of him.. after a minute or two he realized the colour difference and another pressing matter filled his mind. He stared at the amorphous being, his eyes filled with hate. "That's the thing that killed my sword!" He swung off of Leon and dashed towards it, totally ignoring common sense. "Hey, jerk! I hope you can find a way to fix this!" He pulled out his blade, rust and huge gaps and melted metal is all the blade looked like now. The star in the middle still glistening in the sunlight. He ran forward and prepared to strike.

Leons eyes widened as Spin headed off into the middle of battle, he ran forward and covered Spin's mouth, "Shut up kid!" He whispered into Spin's ears, "You'll get us all killed!!!" Leon dashed back with the kid's mouth still covered. "Be quiet!!!!" Leon then turned to Sonic, "Sonic, man, what should we do? If we are lucky they'll destroy each other. But that's probably not going to happen, should we interfere?"

nova and striker flew to the scene and striker spoke first" hey sonic, you ready to fight cause with our new member we will kill you with ease.

nova then said" you fox hand over your emerald and your death will be quick and painless, and if you dint ill just take it....FROM YOUR REMAINS! its your choice.

striker said to his brother telepathically " what do you think of our new member , his chaos power is strong isnt he and with only 1 emerald, just imagine the power with 2 of them. we will destroy them and take their emeralds ok? how about our new member shows them a show of his power huh?

ENOUGH OF THIS!" nova screamed and charged at them "chaos..." he then vanished and appeared on a building "suicidal wave!" he raised his hand and millions of blasts shot out of his hand. he did not care if the blasts hit him, he just wants those blasts to hit something. "Prepare to die!" nova screamed

striker yelled to his brother "watch out... those blasts might hit us" he said trying to hide his laughter.

At the Exact moment that Horus heard and saw Nova and Striker arriving, he found a brand new reason to lose himself in rage. He saw not only that Sonic the Hedgehog was there, but that it was Nova's intent to kill him. Completely forgetting that Shioh was his foe for the moment, he brought his chaos emerald out in front of himself, vanishing from the normal flow of time and space with the words "Chaos Control". He reappeared from his removal from the time stream just behind Nova, and at that moment he removed his sunglasses, the red coloration now taking on a bright glow as his rage awakened the chaos that was dormant within him.

"Chaos Blade!"

At that moment, fueled by both the power of the Chaos Emerald that he possessed and the now awakened chaos within him, two blade sprung forth from each forearm. The wicked blades came from opposite sides of either arm and formed a shape similar to an energy sword from the Halo franchise. What he did now was to drive his right arm forward to Nova's back, attempting to impale him through the chest on either side of his spine with the two blades. If he succeeded in doing this, he would also rest his now opened right palm exactly over Nova's spine. It was likely that the hedgehog would feel it as chaotic energy built up in Horus' palm. The next words he said with such volume that Striker and the others would have no problem hearing him from such a height.

"Know this, I don't give two shits about Shadow or the gray fox. However, if anyone is going to kill that blue rat, I assure you it will be me! Now, suffer the consequences of your interference, CHAOS BURST!"

Triggered by the incantation, the chaotic energy built up in his right hand erupted out in a focused shot that was a sniper round if Chaos blast was a five hundred pound bomb. Basically, if Nova was struck by this, which if he had been impaled would almost be guaranteed, His spine would quite literally be broken in half and he would be sent flying off the edge of the building.

Sonic was truthfully too shocked to see that Horus was still alive to notice anything else. That is, at least until Striker made his appearance and threatened Sonic with death caused by Nova. He chuckled quietly, getting into a proper stance to fight the new arrival if necessary. He was of course surprised when he suddenly vanished only to reappear on top of a building, only to then be confronted by Horus. Sonic was once more surprised, but not so much that he completely let his guard down. He still noticed Shadow's chaotic reflection was there.

