Selene gave a small smile. She knew that was probably going to have to be their choice.
"Hestia!" she said confidently once more.
She glanced over at Jason and shook her head. His wrath was so heavy, he didn't have any time to think clearly. She held a distaste for Ares's cabin because of that, preferring other friends from Apollo's or Zeus's.

Josh knew who would be next best for his sustinence tactic, but he didnt know if this would be the choice that he wanted. He knew that Jason was staring him down so he had to choose fast so that Jacob could use that anger in the game and not on him. "I choose Demeter cabin next." he watched as they walked over to his side. No one seemed to be happy that he picked them, but Chance knew that he could really help. "You guys will assist the Dionysus cabin in healing us and such. Make sure your armor is good quality because you need to be protected."

Selene sighed halfheartedly. "Aphrodite," she said to a gaggle of girls and boys who were giggling and pointing.
They went off to their sides to strategize.
"Okay. I need the Aphrodite to distract the other side...whatever you need, anything, then send three people forward to see if you can get some people away from wherever their flag is. Hephaestus, you'll go on the offensive with your excellent Greek fire. hestia, you'll be on defensive. Poseidon, defensive. Use the river to your advantage. Zeus? Offensive. Use whatever you need to get at that flag! Us Athenas'll be split. Anyone sees the flag, your'e free to go after it. Is that clear?" she looked around at them all. "make sure you have good armor, we are against the god of war's children after all. And Hephaestus, be sure to counter the Hermes; they're very stealthy at this sort of thing."

Jason was getting angier by the second, he knew they were trying to rush through so he would use his anger in the game, but he was about to burst, he clenched both of his fists resisting the urge to start a fight, but it was to late Jason had reached his limit he could no longer control his anger, Jason atemped to walk away and take it out on something else, but he whirled around and rushed at Chance, Jason's arms were held up ready to fight, he let out a blood curtling roar as he got close to Chance and lept at him trying to knock him to the ground, Jason's thoughts were blured all he carried for now was to beat the crap out of Chance no matter what it took.

Josh decided that his teams flag should be set near the ****** whou would be circled around the ***** and armed with *******. His team would win because no matter how much they hit them our teamwill keep coming back after a trip to the "medics". He made sure everyone in the cabins knew their part and knew it well. He appointed a team leader to each of the cabins and sub-cabin teams. They were all ready all they needed was the OK to start.

Selene heard a roar of rage behind her and raised her eyebrows, mildly interested, as she saw Jason beating the heck out of Chase.
She giggled a bit and turned back. "Apollo, that reminds me, you need to be on duty as medics. Sorry for forgetting; half of you stick back and be medics, and rotate off with the others who will be defensive. Sorry for forgetting," she gave them an apologetic glance. "Our flag will be behind the *****. Alright? I'll put it; make sure they dont cheat and follow us."

Bryce heard the girl named Selene say that half the Apollo cabin would be medics. He would start with the defensive. He pulled out his Bow and enchanted arrows. They would come in handy. But he was useless in healing. He leaned towards Selene. "Listen... healings not really my thing, so I would be pretty much useless if I healed..." said Byrce. He noticed a bunch of the Aphrodite girls looking at him jealous that he was talking to that girl. He pullled out his harp to. He didnt have much use for healing, and he hoped that Selena would agree. "Look, does this help healing?" asked Byrce, and he shot an arrow at Jason. The arrow touched his skin and fell down, and Jason was paralyzed so he couldnt beat up that kid.

Selene glanced over, impressed, but she knew Bryce from her turn around the Apollo cabin. "nice work. Well, you could fetch things for them...besides, we want to make this a quick game so you won't have to spend that much time healing. You can start out on the defensive, though it'll be up to your own cabin to rotate whenever you see fit," she decided. "I hope that's alright." she gave him a small smile.
"I can't believe we had to chose Aphrodite's cabin, though..." she sighed, glancing over at them.
They were giggling and gossiping among each other, probably directing their slander at them. "Well anyways, have a good match..." she said, distracted.

