[The Final Messenger]

Virgil was looking out the window at Selene who was talking to Frank and said, "Damn, she saw me!" so Virgil took out a walkie-talkie and got feed to his Hermes campers and told them, "Guys go into Hephaestus cabin and you'll see 'you know who' and keep her away from Frank whenever, and however possible, Virgil out."

Frank tod Selene, "well he told me to make him new gloves and stuff, and also on off topic note, you should look behind you, there are about 5 to- no wait there are 12 Hermes campers behind you and 5 Ares." Frank got back to making the wires while the campers closed in, he got one wire done, then two, then three, and about an hour later he had 10, Frank walked out and had the Hecate campers fuse the gloves and the wires and enchant the fusion. Which they did and gave them back to Frank and he tested them, they worked and he ran back to Hermes cabin where Virgil took them gleefully, and handed afew Drachmas. "Remember the other thing, but don't make it until next week or so."

Bryce had finished the sing along and got up. All the Apollos were now heading to our cabin to go to sleep. Today had been....interesting, and he learned to neer doubt any girl. He walked into the Apollo cabin. He got into bed. Even though Grey was the leader of the Apolo cabin, he occasinaly heard his father, occasionaly. He was also like a "second-in-command" position. He looked at his stuff. He had his bow and arrow, glittery and shiny, his instruments that he rarely played, and a few.....fragments of the first monster that attacked him. Smiling, he drifted offf to sleep. He had the crazyist dream. He was in the sky, riding something and then fell off. He had landed flat on the ground of Camp Halfblood and his stuff thrown into the fire as a memorium to him. He woke up and reliazed that that may be true today...he did have a fear of heights.

"Coolio.", said Edmond, stepping back about eight feet. "See these daggers? I don't use them for hand-to-hand combat. I throw 'em. Plus, they're magic. I throw 'em, they home in on whoever i want 'em too. But my favorite weapon, is just a trusty shortspear. They've got the obvious piercing, but they also have bludgeoning & a bit of slicing. It's light, so I can swing it around, but sturdy so I can use it to block or pole vault with it. As far as I'm concerned, shortspears are the definition of versatility." Edmond brought out his shortspear. "Lets go!"((OOC: Sorry I've been gone, schools starting again.))

Chance saw that the campfire was almost over so he started to speed out of there so that he wouldnt be caught in the flow of traffic to cabins. He ran into the Ares cabin and shut the door. He then realized that the Aphrodite campers would stay longer and gossip so Chance decided to play a practical joke. He stole some peanut butter from the cafeteria and smothered it all over the doorknob of the Aphrodite cabin. He thought it would be pretty funny but then he heard giggling and shuffling coming his way. He realized that they would just gossip inside the cabin. He ran before they got there and caught him red handed. He sprinted but not before the girls saw him and the doorknob and put two and two together. He was running as fast as he could as a mob of angry girls chased him. He got to the Ares cabin but someone thought it would be really funny to lock him outside, so he was surrounded by a bunch of Aphrodite girls around him. "I'm sorry?" Josh said hopefully as they got closer in. He felt a lot of pain as the girls started kicking him and scratching him, the girls werent that strong but they had strength in numbers. He tried to run out of it but they just kicked him back in. The kept hurting him until they hit his ankle and there was a sickening crack. He yelled in pain and the girls bolted before anyone came looking. The Ares camper that slept closest to the door opened the door and looked outside to see what was going on. Chance hobbled in and punched the guy to the other side of the room before bandaging himself up with the gause he had under his bed.

Virgil opened the cabin door and walked out while getting odd looks from everyone around him,he merely ignored them and looked at the night sky, 'thirty minutes 'till eleven' Virgil thought walking back to the Hermes cabin and laying on his bed, contemplating on today's events, 'should I say sorry to Selene or something? Anyway I'll make it up to her later' Virgil looked around and walked out again, breathing in the air he walked over to the Ares cabin for know discernable reason and knocked on the door before saying, "hey, can I come in it's me Virgil."

As Lucas walked away from the fire..he was thinking:The mythological creature...it looked big.....and had three eyes...a cyclops? It must be. He returned to the Hermes cabin and started to look at the beautiful night sky that makes him think of his true father Hermes flying through the skies....notifying the gods of what has happened so far that needs to be known, "Almost eleven....I'll just go outside for a minute and feel the fresh air and the smoothing wind." As Lucas walks out he sees everybody going back to their cabins and talking outside, he was always lonely...he thought of himself as a anti-socialist because he was almost always silent. But in the inside, he probably had a other personality. He walks back into the cabin and gets ready to sleep early.

Chance heard Virgil knock and even though he was injured he wanted to greet him personally for her great job in the capture the flag game today. He got up from his bed and came down on the floor with a groan. He limped over to the door, opened it, and said "Hey come on in," he said cheerfully "Nice job in capture the flag today." Chance said as he limped over to his bed and sat down.