novas instinct saved him from the blade of horus. he vanished judt as the blade was 3 inches from his back and appeared right behind him and said "dont worry i dont intend to kill that rat i just want the thrill of a fight and if you dont want me to kill sonic then fine you can have the honers. you see i thrive on chaos energy and i have the sharpest instincts so you coudnt hit me anyways. i want that gold emerald and that fox is in the way. i will take it and leave you to kill him." he removed his blue emerald and threw it at horus. "here take it all i need is the gold emerald and when i do my power will increase past the power of someone possesing all 7 chaos emeralds. so fox you will die right now."he flew higher and raised his hand and a black ball appeared "chaos... flash! if you can dodge this i will kill you with my bare hands!" he then vanished again not to be seen again until the blast hits something

striker was watching his reflection satnd there he spoke." i guess you have never heard of me, my name is striker, striker the assassin. the assassin because my quick chaos bullets never miss. allow me to demonstrate." he made a view portal so they can see a man in his late 20s. "chaos bullet. he raised a hand an a medium sized chaos ball shot out of his arm and it fell toward the man pircing his heart killing him. "you see my power, i will not be denied of my emerald shadow now give it to me or i will kill you." he then charged at shadow hoping to take his emerald without having to kill him

Nova fired his massive Chaos Flash. Shioh saw the mass of chaotic energy and leapt into its line. The blast hit Shioh and engulfed in chaotic energy. However much like with Horus' Chaos Blast and other Techniques that use precious Chaos Energy Shioh devoured it greedily. The mass of Nova's energy and the sheer force of the Chaos mutated Shioh even more than Horus' Chaos blast. Shioh's spine grew back and he swole up to 11 feet tall and 7 feet wide. His mask grew into a skull and two large bone claws emerged from his side. From his rear end a large slimy black tail erupted and he roared with fury."CH__S _UST __VE M_RE C_A_S!!!!" The monster howled as venomous insects of all types flew from his body.

OOC: Okay, since the only real way for someone to vanish on Sonic is to use Chaos Control, that's how Horus is going to drive a finishing blow to Wild aka Nova. This is an unavoidable kill due to rule violations.

IC:

Just as Nova vanished the final time through Chaos Control, Horus did the exact same thing. He was now in the same state of removal from normal time and space as Nova was and, as such, could track him easily. Powered now by two chaos emeralds, and still enraged at this hedgehog, he could hardly control himself. Summoning all of his strength, he hurled himself straight and hard into his foe. The force of the impact would send him hurtling off of the edge of the building, having wrapped his arms into a tight, crushing embrace that drove his Chaos Blades deep into Nova's flesh. Just as his Chaos Control began to wear off, he gathered a massive force of chaos energy into himself, which the other hedgehog would likely sense due to their close proximity.

"Know this, you were foolish to say that I could not hit you, for now you are to be stricken down by me. Burn in the eternal fires of hell, CHAOS BLAST!"

The chaos energies he had built up within himself were suddenly unleashed, though over a much smaller area than normal. It was likely that the others would see a small sphere of chaos about two meters across. They would still feel the shock wave from the blast, and in all likelihood Striker as well as the others would be thrown aside by it. However, as the energies receded, all that was left of Nova/Wild was a scorched corpse. This was left to fall to the ground as Horus teleported between Striker and Shadow using Chaos Control. As he did so, he turned to face Shadow and politely bowed to him with an apologetic expression on his face.

"I would like to apologize for both my earlier actions, and the current actions of my brother. Whatever harm I may have done to you was entirely in self defense, and now I would like to ask you to join our cause. I have the suspicion that you are able to sense chaos energies just as my brother and I are, and as such I would like to invite you to follow us and hear what our ultimate goal in this world is. Striker, we're leaving now."

With that, he calmly turned away from the group that had come, walking straight past the very being he had been created from with a sneer. Today was not the appropriate time for that hedgehog's death. He seemed to have forgotten about Shioh for the time being, while he was actually looking through the corner of his eye at the amorphous blob, waiting to see how it would react.

Sonic was knocked back several feet by the shock wave that followed the release of power from Horus. He leapt up to his feet, just as Horus teleported into their midst. All he could do for now was stare on in shock at the sheer fact that the Black Hedgehog had somehow managed to live through the complete destruction of his place of creation. As the hedgehog walked away, Sonic was still in such a state of disbelief that there wasn't much he could do at the moment. However, the sound of a coming attack would likely wake him from this awkward trance of sorts.