"Thanks, you to." said Bryce, looking at the Aphrodite girls. They all wanted to be his girlfriend for some reason, and now they were giggleing so hard that he was looking at them. Bryce sighed. None of them seemed to be that pretty to be honest, but even so, lots of boys liked the Aphrodite cabin girls, even though they suced at fighting. Hopefully they were good at running away, or else the plan wont work well. He started to practice his archery skills one last time. He picked up three arrows in his quiver, then shot them all in his bow. All three shot far. Then after a minute, they returned back to him due to there magical powers. Hopefully, he could guard well enough to defeat Ares. Just make sure that they didnt slash him directly becasue Bows didnt work well at a short distance.

"Good! now the rules!" Chiron cantered over to them. "The creek is the boundary line.
The entire forest is fair game.
All magic items are allowed.
The banner must be prominently displayed,and have no more than two guards.
Prisoners may be disarmed, but may not be bound or gagged.
No killing or maiming is allowed.
Guards aren't allowed to stand within ten yards of the flag
HAVE FUN! "

Selene listened while not listening at the same time, as she already knew the rules.

"You have three minutes to set up your flag. Then the game begins!" Chiron announced.

Grey followed his team into the woods and immediately rushed to their flag. "Well, while the other...4 members of my cabin? Eh, whatever, I don't feel like counting...Now, while you...Four...Are healing, I'll be guarding this here flag. You all understand why, don't you?" Grey then took out his lyre and strummed it once.
"Now, my fellow Sun Demigods, disperse and protect. We shall win this."
Grey nocked (No, not a typo) an arrow and aimed toward a tree off in the distance and fired it. "That is where they will most likely come from. Remember that."

Selene and another Athena cabinmate ran and hid the flag, and she left the Athena and an Apollo behind to guard it, making sure they stood ten feet away.
A distant horn sounded, signalign the start of the game. She smiled in anticipation then dashed forward, in a covert path that wound through the trees.
She had an arrow nocked to her bow as a precaution and her bow was tightly strung.

Byrce followed the rest of his cabin to the flags location. He heard that Grey was guarding and the rest would heal. Well, this couldnt do. He walked up to Grey. "Listen...I think you may know that im the worst healer in the Apollo cabin. If I heal, Then i would be useless. I guess I can be guarding all the way over there." said Bryce, pointing towards an area not close to here, but not far either. He could hide in a tree and shoot arrows at the incoming reds. They wouldnt know what came. Although, healing may be an option, but he could only heal minor injuries like a cut or something, and he couldnt heal things like bloody cuts. He always did wonder why his healing wasnt that good. He then heard the ring, and that ment the game was on. "Listen man, I gotta go!" said Bryce, going to the place he pointed at.

"Whatever...Y'know, come to think of it...I've never seen you before..." But Grey was just talking to air. He sighed and looked around. There was a rustling in the bushes, and out came a Hermes camper. "Hmph..." Grey fired two sonic arrows at the camper, on one either side, and created a massive shockwave. The camper fell to the ground and Grey began playing a lyricless song on his lute, and the Hermes camper walked off and removed his armor before punching a tree, after which Grey finished the song. The camper howled in pain and collapsed on the ground. "Nice try, slick, but better luck next time." Grey kicked him in the head and returned to his post.

Selene crept through the bush, not finding any resistance, so then she figured that the flag was on the opposite side of the feel. She erupted out of the discreet path, making a quite visible run fo rth eother side.
She was practically blasted with arrows. She shot back more than one time with her paralyzing rubber arrows, as to not kill any campers, and she krept back into the bush.

Bryce finally got therre, one of the tallest trees in this forest and he could even see the flag from here if he looked really closley. He jumped up into the tree, and got to one of the high branches. He readyied three arrows and waited. Soon he heard a cackle in the bushes. He stayed silent. Then a boy from Ares came rushing through with a giant sword. "Not so fast!" said Bryce, and he shot the three arrows at the kid. He freezed and was paralyzed. He couldnt really move. He kept aiming his arrows and he was stuck in his position. He couldnt move because of the arrows paralizing shocks and the fact that he never ran out of arrows. Then, he took his sword and armor. He kept shooting the kid. Soon he cracked. "Alright, what are the plans of the Red Team?" asked Bryce, and he shot another arrow right into this shoulder. "I... I dont know..." said the kid. "Of course you know, say it or face this over and over!" said Bryce, and he shot three arrows at the kid. He howled in pain. "I really dont know..." said the kid. He aimed another arrow in a threat. He kept saying that he didnt know, and soon the paralization wore off. He ran off. Thatll show them..." said Bryce. He of course had rubber arrows, but still, was lucky that this wasnt a game to kill...He got back up into his tree.