"Thanks do you mind if- woah what happened to you?" Virgil said looking at Chance's limp, "now back to what was saying, can I lay low her I kinda have a buncha Athena girls on my tail, and I haven't been able to escape since the last few minutes." Virgil walked to a corner unviewable by window if you were to look in, "I don't need a bed or nuthin' I can sleep on the floor, if you guys want."

"Thats fine with me," said Chance as he shrugged "and as for my foot, well I think something is broken but Im not sure." Josh then realized that his wound had bled through the bandage so he took that one off and applied another one. He thought about what he said and remembered that he forgot to add something "Oh and the ones who did it where a mob of Aphrodite girls. I put peanut butter on their doorknob as a practical joke, but they caught me and well they did this outside the cabin." Chance said while finishing putting on the bandage.

Bryce had woken up, but found out that it wasnt even 11:00 P.M. yet. Sighing, he got up. There were a few Apollos in the cabin right now. Sighing, he pulled out his bow and arrow. How well could he fight with it inthe outside world? He didnt know. The last time he was in that world was a year ago. How could he not leave? The worst that could come at him was probably to easy. Sometimes he wished he was on a quest right now. Being here just wasnt good enough. He wondered what was goingon in Olympus. Could there possinbly be a problem, and Apollo would want him on the quest? He didnt know, but he did reliaze that it had turned to 11:00 already! He got into bed and fell asleep

Virgil dusted off the corner and sat down, slowly drifting to sleep, until he fell into a deep, deep, deep sleep. He woke up and checked around thinking it was already 7 o'clock, but it wasn't it was still 2 o'clock, so he decided to do some exploring, virgil grabbed a flashlight and put on some clothes before walking out, sword in hand, just incase. He walked over to the Capture the Flag forest and sat on a stump by the creek, he looked into the waters and saw his reflection, and some blood from earlier, [i]Oh, SH*T! I forgot Selene is part Apollo! and the Sun is riding which means I need to get some cover fast! But where? No high up places, how about- No he'd expect I might hide in the Hermes cabin, but there might be an alternative, maybe he didn't mind or- nope, I'm screwed either way, then there's Athena,[/i] Virgil thought as he ran to the Ares cabin and walked in, and fell asleep.

(Morning)
Virgil woke up tired and sore, "I knew I should have taken my chances with the Athena people, that corner was," Virgil stretched abit, if you were there you could here the cracking sound of his bones, "a pain in the neck, literally." He looked out the window of the cabin and saw that nobody was surrounding the Hermes cabin, "Well that's strange, but it's in the morning so its possible they're still asleep." Virgil walked outside and looked around, nobody around, "how early is it anyway?" he looked at his watch and it said, 8:17, "but shouldn't people be awake by now?". Virgl ran back to the Ares cabin and woke up Chance, "Chance, wake up, wakey wakey, it's 8:17!" Virgil sat back down in the corner and played some Poker with himself.

Bryce got up. He looked at the time and reliazed that Breakfest was starting now. Quickly, he got out of bed. He wondered where that Virgel kid was, as if he had any sense, he wouldnt sleep in his own Cabin for a while. He walked out of his cabin and went to the mess hall to eat. He sat down on a bench outside. "Diet Pepsy please!" said Bryce. Diet Pepsy appeared in his drink. "Pancakes please to!" said Bryce, and pancakes appeared. He got up and took his breakfist with him. He went over to the campfire and dipped a panckae into the fire. "To the gods!" said Bryce. "Please father, please let something exciting happen today, please," pleaded Bryce in his head to Apollo. He ate his pancakes at the table and drank his Pepsy, and he had a great breakfest, as always. Then it was 9:00 and Breakfest ended. He got up. He remembered that Sword and Shield was next with Ares. Wanting to fight them due to Capture the Flag, he got uo and went to the Ares cabin. He opened the door and saw sleping Ares and a kid playing poker in the corner. "Hey kid, I kno its rude to- Its you!" said Bryce, about to challenge him to a little "friendly" sparing battle. He ran out of the cabin to the Athenas to tell Selene Virgel was in the Ares cabin.

"Geez, what was all that for?" Virgil said looking out the boy who was running to the... ATHENA CABIN?! Virgil gulped, put on his day clothes and ran off to wherever, maybe back to the CTF forest, when he got there to his stump, he found a rock, Virgil picked it up and looked it over, he turned it over and he realized it was a human skull, he dropped it and picked it up again, he rattled it ad he heard some shaking, so he cracked it open with the butt of his sword and found, a rock? He looked at the rock and saw it had writing on it, he didn't read itso he stuffed it in his pocket for later, and sat on his stump, looking at the creek.

