First of all, you said "i can word this better" not "change the effect". So it's a mistake on your part.

I was going to fix this until I read the last line. That last part makes it impossible for your opponent to attack.

Wow...um...funny...um...weird looking card. If you made this card less silly, I'm sure you could've privated messaged a fantastic card maker or post it in the Any Other Cards, I think, for advice. They would give you a good constructive (hopefully) comment and may constructively criticise you on certain parts. Especially the grammar I believe you're looking for.

capitalization mistakes. Other OCG errors to.
Here are some of the spelling errors and capitalization errors.

[b]a[/b]ll monsters on your opponent[u]'s[/u] side of the [b]fienld[/b] gain 500ATK [i]points[/i] each [b]stand by[/b] pha[b]c[/b]e, for ever[i]y[/i] 1000ATK [i]points [/i]your [b]oppoent[/b] must wait that [b]meny[/b] turns [b]untilll [/b]attacking.

There are still OCG errors though....