Edmond walked up to Selene. " I Have A powerful Psychic helmet. Can I lead the offensive to Capture the Flag? My helmet lets me see the short-term future, move objects with my mind, or telekinesis if you prefer. I can also manipulate a special kind of Psychic energy. I can communicate with owls & am a gifted military strategist (son of Athena, Duh). Teamed with Zeus & other offense campers, we'd be next to unstoppable! So can I lead the offensive?"((OOC:I'm sorry, I can't think of anything else to say))

Selene nodded, agreeing. "Duck." she told him as an arrow whizzed over their heades. "Go ahead. But I'm going with you. But tell the Zeuses that this way is probably the way to their flag.
She gestured to the hidden pathway through th ebushes that was more guarded thanthe one on the other side, indicating that because ofthe guarding it was probably the way to the flag.

[The Final Messenger]

Virgil walked through the middle of the forest, not really caring if his team won or not. "Hello, Athena campers, Zeus campers, I surrender, you can capture me now and junk," Virgil said crossing the creek with his squad of 1/16 of the Hemres campers who were just gonna quit out. "He-llooo!". Then a squad of Zeus campers came, took their weapons and ushered them back to their 'jail'. Where he saw the captains of the Blue Team, "Hey-a guys!" Virgil said.

Bryce saw some kids from the Hermes cabin just give up. That was a good oppertunity. He got off his tree branch. Nobody was coming here, probably because that Ares kid told them about him. He saw the Hermes kids disarmed and being taken to the jail. He moved up to Selene. "Selene, before you leave, there were some Hereme kids who gave themselves up. We could get some...information...from them. Of course, they could be lying, but it could be a chance..." said Bryce. He looked at the kids. They didnt look like they cared if they win or lose. They were then taken to the jail. Well, if they gave themselves up, then irrotigating them could indeed come in handy as they would know there plan.

Selene watched them go with raised eyebrows. "That was probably a weak sort of distraction...exactly what the Ares would do," she shrugged indifferently and looked to Edmond. "So anyways..." she shrugged. "Go get 'em, boss."

They separated and went on their own ways, Selene taking the front, and Edmond going somehwere else.
She shouldered her way through bracken and caught sight of something red. She darted forward eagerly, bu realized it was just someone's shirt.
"Found you, Athena," someone said sarcastically.
"Takes more brains to." she responded evenly and began the fight with her knife.

I'd say that might be a bluff, but we're the Children of athena here! Ares people wouldn't think of that. Hermes people might though, so lets stay on guard."

Hmmm...That did seem like a weak distraction and Ares would never think of that. "Alright then, ill be defending some where, but if nowone comes, ill go to that jail" said Bryce. He went to a diffferent tree and climbed it. He sat there and aimed three arrows. Nobody came. Sighing, he jumped down. He wondered how Selene and the others were doing. He couldnt help just waiting here. It was killing him. He walked off his position to the jail. He looked at the kids and some of the jail guards. 'Hm... So kids why did you give yourselfs up? Maybe you should start......giving some...information on the Red Team eh?" asked Bryce, still carrying his bow and an arrow ready to shoot. Selene never really did say whether he could get some info, so he just decided to.

[The Final Messenger]

Virgil smiled and said, "Ares doesn't have tactics, they're just a bunch of beefheads who crave violence, and first tactic the Zeus campers forgot, disarm my gloves." Virgil snapped his fingers and his wires grew out, he flicked his wrist and cut down a tree, jumped on it and ran up it, grabbed the banner but tripped on his wires and fell on the ground, and while the other blue campers ran at him, he wrapped his wires around the flag and threw it in the air, got up and caught it, but sadly he was cornered.
