The way we save messages

Recommended Posts

Well if anything, I am mainly active in the Role-Playing section, and even posted this in their section, so I am just gonna do a copy and paste here:

"YCM's Local Indian Guide has returned to the RP section, and the new changes are definately affecting thhe RP section. I notice that the threads we subsrcibed to are a little tricky to get to, and we can't save any RP's that we are working on. For example, I was previously working on 3 RPing titles, however the drafts that I had for them were nowhere to be found. So I after a couple of minutes of frustion, I decided to post a new thread, but just save it as a draft, but I notice there wasn't anyway I could save it. So after getting mad again, I went to my private messaging board, and saved it there, but when I came back to it, the end result was a mess.

All the spaces, and in-denting that I did was gone, and replaced with everything that I worked so hard on was bunched up together. All in all, is there anyway we could actually save our drafts the way we did save them, or is it possible that our fellow MODs could do something about this? "

Or you know, maybe save your drafts on your freaking computer?

Well, you sir (or miss) are a fool. Now the people who do know me can agree I am never the one who would be bashful. But before you do post anything like that, you must always considered every option. Of course I can always save my drafts on a computer. But the only problem with your suggestion is the fact that I only have access to the school's computer, and the computer lab/room is open to everyone. With that being, I run the risks of my files being read. Again, I don't mean to be bashful, but I really can't rely on saving drafts on the school's computer.

Gee willickers, I heard that such thing as a memory stick was invented. I wonder what it's uses are... But seriously, there are always other ways as well. The memory stick is one of them. You could always save the posts under drafts in your e-mail as well. The point of this is that there are always other ways. In your situation, I suppose the e-mail option works better, since I don't know how old the computers are, but they should be good enough to have USB ports <.<

hehehe...Well I guess some people do care about what an indian does say huh? SOME PEOPLE ARE SOO NICE!!!!!! They really do care!!! *Runs off into the distance, leaving behind an trail of tears of joy* But seriously though, I really do appreciate the support guys.

Getting back to bussinese here, the only time I do have on YCM is during school, but since these computers can be used by students, there is an risk that someone will see what I saved onto microsoft and such. That's why I want the Private Messaging system to be re-built. I mean, I have a lot of problems with the new change, the mainly occurs with the Private Messaging System. Such as the ablility to just simply look at the treads we subscribed too.