Shioh reared up and lunged at Horus and instead of attacking he intended to remind him that he had ignored Shioh by giving a blood-curdling roar that would cause any normal man to quake in fear. "_OU_ OP_N_NT _S ME!!" The monster roared halfway sounding like an enraged demon and halfway like an ignored child. The skullshape mask oozed black slime from its teeth as he reared himself up again trying to look as big as possible. And stretching himself to 13 feet high towering over Horus he was doing a pretty good job as he let loose another horrifying roar.

Horus chuckled quietly as he looked up at Shioh, a wide smile on his face as he motioned for the amorphous creature to follow him. For the time being, he simply continued walking along, his chaos emeralds held in either of his pockets. The others didn't know it, and Striker sure as hell didn't know it, but Horus had a plan here. What that plan consisted of would have to be seen later. He vanished down a nearby alleyway, before he began to sprint at high speed, charging up enough chaos energy so that the others could easily follow him if they wished to.

Shioh followed Horus' chaos trail eagerly hoping to either get his hands on Chaos Energy or better yet an Emerald or two. Either way he followed Horus as his mouth salivated at the thought of consuming enough Chaos Energy to perform his next mutation. He had only 3 more to go until his irritating human self could be rid of. He followed Horus leaving his own trail of black colored slime.

Metal Sonic dashed twords Angel Island at full throttle and in moments was at the Master Emerald Shrine. There he ran into the guardian. "Shioku...it has been FAR too long Guardion Of the Master." The ferret narrowed his green eyes at him. "Metal...you know i can kill you in an instant. So you had BETTER have a good reason for being here." Shioku said preparing to blast Metal Sonic into the next dimension. "My scanners have come across TWO anomalies...one of them is an incarnation of a hedgehog made from PURE Chaos Energy." Metal Sonic said referring to Horus "His power is immense and if he should obtain all 7 Chaos emeralds i fear the worst." Shioku laughed a little. "You...FEAR? hah...that's new...and since when do you care for this world anyhow Metal?" Shioku asked sarcastically. "You know as well as i do that The Old Man could whip my ass 100 times over and this Horus character would be PEANUTS compared to Juggernaut." Metal gave his best impression of a sigh, "The second anomaly is not of this reality..." He said with no inflection. "WHAT?!?" Shioku exclaimed with a look of shock and disbelif. "All i've come to say is that i fear is a Celestius Anomaly Has appeared in this realm." He said before rocketing off. "And you know even Juggernaut cannot stop that if it is allowed to grow and manifest...if the time comes...negate the Chaos Emeralds using the master Shioku." Metal said as he flew off. Exibiting whatever humanity he had. If only so he could kill Sonic Himself he still needed this world intact to exact his revenge

Spin struggled out of Leon's grasp. He then looked up and saw the aftermath of the two beings fighting. Any energy he had seemed to have drained from his body as he slowly fell to his knees. "Leon..." He asked, sounding depressed. "If... If the reflections' fighting continues... Will the whole world end up like this?" He pulled out his sword and looked down at the mangled piece of metal. He then noticed a familiar cold feeling around his chest area. He moved his hand towards the same area and felt it and pulled it out. The familiar piece of metal was there, unscathed with the word[i]Hope[/i] still unfading from the charm. He smiled, remembering what the charm meant. There was still hope.

A flash of red light appeared in the alleyway and the purple rabbit emerged. She looked at all the destruction. Cars tipped over, huge craters, a burning corpse. "Awww. I missed all the fun." She stated playfully. She used her mind to search for her "brothers." "Striker and Horus. Both in the same place. And yet this place isn't Leveled YET!" She yelled, then quickly regained her cool. Doom was laughing beside her, but that wasn't unusual. "I destroyed that fox village in half this time.. Speak of the devil." She had noticed a grey fox in the middle of the road... With three Tails. "Damn. I missed one." In a flash of light she hid behind the building closest to the fox, rearing to fight, but quickly sent a message to her "brothers." "Just for the record, I'm here."