As usual, Lucas woke up early to look at the morning sky, then after a while he went to ate breakfast. And a little bit after he finished he was getting ready to practice combat with Ares Cabin. He always hated wearing combat armor, so heavy yet so not-his-style. He thought to himself, "Stupid combat armor...only those Ares Combat Addicts likes wearing em..." He returned to Hermes cabin to clean up his bed before going to Ares Cabin. And so he did, then he went outside to Ares Cabin's wall and leaned there until its time to practice sword n' shield combat with Ares Cabin.

Virgil got boreed sitting there ad took out his rock and read through it, "Beware, the Lord of the Sky is co- huh, its all gone from there," Virgil said, before wiped it off and saw some more writing, "-ming for us. Repent!" Virgil hid the rock under the stump and stood up and walked over for breakfast, while saying, "what kind of occult nonsense, Zeus would never attack us."

Chance woke up late and felt seething pain as he moved his ankle. He realized that it was late in the morning, he had probably missed breakfast, and Virgel was gone. He then looked down at his bed to find it was stained with blood. He then realized that he couldnt hide this for long and decided to go to the nurses office after he got some breakfast. He then went to the cafeteria and got a muffin and some rasberries. He then got some water too because he thought it would help him heal. He limped over to a table and ate quietly trying to ignore the people staring at his ankle and the Aphrodite girls glaring at him.

At breakfast Virgil snuck around to avoid the Athena campers, quickly pounced at the food table, and landed next to it. He hid underit and when the Athena's weren't looking, Virgil grabbed a plate with bacon and eggs and ate under the table. Virgil then stood up and sprinted to the forest again and climbed up a tree to see if anyone was following him, nobody. So he jumped down and went to his ump and looked at the creek again.

Chance was full but he still had part of his muffin left so he put it into the fire as a sacrafice to his father, Ares. He then limped over to the nurses office to get his ankle checked out. He was limpeing over there when he tripped on a rock and fell down, injuring his broken ankle even more, he groaned as he hit the ground. He then tried to get back up but everytime he did there was a shooting pain in his ankle and it made his body go limp for a second, erasing his previous progress. So then he crawled, groaning, to the nurses office.

Virgil got bored so he decided to walk in the open, letting EVERYONE see him, and see what happens. So Virgil walked out of the forest in broad daylight and made circles around the cabins. He stopped in front of the Athena cabin and just stared at the doorway, before collapsing, and getting up, removing a dart from his neck, and grabbing the kid who threw it at him with his wires, and brought his closer and retracted his wires before punching that kid in the face. Virgil walked to the nurse's office and took a cot by Chance.

Chance watched as Virgel came in and sat down next to him. He couldnt see anything wrong with him until he saw the small hole on his neck. Chance grimaced as he thought of what that must have felt like for Virgel and afterwards for the kid that did that to him. Chance was feeling bored waiting for the nurse so he felt the need to start up a conversation "Was that an Athena kid? I have a feeling they wont leave you alone, kind of like how the Aphrodite girls would if they hadnt broken my ankle."

Bryce had gottento the Athenas when someone attacked Virgel. Well, he wished he hadnt done all that running, cause now he was all tired. He ran back to his cabin. He saw Virgel and Chance in the nurses office. "Failure, I guess the red team is officialy hated now" said Bryce to himself. He went into his cabin. He hadnt been able to spar with any Ares, but this was a good time to prove himself to the rest of the apollos. He left the cabin and hid near the Nurses Office. Nobody would see him here! He could keep an eye on Virgel so that his plans for the next game were foiled.

Virgil looked at Chance and said, "Nah I dunno if he was an Athena, but I have the dart, and- Urgh I NEED TO PUKE!" A satyr gave him a bucket and he vomited the contents of his stomach in it. "Now I know what the dart- BLURGH, does," Virgil ouked some more and put the bucket on the side of the cot, and took out the drat and looked it over, definitely Athena, "Yup, Athena's did this."

"Thought so" said Chance "By the way did you hear some shuffling outside?" Chance then had a shooting pain through his ankle and wenlt limp again. He fell, face down,onto the floor and lay there for a few seconds without being able to move. He then realized that he was able to move and tried to get up, but just like outside he was unable to without that shooting pain and the limpness.

Virgil sat up to checked it out, and walked to the shuffling and saw an Appollo and started to get that puking feeling, and accidently puked on the Apollo after saying, "hi." Virgil realized and said, "sorry, that was an accid- oh Gods I gotta-" Virgil puked on the ground, and collasped, before crawling to to his cot and repeatidley started puking in the bucket until it was full.

Chance saw Virgel walk outside and ignore him. When he came back in after a few minutes, a few painful minutes for Chance, Virgel went right back to puking. Virgel meant well by puking into the buket but some splattered on Chance and he sighed at how useless he was right now. Then when Virgel kept puking the bucket overflowed and ended up covering Chances face in puke. Chance groaned in pain and for the need of attention and help.
